Ingredients
(6 inches round tin)
(A)
1. 2 egg yolks
2. 20g (2 tbsps) corn oil
3. 30g (30ml) milk
4. 1/2 tsp vanilla
5. 40g (1/3 cup) cake flour
6. 1/4 tsp baking powder
7. A pinch of salt
(B)
1. 2 egg whites
2. 40g (4 tbsps) sugar
(C)
1. 45g (1/3 cup) soften cream cheese
2. 15g (1 tbsp) sugar
3. 20g (2 tbsp) heavy cream + 1/2 tsp sugar
Preheat oven at 125°C
Bake at temperature 125°C for 23 minutes
Baking time may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. Хобби

Did you bake at 125 C?? I have made numerous chiffon cakes and never baked below 150 C
@@s.adams239 it was a few years ago so can’t quite remember but I’m sure I did bake at this temperature on a fan oven. My oven is really hot

Hi, I only have 9 inches of baking pan, can I make 1 1/2 of your recipes measurement ? to create the same high of cake as yours.. thank you..
Hi, for 9 inches of baking pan, I suggest you double my ingredients measurement, baking time may need to increase to 30~35 mins. Have a good try, happy baking! :)
What is the purpose of banging the cake after taking out from the oven ?

Hi Anketa, yes, they will become very soft and fluffy cupcakes. Since cupcake is in smaller size, so you need to reduce baking time to around 20~25 minutes, depending on your type of oven, you need to adjust accourdingly.

Hi Na fii, yes, you may replace with canola oil, safflower oil or other plant-based, flavorless oil. But olive oil and peanut oil, has a distinct taste that may not work well for baking or other recipes.
