In this video, i discuss the unique experiences and stories that make Eve Online a value game for me. I mean that game is 20 years old. I build a battlecruiser, the Brutix Navy's. For me one of the most underrated ships in Eve Online. I share personal anecdotes about in-game encounters leading to unexpected sponsoring and maybe some kind of friendships, such as my collaboration with 'Seignt Industries'. That makes eve online the most interesting game for years. What do you think? Drop your thoughts in the comments. In the next Video i will do some pvp fights with that ship :-)

As an alliance leader, what makes EVE Special for me is seeing what can happen, how far boundaries are pushed and the wars that are waged become news stories.
@@Alzyan Good feedback, I completely agree with you. The leaders of alliances, especially in nullsec, and their FCs bear significant responsibility for the players. However, it's always their strategy, and the players here are more followers than decision-makers, but admittedly, that can also be fun.
What EVE Online could use is a large alliance built on democracy, where their leaders are elected.
In their current form, alliances are more like dictatorships where one person or a handful make decisions for everyone...In EVE, they are called CEOs, but they are essentially warlords who rule their territories and command their troops to attack or defend.
But ppl love that and follow and that makes that game This game has an extreme dynamic where its own rules are established and implemented, and where territories and allegiances change daily.
Brutally done, having alts with this fit and running together I find disgustingly awesome.

I´ve been in EVE since 2012 and the Brutix is the "to go" ship for pvp 1v1 or 1vmany for raw power and enough endurance to pop almost all ship tree faction meds and a few BS out there.

I use this exact fit sans faction mids and use a scram vs disruptor as I expect to be at 0 and it stops boosh saves and MJD.
Its great for hunting C3 praxis ratters, as they try punching through your tank, and your almost guarantee'd to get a mail when they hit your hull with something like, "gf...I thought I had you but man that's a thick boi"
And you have just enough time to say, "thanks, yeah-I love my Brutix Navy" *pop*

I used to run mine with abyssal scram and abyssal web plus micro jump drive. Couod pin most things down and mjd away if needed or just de aggro n Junp thru gate if waaay outnumbered with the massive hp buffer. LOVED my hull buffer bni
I love how different languages format numbers. Like to me this read a ship with 200hp and 1 dps haha (why can't we all just use the same system :(). Keep up the good vids!!

i only use 1 imp: Eifyr and Co. 'Gunslinger' Surgical Strike SS-905...maybe thats why

Back in my day I liked to PvP in a standard Brutix with 4 neutron blasters, 3 ion, mwd, web, scram and injector 800. In the lows 1 medium rep, DCU, 2 ENAMs(?) And 1 or 2 mag stabs....been too long ago, I'm showingmy age, I guess ... probably 1 mag stab (?). Small gang roam fit... FUN ship 😆 🤣
P.S. all Tech II fits, usually. Would hit ships so hard, pieces would fly off on each salvo 🤣 NEVER underestimate a hull tanked Gallente gunboat though 🤨👍I
Hull tank was best on the Navy Brutix when it first came out too but it seems to me that was a full rack of neutron blasters 🤔
Gallente got so gimped I had to go...left about 2012 after 6 years. Had THE best Myrmidon back then. 3 v 1 battleships v me a few times. And the ONLY command ship that could kill my Myrmidon was the Eos ... bah i ramble. I miss EvE OnLine 😢 sometimes
P.P.S 😂 The Myrmidon was the ultimate Recon roam hunter in the game too ... SO fun 🥳
Ishtar was GREAT vs speed tankers 😂 I had no problem taking on 3 Vagabonds vs my armor tanked Ishtar, usually. My 5.0 Concord standings made me great bait too in low and nullsec 😅👍
The Deimos was a BEAST too on my way out.... and if you're wondering about the Proteus....forget about it....AWESOME either as a solo, droneboat fit or in gangs, blaster and long range scram fit...mmmm 😆

@@ThisisAmi-Eveonline-xi8fb So i tried this build of yours, and its fantastic lol. however i cant get the same numbers you do. i suppose it has to do with my skill training?. i can reach 125k ehp and 666dps =D but its a brand new alpha which i managed to push to 6.5m skill points in few hours.
Three hull BNIs with EC-600 drones, med neut and cap booster is a pretty decent weapon against smaller gate camps. Due to the strong hull tank you have a good schedule to focus on multiple targets. I had some nice fights even with a BS involved and was able to kill a Gnosis and a Praxis finally before the camp had to bail. Dropping 15 EC-600 drones on the Praxis gave me the time to fight the BCs first and then I finished the Praxis. I prefer the neut and cap booster because a pure Blaster setup with point and webs can be easily killed with neuts. Once the cap is drained you painfully have to watch your epic 200K hull going down slowly without a chance to fight back. Null is pretty efficient against small tackler. I was tackled in hi-sec by a kiting war target Inty at 15-20 km and could align and burn while the local spiked. Finally I finished the Inty with Null and warped off when the fleet landed at 50km.

You can push web range even more with skirmish link in high slot. I was flying solo brutix a lot, and I can tell you this fit will die to kiters. Its just slow death. The theme was almost always the same…. Interceptor holding you, waiting for group of 5+ ships, often with ECM so you cant even fight brawlers as you are perma jammed 😀 . Solo in battlecruisers/battleships is often sad story.

I love the Brutix! I always thought it was under-rated, too. Although, I use mine for range PvE (and it's funny you're the third source, but first video this month that told me it was a brawler). Anyone can kill a venture, let's see you kill the bad guys in low. 😉 Also, great to see another video from you. When it's been a while, I worry that you've burned out of EVE or something IRL has happened. I'm looking forward to your next video.

That poor venture got smeared. Very interesting idea! I look forward to seeing what you do with it.
The current ammo has extremely poor tracking... if the Venture starts orbiting at over 15km, you won't hit it. I even believe that a Venture could kill a Brutix if it manages to take out the drones... it would take hours, but it would be possible.

I think slow blukheads EHP tanks are a big trap for solo PVP. You are slow you have 0 range, ppl can just Kite you down. You lose the ship for sure. there is no escape. No regen. If they keep you at range you not gonna have a good time. But hey you gonna make it work right?

Wow 400+ mil isk for a T1 battle cruiser? Eve must have been experiencing hyper inflation. Just a couple years back a T1 battleship is about 200+ mil.
Now this needs to die to an Orthrus or Garmur to close the circle.

It's funny because it's kinda "boring" in the way an Ishtar is: sail in, target victims, launch drones/hit F1 for blasters, change targets, sail on.

I have tried to build this ship with some changes. I use Heavy Neutron Blaster II.
Why do you use ion. Do the neutron, not more dps.
well - sure go for it. It cost more capacitor per shoot and use more CPU & PG then Ion

Yeah that venture kill was pretty sus, they could have easily warped off or docked. You would need to fight battle cruisers and slow cruisers with this. Or fight a small group that thinks they can you you because you are just a single battle cruiser.

Is a little bit misleading to say that it does 1000 dps with 200k ehp when you have to pick one of those stats.
why? use 1 magnetic and some HG amulets and 2 dps imps and you have it
@@ThisisAmi-Eveonline-xi8fb Because you're going for a cheap fitting and HG amulets will set you back well over a billion isk. Not to mention that amulets are kinda wasted on a hull tanked ship.
It's not a big deal, I love the Brutix Navy, it just doesn't need to reach some arbitrairy big number by spending far too much isk on it.
