Texas is probably the only state that has beautiful nice sized homes right now for under $200,000.
But the taxes are ridiculous.
Only thing i would change is that privacy wall. It would open the house up so much more.

Could be the perfect house....IF. 1.Remove privacy wall 2. Add hand held sprayer head in master bathroom with a seat 3. Add mantle in the living area with a small gas fireplace 4. Gas rather than electric stove 5. Add an L shaped lanai outside the backdoor and long the house.
Yes remove the wall and change the oven and stove top put it somewhere else, I don't like to eat in ithe same area as the stove top ( too dangerous for kids) my opinion other than that beautiful home can't believe the price 😳

I agree about the entry I love the privacy wall it gives it an intimate feel. The dining area is nicely tucked away with some separation. When things are so open you loose the cozy intimate feel to a home. It takes away from the feel of the home if it's just all open no character or warmth. Good video presentation 👍 thank you.

Wow, the design is open and airy. The kitchen and bathrooms are super nice and spacious. The privacy walls encompassing the side and rear yard add to a sense of privacy. I would add one more between the other neighbor, too. The entire home is lovely and well thought out!
My style of home and colors are perfect. White is nice and clean. The closets are bigger than other homes. Great job well done Mr. Contractor 👍

Hi Isaiah, Loved this Home for the Price, But there are some Flaws, I Would INDEED change the Toilets, Put Epoxy on the Garage Flooring, and put Green Turf Maintenance in the backyard, But overall still love this Home! By the way what city is this house located.

Depends on where in Texas you buy land. In some areas, its relatively inexpensive.
Lots ain't that much in TX so probably still won't hit over 200k . Especially the area this house is located at.

Goes to show you that there is price gouging in home building and selling. This can be done in other cities, but no one will do it because they don’t have to. That master could have accommodated a second sink.
