Thanks for sharing, girl!!! You make it look easy, but I know it took me a while to get my hoop to stay up. I don’t do any tricks with it, I just have fun with it. But I do enjoying watching you… you are a very good hooper!!!
@@SpinJoyHoopDance Na,girl. I am old enough to be your mama. I and my friend from Texas started hooping a couple years a go. We use to send each other videos. She got the hang of it way before I did. I could not keep the hoop up very long for a long time. I now can without letting it drop. We are just having fun. I will watch you,you are more Limber than me. I enjoying watching the hoop that lights up in the dark.Thank you for making your videos!!!
Hello!!!! I’m a beginner hooper…..I just purchased a 36 inch hoop upgrading from a 29 inch one because i thought it would be correct for me but I still can’t seem to get the hoop around my hips. It fits perfect around my waist and I can hoop around my legs too but once it gets to the hips it immediately falls. My hips are about 38 inches around I think…..is my size of hoop correct or should I purchase a bigger size?
Can you send me a video on email or Instagram so I can see what happening? It's hard to tell from measurements on texts. As women our hips are wider so you'll need to move faster when it goes down to your hips. My email is info@spinjoy.com.au or @_Spinjoy_ on Instagram 👌👌
@@fitnessstudioyogacenter8058 the size is dependant on your specific body type. Mainly height and waist circumference. If you send me your measurements I can recommend a good size for learning. If you'd prefer to email me these, you can send me the details to info@spinjoy.com.au
It's nice to see you back to making new videos. ✌️
thanks Joe! It's nice to be getting back into hula hooping for fun again. Seems to be seasonal for me haha

What's the material of hoola hoop? Is it plastic or rubber
It's polypropylene plastic! Got a little bit of weight to it. About 350-400 grams spinjoy.com.au/products/body-rock-dance-hula-hoops
