Very much looking forward to this! Cathe is famous for her intricate and interesting step choreo. She's done lots of straight forward athletic step, too, but this is my preference. I love everything you do, Cathe!

I love both workouts. I modify the turns, and they work great for me. Love the music, and have fun doing them.

I got this dvd Friday after work and Saturday I did it twice and today (Sunday) once and 4 times the challenge part. My first go was wobbly, dizzy and confused. I had to pause and rewind and did the routines one by one. I did not move to next routine until I could do the previous one OK. That was Sat. morning, the evening I was already ok loosing my step only few times. This morning I had a blast and enjoyed every minute of it, I kept doing the challenge part (all 6 together) again and again as it just felt like a triumph for me. My afternoon workout for tonight is metabolic ICE dvd but I am doing party step 1 challenge as a worm-up just because I love it so much. Now, if I can pick up the routine so can you. I never danced in my live as I have two left feet (not literally:)) this makes me feel amazing. So addicted to everything Cathe does, love to Cathe and all Cathletes!!! Off to do it again:)

I love dancy choreography - and this looks like fun! Yes - it will take a few times to master the steps but it will be worth it for me. I get bored easily and prefer dancy workouts over athletic ones - I need the fun factor and good music or I just can't get into it. You can always do the workout without a step or without risers in the beginning while you are learning the moves. I will post another comment once I give it a try!

Looking forward to this one! With that much variety, it should have good staying power.

This looks very tough which is exactly what I need. It will take many times to master this work out. Which, at 52 is exactly what I need. This will not only challenge my body but my mind will get in shape as well. Body mind coordination, that's what I'm talking about.

On a personal level I'm worried about injury - getting dizzy, tripping on the step, etc while I learn the choreography (if I can even learn it). I pre-ordered it anyway, since I buy everything Cathe makes nowadays - she is my favorite and the reason I have stuck with exercise.

Instead of doing the challenge at the end I practiced the moves I was having trouble with during the routine. I'm going to do it again tomorrow cause practice makes perfect.

There is a lot of spinning and turning around the step which concerns me.

Is it possible to perform these with Bosu only ? Anyone try it?

No, it's not possible. This type of choreography requires the absolute stability of a step.
