    This house is so beautiful. Come and build in Australia please. It's so over priced to build and buy here and we don't have homes this style but I love them. 😊❤️

      To contract on one of our homes, you'll need a pre-qualification letter from a lender, $2,000 sarnest money and sign the contract! You can use our mortgage company to get additional incentives and they can go over how much you may qualify to purchase and go over different loan options you can do as well as down payment amounts.

      Hi Rubenia, thank you for watching! Sorry my spanish is not very good. These homes monthly will be starting around the $1,700/month range for the mortgage depending on the loan type you use and go up from there.

      This community doesn't have an option for a gas stove so they are all electric in Rainbow Ridge. Some of our communities offer gas though!

      The base price on this plan is $226,990. With the upgrades in this model it's closer to around 245k. The furniture isn't included unfortunately! Lol

    The neighbors will be parking their overflow cars, trucks, vans, SUV'S and RV's right in front of YOUR HOUSE, claiming it's "Public parking" and they can do with it whatever they like AND WANT. Soon, you'll be buying crappy filler cars to put on the street in front of YOUR HOUSE in order to prevent THEM and OTHERS from parking in front of YOUR HOUSE. Each house will fill up in short order with multi-generational families who are all struggling to make ends meet and EACH family will have MULTIPLE CARS (LIKE 3,4,5,6 and more), thus the overflow parking right in front of YOUR HOUSE. This video is now a year and 8 months online and no doubt, this scenario is already occurring in the sold areas of the neighborhood. Think carefully about purchasing a house as they are highly illiquid and hard to sell depending on the market. Another contributing factor to the overflow parking right in front of YOUR HOUSE is the fact that few IF ANY people actually use their garage for parking, turning it instead into a storage space where, " We'll get to this stuff later" concept prevails and never do, or even turning the garage into another bedroom or living space. Calling the cops doesn't work and pretty soon, words will be exchanged, the views of entitlement will prevail, I do what I like, nobody tells ME what to do, rules, manners, class, HOA Guidelines, dignity and respect go out the window or down the toilet and before you know it, physical confrontation, stabbings and guns will be brought in to settle scores. The ones doing the parking right in front of YOUR HOUSE, won't and never will see a problem with what THEY'RE DOING!!!

      Wow, that was a lot and escalated quickly lol. Sounds like you've had a bad experience in owning a home in the past. Phase 1 is sold out and phase 2 just sold out in 5 weeks. Their is an HOA as well. Regardless of the issues you may have had in the past with parking, the single family home market in North Texas is extremely liquid. Also, many of the people living in the neighborhood and myself as a home owner included would much rather pay to own my own home and deal with any potential issues versus renting someplace I will never own and paying off a land lords mortgage. Owning a home is not for everyone but it is still a vital and thriving part of the American dream and I have been lucky enough to help almost 100 families achieve that just in this community. I appreciate you watching and commenting on the video and I would wager to guess you've had a less than great experience in the past. Maybe some acreage would be good for you so you could be a bit farther away from other homes and completely take away any potential parking issues? Either way, thanks again for watching, I really do appreciate it!

An easy solution to this CANCEROUS social problem AND phenomena would be to simply WIDEN THE DRIVEWAYS to the LEFT AND TO THE RIGHT OF THE POUR, thus allowing free and easy access going INTO and OUT OF the garage itself. IOW, use kickouts to get the vehicles OFF TO THE SIDE(S) for quick and easy access to the garage whilst dealing with a multi-car household. This also allows for tandem parking of vehicles and keeping them OFF THE STREETS!!! In the interest of cost, offer this as AN OPTION to the potential homeowner and also stipulate AND DRIVE HOME THE POINT that parking on the street is unspokenly "reserved for GUEST PARKING" and that parking cars, trucks and SUV'S in front of your neighbors house is frowned upon. Say, " In this community we "AVOID" doing that sort'a thing". Because we as Americans love our cars, trucks and SUV's, we need to start with OUR OWN parking situations and that could be where YOU as a (the) developer comes in with a ready made solution!!! Make houses more car and truck friendly. Make houses great again!!! I think this is where a lot of the "parking issue" stems from, inadequate if not outright woefully inadequate parking.
