Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is Pretty Amazing.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everybody!
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners was an anime that I had absolutely no expectations for coming into it. The game wasn't really something I was interested in, and the heaps of negative press didn't help my perception of it either.
However, Studio Trigger completely warped my view of the Cyberpunk universe. Lucy, David, Maine, and the rest of the crew's story was short, concise, action packed and filled to the brim with love and detail. Edgerunners not only served it's role as an incredible video game adaptation, but also just a phenomenal standalone anime, and I cannot recommend it enough.
Just grab some tissues :)

Great video, this show instantly excited me due to it being animated by Trigger. Kill la Kill is one of my favorite animes and Blade Runner 2049 is one of my favorite movies. Keep up the work

I was taken off guard by how graphic the show was in like... every aspect LOL. Honestly a breathe of fresh air, as most anime wouldn't even think of including half the stuff Cyberpunk does

@@thewalkingstick6047 Yeah, it certainly has a unique aesthetic. Really cool music, art, pretty much everything. Haven't seen many other trigger shows though so that may just be the studio as a whole...
