The light novels are really good, the story telling has nice pacing. Watching the anime is what drove me to read the light novels. Well worth doing.

Glad the show is still getting attention after so many time, sure it isn't on it's peaks, but damn it was great. Trigger really has given us some real experience.

It bogles my mind why that slime isekai got a season 2 when this didnt. I dont get how everyone loves that one when there is literally no tension or literally any stakes. While when I watched this it felt so much more real and enthralling. I couldn't stop watching and after finishing I released it was released 8 years ago and will probably never get a season 2. This saddens me to no end

I pretty much have the same opinion. While Rudy’s pedophilic scenes made me really uncomfortable and despise him at times, the show as a whole is really good. I just wish they didn’t casually show him sexually assault Eris and implied it instead. That part disturbed me considering she was only 9 for fuck sakes. Thankfully he seems better in season 2.

such a great anime and manga. This was one of my first heart breaks in anime because I'd heard the author died and for years I patiently awaited news of the next season. Please do a video on Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic another underrated anime but never finished it's anime.

I just watched this without any idea what's in it and I enjoyed every second of it. I love ANIME/MANGA and I've watched enough to recognize and name alot of voice actors. I even recognized the voice of Katsura from Gintama in the S2 of this anime. I can say that this is truly a masterpiece. From beginning to end.

You sir, just did me a great injustice. In the quarter of a second that I registered the first bit of the video’s title, I got goosebumps and audibly gasped. Then I saw the “please” at the end of it, and my heart dropped. That was not fair to get my hopes up like that.

I really wonder what happened to this one it must have bombed in Japan or something at the time because otherwise it was really well received from what i can tell when ever i ask about it. All i can say is there's almost no news I've been able to find on grimgar which is pretty sad.

I wish there was a possibility for all anime fans to collectively contribute for funds to make anime possible.

I think the reason they choose to become volunteer soldiers instead of picking up a trade is because of their personality types. They lack initiative and just go with the flow. The first people they meet lay a path out in front of them so they follow it. Even having spoken to Brittany if Manato hadn't brought everyone together I bet some of them might have eventually just gotten jobs if some other party didn't pick them to join.

As someones who has watched and read dozens of Isekais, this is my all time favourite by far because of the realism and atmosphere it has.

I really dislike excessive fanservice in anime, but the lore and story of mushoku tensei was so good that i kinda started ignoring the fanservice, and i think that Rudy development as a person needed the fanservice to show how he grow out of that habits of his past and became a better person I really like your videos, keep going pal

Bocchi the Rock came out the gate swinging, and is honestly competing head to head with my previous favorite slice of life, Nichijou. I never thought I would ever come across a show as chaotic and heartwarming, and yet here we are. Seeing Bocchi fight to overcome her anxiety is really uplifting, and surprisingly relatable. She never gets over it, she simply is able to muster the motivation to push past it.

Nice video. As someone who stays away from the whole slice of life genre, I'm confident this is one of the few shows that does it well.

You are absolutely correct, season 1 is somewhat of a "set-up" season. Season 1 literally ended 1-2 chapters before the CSM manga readers hyped up starts. For some background, the author isn't a shonen author per se. His previous work *Fire Punch* is one of the most fucked up mangas I've ever read. He, himself, said that he decided to set up CSM as a pretty generic shonen with the main trio trope just to draw people into his story. And in the next arc of CSM he starts writing in his "peak" story writing style and it doesn't stop until the end. We're already 37 chapters deep into the 97 chapter long CSM part 1 so season 2 could easily finish the first part of CSM in 24 episodes (but I don't think season 2 will be 24 eps). The rest of CSM has some of the most outrageous, unnerving and emotional moments I've read in manga. Tatsuki Fujimoto is, as Gigguk said, a genius, short and simple. This man's talent and potential is unrivaled in modern day shonen and he only turned *30* last year in October. I may be overhyping the rest CSM for some people, but genuinely believe what I say, not in a "get hyped for CSM S2 because I like it" way. Chibi Reviews called the main villain as evil as Griffith. Gigguk called the author a genius and I praise CSM part 2 as the best currently published manga out right now. Take my statements as you will. I'm just sharing my opinions and other people might whole heartedly disagree with me and that's fine. I believe that CSM deserves all the praise it gets and more. ❤

Having read the source material(no spoilers) I had a feeling that only 12 episodes would leave people feeling a bit empty since it really is where the story just starts to get going. I even accurately guessed exactly where the last episode would end on. So hoping Mappa can continue their stellar work on the series even with it's detractors. Also hoping they adapt the authors other works because they go just as hard as CSM.

It is a really good anime so far, a lot of producers tend to rush the storyline for the anime show. I wish they would slow the pace down to give more in depth backstories and development. I just like long animes. I haven’t read the manga at all, but I do plan to. These are just my thoughts and opinions. Thank you.

Yeah only thing that felt weird was the length but if they keep going at the pace they did in Season 1 they will finish the manga in the second season
