We have set plans that we will build for each community so you can't build this plan in every community. But we will usually have something fairly similar to this plan in most of the communities if that neighborhood doesn't have the Raleigh.

Terrible for the price! I wish builder's would build a walkway from sidewalk to front door instead of small L shape from drive way. I didn't like walking into kitchen as soon as you enter the home. Only side wall for TV? I would have preferred a long window on each side of back wall fir another option for TV or fireplace. No carpet. Would like to see upper and low hanging rids in closets and bigger walk in closets. For the price should use higher end light fixtures and bathroom/ kitchen fixtures. Kitchen is tiny.

We don't have a specific military discount but we do have extra incentives you can get for using our mortgage company and you could also do a VA loan if you qualify on top on that. With the VA loan, you may qualify for a 0% down loan and when using our mortgage company you would also get 2% of the base price of the home, up to 5k max towards your closing costs plus the title policy paid for you as well. I forgot to mention but in Texas, if you have any military disability rating, that can also help lower your property taxes on the home. If you have 100% disability then you wouldn't have any property taxes.

Of course you should know that you can purchase a home with no money down. No PMI on the loan is another perk. This $300,000 home, can be very affordable after all the perks from being a veteran. By using our mortgage company, you can get 2%, up to $5,000 towards your closing costs! Also, as a teacher, you may qualify for a down payment assistance through the state of Texas that a lot of teachers use called the TSACH program. You can use that program through our mortgage company and get the benefit of both! Hope that helps!

We don't build pools but we have had home owners that will add a pool after they close on the home!
