I am sorry but there is no such thing as Apple Mobile Device Support on WIndows 11 as of June 2022, can you tell us where can we download this program or if its only compatible with old windows systems?
I found the issue when you go to device manager and i plugged in my ipad it popped up as a random name like "libwin" something like that just plug in your device and you should see something random pop up and open it and right right your device and update drivers and it will show up as apple suppport now i think ill make a youtube video
There is no Apple device in ‘device manager/universal serial buss controllers’ to update…akin to your video…so that’s where you lost me, and probably others too…appreciate the try though…

Hi Milan bro. I was trying to update my iphone13 via Apple Devices app on Windows - Update failed multiple times with error (10). 064b.000 -Now its in recovery mode! Been trying to recover using the same app - Didn't work either. Now I have uninstalled Apple Devices app and is retrying with iTunes to restore the phone!! :/ I searched to figure out this particular error and nothing much came up. Please share your thoughts if you have any idea on this.

My iphone literally does not connect to my windows 11 PC. I plug it in, windows makes the audible connection sound, but absolutely nothing comes up anywhere on my pc to indicate it's connected. Starting to hate Apple more every day and I'm a long term iphone user.
When i open up the USB ROOT HUB option on the UNIVERSAL SERIAL HUB CONTROLLER it just comes up that 'This device is working properly' only, yet itunes is still not recognising my ipod, can you advise me further please ??
This was driving me crazy i tried what was in your video and that did nothing i tried just about everything i could find and i happen to remember i had a couple of extra USB cables for it and i tried one and Lowe and behold there it was back in iTunes.
@@Mikie1959 exactly I tried the first thing in the video and I never found apple services anywhere. Found your comment ,went and took the usb c cable that came along with the iPad ( was using a custom usb cable before ) and boom worked perfectly instantly. Thank you so much !
@@TonyStark-jy9so yeah the newer iPad models Come with a type c port. I thought the iPhones came with lightning port. You should try using apple usb c cables. If you don't have one try flipping sides ( rotate the pin side ) and try inserting the pin. It worked once that way.
Hi this is May of 2024 and I am having the same issue. Nothing shows from apple. I’m an older lady definitely not sabe in tech. I am also retired and cannot sign up for every money making deals from apple. I just want my own music (stored in my laptop) in my iPhone and iPad. Thank you!!

Did you ever figure this out? I've tried everything. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes.

@@TonyStark-jy9so how are you using an iPhone cable on iPad ? Try using the iPad charger cable usb c to c. That's what solved the issue for me.
