Not to be a nit picking dick head but the production value is higher now in all of their series’s. Like.. it’s not like they just make the Witcher series look this good and kept the older production value for the other series’s lol
That's because it is one long episode.
Alan is such a perfect cast for Dandelion. He was meant to play the role. And Rowan also did a good job bringing the perfect balance between seriousness and comedy! Would love to see more of this in the future❤️❤️
I've only watched a few of their shorts and short sketches, but this is absolutely amazing! Dandelion is beyond perfect.

The costumes alone deserves a like. Great production and quality in this video. As someone who is enjoying The Witcher 3 at the moment, I can relate to the looting random villagers houses @ 14:28. Honestly why do they keep broken rakes in their storage. lol

@@NiceDiggz The Netflix show is now garbage since they shifted the focus of the show away from its title character "The Witcher" and lost Henry Cavill and called in Discount Hemsworth to probably just stand in the background swinging his sword around while Ciri and Yennifer are destroying every monster and enemy in their way.
@@MasterShingo that's similar to the books. ciri was POWERFUL and so was yenn. kicking ass left asnd right. maybe you read a different book. but it sounds like you forget the entire series is about Ciri. the game focused more on geralt FINDING ciri...but its a story about Ciri.

I always love the moment when the quest giver is praising you for defeating the monster, the camera cuts to Geralt...and you look like absolute nightmare fuel

@@arianewinter4266 I wouldn't normally go to this level of analysis but the video is parodying the game mechanics much more than it is the actual content although the succubus inspired women and such are pretty common in both the book, the show and the game lol.
@@arianewinter4266 the early parts of season one maybe but the seasons after go so horridly off script it's not even funny anymore. Like yennifer trying to KILL CIri? She would've NEVER done that in the book her character depends on that not being the case. Because she's supposed to be the mother figure for Ciri and Geralt the father figure. nothing in season two or later is even remotely accurate. BUT back to the video, it's not basing the witcher off the books but the game mechanics. It has nothing to do with the tv show or franchise but the cdprojekt reds making of the game(s)

I really hope Joey Batey sees this, I think he would love Alan's portrayal of Dandelion/Jaskier, he is absolutely phenomenal in this role!👏 Bravo to everybody involved!

The most incredible thing is that this satire is more faithful than the Netflix show.
The level of jokes, dialogues and situations is not so different. Plus this is fun.

One thing they do an amazing job at that doesn't seem to get pointed out, is their incredible music. It always sounds so natural and soothing, truly like the music you hear walking around a medieval rpg. That kind of soothing adventurous sound... you know what I mean.

There is so much potential with the Geralt/Emyr interactions. Do the bowing scene with the premise of "not wearing clothes during a cutscene.."

Excellent, master-crafted, work, you beautiful people! When it came time for the “Black Blood” scene, I just about died of laughter. Only thing that would’ve made it more realistic ( to the gaming experience) is if your were casting Quen every couple of seconds, while battling. 😂 Thanks for the laugh!
