    First one story house with a fourth bedroom that you have toured
    but I think the fourth bedroom needs a private bathroom
    and the guest bathroom can fit Two Sinks! in it

    This is a lovely home. It looks like a typical DFW home. What is missing is storage space. I don’t like storing things just in the closets, I would prefer a utility storage room. The garages are now made at dimensions of 18x20. Why won’t the builders make them longer so the additional storage can be utilized by the homeowner? One other thing; it should be standard for a home to have outside venting for the stove area. Too many homes are outfitted with a microwave unit which recirculates the greasy air onto the upper cabinets. It’s impractical. And finally, a concrete slab outside where both garbage cans can sit. I hope home builders will take note of this. 😁

      Thank you for watching and commenting! You may like the additional storage space we have in the Boston floor plan. It has a 7x7 storage space in the garage! You can see that floor plan here: ruclips.net/video/wWUk-NqFKFs/видео.html

      The dfw area does get Tornadoes but it's kind of hit and miss. I've lived in Texas my whole life and we have had a lot of tornado warnings but luckily never had one hit too close to me. For flooding we don't really have that as an issue, if we do it's more so flash flooding where we get an enormous amount of rain in a short amount of time. This video is a bit misleading because it fails to compare prices over a larger area. Head farther north to Irving/Farmers Branch/Lewisville. The prices on a house like the first one will be $50,000 higher. This house is wayyyy over 1,500 sq ft and I saw houses averaging only 1,100 sq feet in Irving selling for a whopping $250-300k. And most are over 40 years old and in serious need of an upgrade. Texas has some of the worst housing prices I've seen in 20 years.

    • @patrickgriffin8628
      @patrickgriffin8628  4 года назад +2

      Thanks for watching and commenting!I'm not sure why you think this is misleading. This home and all the homes on my channel are in a specific neighborhood in Fort Worth. The address is in this video and in the description. This home is 2,022 square feet but we do have some smaller and larger homes as well. Other areas in Texas are priced higher and lower. These homes are specifically in Rainbow Ridge. If you don't want to pay 300k for a 40 year old small home then we can definitely help you get a brand new home that is lower priced, larger square footage and very energy efficient! Thanks again for watching!

      Trust me if you buy a home right now you will regret it next year. Rates aren't gonna increase anytime soon, but prices should drop at least 10-15% at minimum. Especially in Texas and Florida regions.

      @patrickgriffin8628  4 года назад +1

      @@TheThesweetgee Thank you for watching and commenting! While I don't know what will happen in the future, I can tell you that in the price range I'm most familiar with, in this area (200k - 290k) we have actually seen an increase in prices. I think this is in part from 2 things. One of those being interest rates are insanely low and two being that we have seen a huge increase in demand over the last several months. As a side note, north Texas is a lot more insulated than other parts of the country so when there ever is a downturn, we usually feel it a lot less than other parts of the country.
