  • Get ready for another 22 minute NO EQUIPMENT workout that’s also all low impact too! One on One Low Impact Cardio Leg Blast!!!
    Here’s what’s about to happen (besides the huge rainstorm that disrupts this workout 🌨🤣). You’ll do your own three-minute warm-up, grab a water bottle, and get ready to dive into 16 exercises. Each exercise is different and alternates between cardio and legs. So grab your umbrella(halfway through) and let’s get started. Special thanks to Yes!
