I love to watch new home videos. But I really dont care to see them undecorated. But if I had to choose one to watch it would be yours. You don't miss any view of the house. After you enter the home you turn camera to get a view of the foyer. Which is important to me because I don't have to imagine what it looks like. You a very thorough. Thanks for showing this video now most home do look similar but, not every home garage fit a truck inside of it, i really don't understand why more garages is not build in a format of a 1500 truck size for both side, I done look at several houses and my dodge ram 1500 truck want fit inside to shut the garage. Finally bedrooms with sizable walk in closets i like it. Other builders need to take you all format plans for the closet spaces.
Love love the home n price except the bathroom downstairs is so close to the kitchen and the utility room is in yr living room and no sort if mud room. But the upstairs n kitchen is beautiful!

In the master bathroom of this very so house what is the point of the window in the master bathroom? your bathtub faucet is facing the window so that means your head is going to be looking at the shower so you can’t look at the window which is behind which means a creep can be staring at you when you take a bath weird so if you can’t look at the window then what is the purpose of it then? [Gosh Dang!!!!] and if you can look at the window when you take a bath that means your neck is off!
You know doing the laundry in this floor plan houses means you can look at your kids while doing laundry in the backyard or when you are doing laundry a creepy guy could be looking at that window spying on you while you do your laundry isn’t that what I need yay! [Gosh Dang!!!!]

I suppose if you are loud enough in the bathroom someone could hear you! Lol, there is a fan in the bathroom as well so that may help block some of the sound.
Why do you need a coat closet in the game room? what for would put a pantry for snacks while watching a movies or game or video or whatever you watch but why who is going to be hanging clothes is a game room there is a coat closet downstairs I don’t get it [Gosh Dang!!!!]
After being in the marker for a while and of course no one is gonna tell you, this price or any price you see for a new construction real estate is nothing but a bait! On average add 25-40k easy.
Why are builders building homes with 4brms and 2.5 bathrooms? So if you have guests over they will only be able to use either the powder room or the upstairs bathroom.... 1 bathroom to share among three bedrooms. I so not like that.
That is above my pay grade lol. I think a lot of the times, the half bathroom is intended just to use the restroom for guests or when you are downstairs and don't need to shower or take a bath though. Thanks for watching!

Yea, pretty much lol. Just depending on what temperature you like the house at. You can set the a/c to kick on whenever it gets hotter than you like.
My husband and me think about get the house this year, but we want a smaller 3 / 2 .

It's just a storage closet you could use for anything, games, snacks, blankets etc.
