Then your video popped up in my feed so I thought I would just try it and see what I could manage, it helped me a lot - reducing my pain from an 8 to a 5 out of 10 which was a huge difference. I will be coming back to this video every day now, even when it feels like I am unable to do much. I was diagnosed with endo and adeno this year by ultrasound so anything that can reduce the pain without having to resort to painkillers is so valuable and special.
