I Tried the Clean Mama's Daily Cleaning Routine for ONE WEEK (here's what happened...)
I've been using clean mama daily routines since 2020. I love it. My house gets a quick pick up every morning and again before dinner. The deep clean chore each day keeps my house clean and tidy. It gave me permission to not do it all every day. I teach with 4 teen ages and it keeps us from spending Saturdays cleaning like before.
I just empty the trash when it’s full. That has never been a problem for me.
I’m not sure taking out the trash every day is necessary. It seems like a lot of plastic bags to use. Anything that could get really smelly goes in the freezer until trash pick up day.
I think I need to just change it up occasionally. Bathrooms for a minute every day should be added to Clean Mama’s list.
I use a Clean Mama-like routine. I have daily AM and daily PM tasks, plus tasks I do once per week on a specific day. I also have monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks that I schedule into my calendar when doing my monthly and weekly planning (a weekly Sunday task). I’ve been using this routine for over a year and it works for me.

Agree on trash daily. Thankfully my husband and I get up at the same time in the morning. So we quick make the bed together before we leave the room. It's just automatic.
Trash…yes! My husband and regularly argue about how often the trash should be taken out. I love the daily trash removal when staying at a hotel. Let’s encourage this!
I wouldn't do the rubbish every day in our house as we just don't have that much, recycling is probably taken out every day and we have a food waste bin,paper and soft plastics so only have about 2 small bags of general waste a week.
I make my bed every day (well most days) I find it does help and if my room is a bit of a mess if the bed is made it just looks so much better.
I used to my sink each day but got out of the habit recently. Due to have a new dishwasher tomorrow so hopefully that will help me get back into it
Hey girl. Great tips. Do alot of this but load of laundry daily, cant get geared up for. I switch that out for garbage.🗑😊
I don't love my Bosch dishwasher. Don't matter what I do my dishes don't always come clean. I even taken the arms out and cleaned.
