Thank you everyone for your feedback on this video! We hear you and have updated the title to "What is Sexuality?" Your suggestions are vital to our success. Thank you again!
Hey as an asexual thank you so much for updating it! It really ruined my morning seeing the ad and hearing "everyone is sexual"- so thank you so much for changing it.
Alright before the rest of the ace people come at them saying "They forgot the about Ace people" they literally included someone wearing an ace shirt and said "Some people aren't sexual at all"
Very appropriate that this video went up the day after I recalled how much adults teasing me about having crushes or making jokes about me having girlfriend or being a heartbreaker had a negative affect on my perception of romantic and sexual relationships (and may have even indirectly caused my incel phase as a teenager). I beg of you, NEVER do that to your child, no matter how cute you think it is. It's not worth the confusion it causes them.
I have that exact same experience! And it's very wrong It's also one reason why I'm not going to let them know that I'm ace and aro... I think that it would cause more teasing😭
@@cleohahn2121 “oh, you’ll meet the right person eventually!” “Oh it’ll happen when you’re ready!” “Won’t you be lonely?” Not quite what I went through (I’m VERY not ace of aro), but same principle of people thinking they’re being nice or funny but are just pushing their own desires on you.
I can understand the comments by ace, when the video is called "Everyone is sexual" a common phrase used to depreciate the experiences of ace people. When the video could be named something like "What is Sexuality" with is main point of the video. Like it's a great video either way.
I literally got this on a video reviewing asexual memes and was like "Yeah, back", but I must say, after watching it, I am impressed with how good this is in its inclusivity and understanding. My only nitpick is that the title is very misleading, hence my initial reaction.
So I literally found this video as an ad and I have to say this is the best ad I've ever seen in my life especially on RUclips. It's so good I had to come here and like it.
I saw this add on a video and I just had to one over and say hi! I’m a nonbinary asexual living down in Utah. I agree wiht menu points in this video and I would like it thank you all for creating it!
@@hllyenaylleth9576 helping young teens learn about the world around them, making them know that it’s okay to explore their sexuality I’ve been watching this channel since I was 14 and they’ve helped me learn a lot
@@hllyenaylleth9576 We use labels to help us better understand how certain things work. We label different sexualities so when someone tells us their sexuality we can understand who they are attracted to. Yes, these groups have formerly been outcasts because of straight being the only acceptable sexuality until more recently in which people have been more accepting. This is why we need to understand that it’s okay to be something different Also… sex isn’t barbaric, it’s the way we naturally reproduce, as well as a form of pleasure. It is necessary to indulge in because we as humans need to make more babies to keep the population of humans alive. We can understand who we are sexually compatible with when we know who we are attracted to. It is not mentally damaging to think about sex. Of course having a sex addiction is bad, like any addiction, but sex in our lives is necessary to procreate and to have fun every so often. We as humans need to eat, drink, socialize, survive, and reproduce. That is literally our nature, so of course sex is something that needs to be talked about. Also if you’ve seen the society we live in, it worries about *everything*.
this video was really cute! i love the art style and i'm glad asexual people were brought up:) edit: although, i do think this should be titled differently
The title came off very judgmental to me at first, and I'm an asexual with a (small) libido even, so it actually WOULD apply to me in some way ...😳 But it seems like I judged the video by the title itself at first and now I'm actually really liking it and it's really sweet to me actually :) I just would have worded it a bit differently if ir was me, that's all.
They did briefly talk about ace, it was only for about 3-5 seconds so you might have missed it, but in their own way it is still correct to say everyone is sexual, ace or aro.. just not in the same way, I do agree wording could be a bit better but the point was to be all encompassing and there aren't many more words to fit that
@@SerafinaLorelei Heya! Asexual here. I have to disagree with your statement because- for me at least- this is not how that would happen. From my own experiences and the experiences of ace friends I have, we have all come to realize our asexuality not by any sexual desires within ourselves, but from the society pushing the idea we should want sex onto us. Take puberty, for example. When I was going through puberty I heard a lot about sex and how it was only natural for one to develop sexual feelings during that time. When I realized I did not have those feelings at all, I realized I was asexual. If I was never in my life exposed to anything sexual in any way, I wouldn't be here saying I was asexual. Hope that helped

I saw this as an ad and came to write that comment (that ace people exist). I probably should have watched the whole video first

True- atleast they included them though!

Thankzz Amaze...for covering the things which are practical but society does not talk about....U r too good Amaze Org
A lot of this had nothing to do with sexuality..

Why did you say “Everyone is Sexual” if you said that asexuals exist?
They literally showed a person in an ace flag shirt and said "some people aren't sexual at all."

What about now ?
After 7 months you do
The whole video is that you should accept others for who they are, what they can and can't do and that we are all different.
Hi amaze org i really wish you never stop posting and the girl drawn in pencil i love her
Nope. I'm asexual and so are about a hundred million other people.
Lol
They acknowledged that in the animation
Even asexuality is a sexual orientation. And aces too get sexualised, have heteronormative expectations bestowed upon them etc
Watch the mf video they talked about it

So saying that we need to accept and learn to love human beings who are different from us in race, disabilities, age, sexuality etc. Is wrong?
