Love your channel! One thing I do that makes it a whole lot easier for me to face is I use a broom from the dollar store and assign it only to the bathtub. You can stand there with soapy water in the bathtub and clean it standing up. It does a really great job.
We used a board to prop up the bathrooms sink (you may need to disconnect the sink (put a bucket underneath to catch any water) then clean the countertop and also the bottom of the sink) let dry, then apply caulk around the perimeter. Let the sink down, dry for a few hours, then caulk the edge where the sink and counter meet. You can do it, I know you can, especially if your hubby helps you! Great cleaning tips!
Candace, you can remove the metal grates and just wash them in the sink, only four screws to remove them, that also opens the vents so you can vacuum the dust and dog hair out.
Yes! A video! I have been waiting for it. Thank you! And even though baking soda is slightly less effective than Borax, it is safer to use on a regular basis and cheaper as well! As for some stickers, you can just heat them with your hairdryer a bit and then they come off nicely!
Yes borax sent a friend of mine to the ER with an asthma attack. I use it but I'm very very careful. It also makes me itch a little around my lips if I get too close to it. Weird!! 🤔
@@ЕкатеринаСёмина-у4н seems like it doesn't make everyone itch though. Never heard anyone else mention it, I assumed it was some sort of allergy to it.
Love your channel and your great tips- but on a completely different subject - can you please share your lipstick colour- it alway looks fabulous on you 😃
I put my tooth cup in the dishwasher & it comes out great. Your lipstick always looks great. Really suits you. Your dog is so cute. I especially love it when he’s in the background of your videos.
I have 2 bathrooms and I totally put those potty seats that go on the 2 toilet in there after rinsing of course and the 2 step stools. I just run them all together with no dishes. works great
For vents I use the vac hose and do the inside as well on the filter itself. Although prob not as often as once a month. Dishwasher hack def is my fave lol. I need to do that more. For some nasty things I just add a squirt of bleach gel. As far as “letting the cleaner work for you” also a huge fan. For me esp with peroxide it is fascinating to watch it “bubble.” (I use it more and more lately Bcuz cats). Peroxide is excellent for breaking down all things biological, as it is enzymatic and also cheap and effective.
I need to try the borax method for my toilets and tub/shower. I’m sure it is a lot cheaper than buying toilet bowl and bathroom cleaner. I put all kinds of things in the dishwasher. It is the quickest and, in my opinion, best way to clean small household tools that can’t go in the washing machine. I also clean ceramic, metal, and glass decorative items in the dishwasher.
Tub hack - once you have it clean, rub a bit of conditioner around the sides (not the bottom!). Soap scum and grime won't stick as much and it's easier to clean next time.
If you must but i will never put a dust pan and plastics combs in my dishwasher!!!! I would use a lawn hose and clean it outside and/or soak it in a bucket or pan. That is absolutely gross in my opinion.
That's a lot of water and energy cost to clean a dust pan that would only take about 45 seconds to clean. And the comb can soak in castile soap or whatever else you might have on hand. Finish up with a quick scrub brushing and rinse.
Why would you say that? First, it has no bearing on the content of the video. Secondly, it's none of your business. Thirdly, why do you imagine she would listen to you, a rude nobody? Just bizarre.

For the vents, i use the brush attachment, on my vacuum 😊 And I do you a butter knife to clean the window tracks!! I just adore you!!
Yes so much quicker & neater to use the vacuum

love your lipstick color!!!!
I have a long handled artist paint brush with soft bristles and I just run it back and forth and it gets all of the dust bunnies. Quick and fast.
Yay I hadn't realised Clean Mama had a book. I used to follow her online years ago and her ideas are so useful!

Agree about leaving cleaner on for few minutes. Let it do its job😊

I was out of carpet cleaner and had a spot on my carpet so I used spray spot remover for clothes (shout) and it worked great
That book changed my life and I recommend it every chance I get! ✨ I say it’s like “Atomic Habits” but for your home.
Just wanna say, if you put things with stickers in the dishwasher, they could come off in the wash and clog up the filter. But nice video!
I thought the same thing
My favorite was the hack of spraying surface cleaner on the floor ahead of mopping
The gunk around the sink drives me crazy too! And when my husband trims his beard, little hairs get stuck around the sink edges 😅 ugh

I put my globes from my lights in the dishwasher
There is a new dryer sheet that helps propel dog hair. And it actually works.

Was the Scrub Daddy hard or soft when you cleaned the tub and added Borax and dish soap?❤
Love the butter knife trick!
Butter knife for the win 🎉
I bet those vent covers could go in the dishwasher.
cleaning the vents There is one that is too high to clean

The dishwasher sanitizes. If it didn't I would never eat at a restaurant.
Even using the towels which have all our dead cells all over them!
Ditch the hat! If you need it because your hair is dirty, wash it!
I think the hat is cute! Maybe a bad hair day
Rude!
why comment just to be nasty?
What the hell, Karen?!
