God, family, business.
In my previous career selling residential real estate as a Realtor and a community sales manager for several home builders in the DFW, I sold $65,000,000+ worth of homes and was blessed to have been able to help many people. Sales can be a very demanding career but I was able to learn an immense amount about business, sales, and people while doing it.
I left home sales in Feb 2021, and made the leap going full time into a business that my best friend and I started in Dec 2017.
We primarily sell online and sell almost everything under the sun. As our business has continued to grow, we have moved into larger spaces. We now have 2 warehouse spaces and operate 3 different companies out of them. We have several of our own private label brands and sell a ton of name brand items you already know and love.

I was the sales person at the time I made these videos. These homes are built by Impression Homes.
Hate walking into a front door into a hallway..looks like a great deal but halls are a waste of space
Wow so cheap for such a great home. A house new and this size is around 600k where I live
Living room is a little small but other then that beautiful home
I am looking at Lennar homes and they claim there is a waitlist but to be added to it I’d need to go in person. Are you familiar with that process? Why is it necessary to go in person just to be added to a waitlist for new homes being built??
I'm not as familiar with their process but when I was pre-selling homes, we could only do it with people in person because they had to sign forms and leave a deposit. I'm not sure if that is the same thing they are doing though.
Covid made this a 400k a house

Definitely speak with a reputable mortgage lender first! They can see where you are and if you are financially ready for a mortgage.

I don't work here anymore so I'm not 100% sure on the pricing now but I believe the prices have gone up between 50-100k depending on the plan and community.

Unfortunately they don't have an option for that and they don't currently offer customizing plans. They do have a 2 story with a similar layout that also has 3 bedrooms upstairs and a gameroom. The master bedroom is downstairs.

I don't work here anymore but they have increased significantly. Probably 50-100k higher depending of the floor plan.
I would love to have a solid wall with a solid door for the shower area or perhaps some privacy glass that allows you to see out, but not in.
Does the bathroom toilet have an above fan?
Yes, there is an exhaust fan above the toilet.

I believe this community is sold out but they may have this floor plan in other areas. I would guess they are starting between 400-450k
