The market and supply chain has changed A LOT since this home was built. This home probably took around 80 days to build. Idk how long it would take now but I wouldn't be surprised if it was twice that long.
Unless the company changes the floor plans in the future, we should still have this plan available to build in future phases. Not sure what the pricing will be like then though. In this community the property taxes are 2.91%

This lot is a different shape than most in the neighborhood. The front is pie shaped and wider than the back. This lot is about 65-70 wide in the front and about 42 wide in the back. The average lot in the community is 50 wide and 110 deep.

Hi Oanh! Thanks for watching and commenting! The home to build in this neighborhood for that size would be our cheyenne floor plan. It is 4 bed, 2 bath and 2,022 square feet. Depending on the upgrades in the home that plan could be anywhere between 240 - 250k

They don't build anything smaller than a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Sorry about that!

This video is almost a year old and prices have gone up significantly since then from a huge price increase on lumber, supplies and labor.

These houses look little to me.
This is the smallest home that is built in the community. It is 1,515 square feet with the added bay windows in the master bedroom.
Bedrooms are way to small
This is one of the smallest plans they build so it does have bedrooms quite a bit smaller than some of the other plans.
To much closet, not enough bedroom...lol
