The two services don’t show up for me and when I look for the driver with the link it says it doesn’t exist what do I do??? Please help!!

The second fix worked. I installed drivers from the "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers" path. I am on a 64-bit PC. Thank you for the help.

Thanks! I had iTunes open when stepping through these instructions, so it was too late once you said to close iTunes first, but the procedure worked anyway,

(iPhone 6S) Thank you so much! My PC was recognizing the phone in Unidentified Devices, but not iTunes. After updating the drivers, putting it in DFU mode, only the Apple Mobile Device Service and Bonjour Service restart did it for me! After iTunes recognized it, I left it restoring overnight (because I was not getting any feedback - aprox 12 hours). The next day, iTunes recognized it as a new phone!

This worked for me but I had to go in to Windows Task Manager and disable any iTunes or Apple related processes before restarting iTunes to get it to work. Thanks :)
