In this video, I've improved the Brutix fitting with your help and i answer some your feedback. I'll also show you, that it is a myth that "anyone can simply take down a venture". Two key factors are important for that: 1. Fitting and 2. Player skills.

In EVE Online, some ships just have the upper hand against others. So, pick your ship wisely depending on who you will fight. And hey, those saying 'any ship can take down a Venture'? Think again. The Venture's a great tackler. And speed tanking? Probably the coolest way to tank in the game, right?

If it is a speed tanking issue and not a range one, One way to decrease transversal to potentially help hit orbiting targets, is to fly in a straight line on the same plane that they are orbiting, because once they try to orbit to get in front of you, they have to fight against your speed to come around.
As long as they are not corkscrewing around you, your own speed will decrease their angular change for half their orbit, so it increases your chance to get some lucky shots off on them.

Love your videos. I’m mainly a wormhole player but watching your videos is giving me the low sec itch.
But you know... the worst thing for me is when the wormhole collapses and you can't go back and you don't have any probes with you.
@@ThisisAmi-Eveonline-xi8fb the solution for that is always have a covert cloak and always have probes. I never leave home without them 😂. If I seriously gunna try low sec lifestyle it’s gunna be strange for sure not having probes on most of my ships, as well as I’ll be visible in local all the time.

6 bulkheads is overtanking IMHO. Drop one for a Mag Stab and use CN anti and should be able to apply no problem to even a venture. It's worth fiddling with an MJD for survivability over the 2nd Web. Great vids.

Ok I have done this like you but do a smart bomb where you have the vampire Modul... And in the meds do a target loc disruptor jammer (skriptfitet) { one weblifier less😅) sorry... OK but in the low slots... one target painter(for dps) now in rig slots 2 times acelleration and one sensor booster t2😬

if your going to run skrim links I would just also go with a scram. With the dual web and a scram, even people with AB fits that are scram kite wont be able to get away

yea, its a misconception in the game that smaller ships can always be killed by bigger ships. there's a big difference between the dps on paper, and the amount of dps that can actually be applied, and this show perfectly how bigger guns have a hard time hitting smaller targets

I may point people to this video when they hem and haw about alphas "only" getting a venture for mining, or fall into the trap of thinking bigger=better, or Eve combat is just orbit/F1

@@ThisisAmi-Eveonline-xi8fb Nice, Its the Exotic DC. I came back to EVE not so long ago after years away and haven't even looked at the "mutated modules" I just Tried one there and added 35k EHP to my hull tanked Bhaalgorn. with 5 bulkhead IIs its 313 EHP
That's for focusing on killing a venture. But your going to use Covert ships to kill a venture for a lot less isk. Now if your going after a barge or orca fair enough.

When you blast a Venture out of space, you're blocking others from grabbing sweet resources. This can jack up market prices. It's all about the hustle and controlling the supply!

*That's a really disingenuous response.* You set up a specific, _staged_ scenario and didn't even try. As we saw in your previous video, you one-shotted a venture coming into dock. I've taken out a venture and I don't PvP. It's nearly as unimpressive as taking out a corvette or an auto-pilot pod.
You didn't fit a 400 mil Brutix fit to take out ventures. Instead of being petty in your response, do something constructive. I shouldn't have to explicitly state "killing a venture isn't interesting or entertaining; HiSec griefers do it daily. Let us see your skill in taking out a decent combat ship."
Hoping your next video is more enjoyable.

Simply being a "content creator" doesn't give you immunity from criticism or a free pass.
Honestly whether it was a staged scenario or not is irrelevant, the ship/fit performance just doesn't simply change because in one instance you go for a venture or any other ship for that mater using a gank tactic where you catch them off guard, verse a situation where for example the venture tries to retaliate. So yes obviously anyone can kill a venture off guard, but as Ami clearly showed if a venture even remotely attempts to resist, it can survive relatively comfortably using a subversive strategy.
Also instead of calling someone petty, maybe next time if your so inclined and think you know better, offer a methodology you would use to prove your case instead of insulting someone.
And just putting it out there but I have a strong hunch you killed the venture while the capsuleer was probably on auto piolet and not at their PC.
I think she took offence to the “anyone can kill a venture” comment precisely because she killed people whilst flying a venture … and she then offers a detailed discussion of how to fly a venture against a BC, speed tanking etc. it’s obviously not the content you wanted, but hey most of the rest of us commenting here really enjoyed it. And I’m sure she’s getting around to killing something bigger, once she’s finished min-maxing the Brutix
