Hey guys! A lot of you have been asking over the past several months what steps I have taken to get my hair looking fuller and healthier. I also received a lot of comments after my last video asking about all the treatments I had done for my hair. The reason I haven’t told you guys about it until now is its honestly a really intensive process that I have been going through to het back and keep the hair I have been able to and I hated recommending things that were expensive, time consuming, and painful. But I want to show you guys what I have done to help get my hair back a little so that maybe it can help someone else out there going through the same thing! Let me know if you have tried any of these things and how they worked for you! Love ya💖

Although I don't suffer from Alopecia I do have fine hair, I use conditioner every other day. I do it for the same reason to keep from weighing my hair down. I only use one styling product (It's a 10) unless I need to use heat then of course I use a heat protectant. Other than my daughter I have never been able to convince a stylist not to put all those different products in my hair because it's glued to my head before I even get home!😂 I have to say once again I admire your courage for discussing this medical problem that so many suffer from, also once again you are stunning! 💕💕 What a wonderful informative video!

I’m wondering why have you decided to leave minoxidil and other hair medication as the last resort? I know nothing about these drugs and I also went the natural route first, but my hair loss was due to severe malnutrition because of a tumor in my small intestine. Even though it was a “temporary” issue, it affected me a lot, too, so I completely understand your commitment. I now try to have a well balanced and nutritious diet, take my vitamins and use aloe vera and castor oil combined with coconut oil and sapuyul oil, too.

Women who don’t have hair loss will never understand how much it impacts you. It’s sad that insurance won’t cover hair loss treatment, because it truly does impact your mental health and your overall health, in turn.

So sad that no insurances give a fuck about our mental health or health at all really. Won't cover explant surgeries even when they are causing detrimental health issues, won't cover hair transplants, they suck.

@@hannahalyssa1473 Yes, girl. Don’t I know. I’m a manager for a healthcare revenue cycle company, so what my team does is fight insurance companies for payment of hospital claims. I’ve been doing this for 22 years now, and it was bad when I started, but it has gotten SO much worse. They’re getting very creative these days with coming up with reasons to deny claims. Either that or they can’t find a good reason and just take forever to pay. And that’s HOSPITALIZATION claims. When you consider other things that most insurance either won’t cover or cover only very small portions of (hair loss, infertility, dental implant surgery), it’s really infuriating.

Insurance wasn’t designed to help you, but to exploit you. Everyone has to start somewhere. The ‘healthcare industry’ is a pharma Nazi industrial complex. It took me years of research and dealing with the sick care minions (mostly good but mislead people) … and btw the entire pharma driven allopathic form of healing was based on a combo of a literal snake oil salesman known as ‘Rockefeller’ and expanded by literal Nazis who spread throughout the Americas after ww2, most of whom received no consequences or hand slaps for their criminal use of ‘science’. The pharmas today, literally do not care how many lives they destroy or end. And it has a LOT to do with the nefarious people responsible for establishing it. I was told 20 years ago by a former allopathic md who switched to naturopathy, that the ins companies are ‘in bed’ with the practice of what most of humanity thinks is the ‘authority’ or God like truth of how to best help people with health problems. It’s actually a good thing that there are important ant areas for which the insurance doesn’t cover, because it leads people away from them. However, you gotta watch out for the allopathic minions who will deny common easy cures, gaslight you and such… they are on RUclips making videos but most of them will be that nice doctor you go to. Many are knowingly lying, many just repeat the lies they were taught. It is frustrating because they do have some good options. You gotta learn as much as you can to navigate the system. Hopefully you won’t have to make too many mistakes in taking their snake oils… to learn. One tip… avoid any antibiotic that ends in ‘floxin’, you might be ok if you take them, but if you do and six month later you snap your Achilles tendon or something like that, or other serious, difficult to cure injury, it’s due to this antibiotic … your allopathic doc is likely to deny it, because that’s what they are trained to do. Look up ‘floxies’ or ‘floxxed’… there are a lot of people who have to go to real doctors to get help and pay out of pocket… thousands to tens of thousands of dollars … ypur insurance and your doctor will destroy your health and are powerless to help you… but once you are on hospice, you can have all the morphine you want. I’m 53 and I’ve dealt with many doctors for myself, my children and my parents and I used to write articles and interview people… the allopathic doctors and their pharma products are dangerous. I no longer carry health insurance… just accident insurance.

If any of you are post-menopause, please don't accept this as a default diagnosis for why you are losing your hair. My primary and my dermatologist would not help me look for reasons why I was losing my hair. The recommended treatment, minoxidil, gave me a headache. I went out on my own to research my hair issues. Rosemary essential oil, the Ordinary hair serum, castor oil hair masking and changing my eating habits has helped. My hair is not what it was, but I'm no longer losing chunks of hair and have had a significant amount of regrowth over the past 2 years.

