Yes, I use it right after I have cleansed and put on my morning skincare products! I don't use any sort of retinol or retinol-alternative, just in case! :) I hope this helped to answer your question!
I have one, I never use it. It's so unrelaxing to hold the "heavy" box 6 inches away from the area in need (and what about the back? impossible!). Am I missing something?
I like using the handle when I'm holding the box 6 inches away from my face! That helps a lot. I set a timer and listen to a good audiobook or podcast for the six minutes and it goes by fast! The heat is really relaxing for me. For my back, I actually just let it press against my skin and lay back on the box, where I need it. They also have a stand where you can set up the box and then sit with your back in front of it. I don't have the stand though, I've just seen it being used. I hope that's helpful! I'd really recommend getting your box back out, since you have it already anyways! It takes some consistency, but I've noticed a ton of improvements. :)

I can attest that it works and I don’t have an expensive device (less than $100). I’ve had mine for a year come April. I don’t smoke but I do love my margaritas Lol!. I have a fairly healthy active lifestyle, nothing over the top. I’ll be 49yo in Sept. and I’m always told I look like I’m in my 20’s. Not ONE person believes I have a 28yo.
