I am in the process of getting a female Pressa. I’ve owned many many dogs, big dog, strong dogs, little dogs, but I’m good. I’m new to the presses and I’m doing a lot of research. Is there anything you would recommend for a first time owner of a Pressa?

Ive been feeding raw to my boerboel since he was seven weeks old. I literally cringe when i see dog owners feed kibble, any kibble. Canned forxme is a no no as well. Your canary dog is very handsome i must say. Anyways, all the best to you and yours.

The best thing to feed IS raw. Kibble isnt real food.

just got a presa x gsd pup (big worrying I know, I has a pure presa lined up but got let down) mine is called Bugatti, was guna be Boo for shirt, but I kinds prefer Bug for short. or bug-a-boo....obviously not for short, just a nick name ,:)

I have a Presa ❤. My family has owned 3 . Maybe it's me but I'm not in the Norm when it comes to Chropped Ears. It seems the Presa and Cane Corso get them done. Most Mastiffs you don't see it. My Presa looks fine without procedure. I think they look better without . My Presa gets the Job Done regardless. To each his own . The Presa and Corso why have them have the look of a Pit ?

For my dog, I made custom quick release for prong collar. Completely agree with safety measures. My dog looks very cute adorable as many people say he is not aggressive he is not charging at people but at the same time he is not fan of starngers petting him, especially touching hes ears.

I don't care how How close you are to a Prussia Canary if they want to get away. They get ing away. I don't care how fast you are, they are getting away. I got one, his name is moose, he should be, too. In December, there is so fast and active. And all boy, hes a great dog. The best one and the bestones. I had long with the rottweiler. He is dynamic, tough, strong, and powerful. His name is moose.

For a second, I thought I could eat my Female Presa Canario food. Im just happy nobody else attempted that.

I got my presa canario at 6 weeks old in march 2023 she is now 9 weeks and she's BIG!! I am a first time dog owner and I love my dog I consider myself to be an excellent strong leader so will see how it goes but once she's fully vaccinated I'll also be putting her in training.. No one really knows about this breed... everyone thinks she's a cane Corso... I'm going off of my own learning experience as well as reading up on this breed and watching videos as well as your videos...I have 4 babies youngest being 5 and she loves them again I'm learning as I go...I agree most videos and research doesn't say much about this breed being a family dog but I think if you get them young the entire family as well as the dog will adapt even though she's still a baby she's already protective...I think it has alot to do with their environment and their owner(s)

He looks so much like my Presa Canario, I am currently in walking training. I inherited the dog and he was never trained to walk "Properly". That is his only problem so far, He already listens to my commands and that was on my first day of ownership. He is a VERY VERY Good boy and a Absolute Threat to any intruder and your best friend if you show no aggression. I ordered a hands free walker for walking two dogs, This will allow me to easily hip train him and once he masters that I will let him Free walk. I will carry a bag of treats for a reward system and train him more commands on ours walks. I have a Great Dane that is already trained with commands. As you know, walking a Presa Canario that is not trained to walk properly is a nightmare. They are far far too strong to go untrained.