This sounds like me. While I haven’t asked my doctor about it I’ve taken it into my own hands too. I felt like I had bigger medical (hormonal) issues to discuss and wanted to be taken seriously. I may still bring it up in the future. While all of us in this thread realize the impact of hair loss, not all do. The amount of information I’ve read is vast. I have wondered about spironolactone but I’m not sure how that plays into a menopausal person. It’s different when your body is producing enough hormones that to block some would help, but things are different now. I’ve gone the holistic route also. I spray my hair daily with rosemary water and oil it twice a week (prior to shampooing). I take vitamins and am strict with my diet. Sleep is a priority now too. I was severely affected by poor sleep over the last decade and I think that took a toll. Menopause affects everyone differently but I was definitely affected by it so it think my hair loss is attributed to it. The timing is obvious too. Now, how much is normal aging vs hormones, I don’t know. I’m putting up a fight with my hair. I’ve read studies on the impact of menopause on people and I’m a very positive, encouraging person and I would like to stay that way. Hair loss can affect ones self esteem and I don’t want to go down that rabbit hole any further. I’m happy you have found a way through this, sounds like ours are very similar 💗😊🌸

FYI for everyone taking Biotin. A lot of doctors don't know this, but Biotin can give false readings on blood tests. To have an accurate blood test, you should stop taking all Biotin at least a week before any blood tests. I had been taking Biotin for years and none of my doctors informed me about this. I was referred to an Endocrinologist a couple years ago and he told me that they are learning that Biting can not only affect the blood test results of your thyroid, but also heart tests and other tests as well. He said they are learning more all the time how it is affecting bloodwork for various blood tests. He said just to be safe, he would recommend to stop taking it at least a week for any bloodwork being done. He is a great Endocrinologist. He was the only doctor that was able to diagnose me with a serious life threatening problem I had for years, but no one was able to figure out what it was. I went to at least 13 different specialists, of all kinds.
Also, if you have fast dramatic weight loss, it can also cause hair loss. That usually is only temporary and will eventually grow back. Just make sure you are eating healthy, getting enough protein and taking good vitamins.
Spironolactone is also helpful. My doctor put me on a low dosage for hair loss.
Make sure your shampoo and conditioner does not contain sulfate, paraben, they are really bad for your hair.
Also Thyroid imbalance and low iron can also cause hair loss. This is why you really need to see a doctor and get tests done. Make an appointment with a good endocrinologist. Checkout their reviews. I saw 4 different ones before I saw this one. He had just moved to my area and his office had only been open for 2 weeks. So I was able to get in to see him right away. Most can take months to get an appointment.
      Good luck everyone! ❤️❤️❤️

I literally saw significant growth in my crown spot. I started last November 01, 2022 and I just took a photo today December 17, 2022 and compared them side by side. I'm honestly kinda surpised and now I don't need to go further into minoxidil and all that unglamorous chemicals lmao
I did the following routine religiously:
    1. Fenugreek seed once a week every Wednesday or Thursday. I soak it overnight. For instance if I'm gonna use it on Wednesday, I'd soak the seed in water on Tuesday night.
    2. I oil once a week on the weekend. My combination is coconut oil + rosemary oil. Leave the oil for at least 30 minutes before shower.
    3. I don't have the money for Nutrafol, so I got cheaper otc multivitamins and I separately bought biotin supplement too.
    4. I've been drinking collagen powder since November 16 for clear skin and I don't know if this also influenced my hair growth, but I intended it for my skin lol
    5. I do scalp massage EVERY SINGLE DAY! Minimum 10 minutes and I usually watch a 10 to 15 minute video while doing the massage to keep me from boredom.
    6. I use moringga shampoo. You can get it in your local store or just use milder shampoos, just stay away from overly advertised "natural" shampoo. Also since November 1st, I also started alternating my shampoo use. I use shampoo every other day but I wash my hair everyday since I workout too.
    7. NO HEAT, NO OTHER HAIR PRODUCTS. How I dry my hair after shower? I face the fan and let it dry there. I also minimize combing unless necessary 'cause I heard about traction alopecia and we don't want to be pulling our own hair.
I'm not a healthy eater at all, only 4-5 hours average sleep, so "de-stressing" has definitely no influence on the growth (but maybe if I start fixing these things, I'd get more result). I'm still on this journey and 1.5 month is too short of a time but the result is already visible. I wouldn't stop until the crown spot completely closes! Y'all can do it too! There is no harm in trying unless you're trying minoxidil lol
Also you might ask why fenugreek seed? Why rosemary oil? Why scalp massage? I was convinced to try these things 'cause there are actually medical journals that talk about it and its effect on hair growth. I don't listen anymore. I read and do.

Thank you for sharing this. I know how devastating hair loss is, especially for women. I sadly also have androgenic alopecia. I noticed a very thin area in the front of my hair almost 2 years ago and my overall hair was A LOT thinner. I went to a dermatologist and am still being treated but things aren’t getting better. I wanna cry whenever I see my reflection. So many people dismissed my feelings in the beginning saying things like “O you can’t even notice it” which you definitely can or “it’s just hair” and basically making me feel vain for being upset about it. I totally understand the throw everything and the kitchen sink at it approach and being willing to pay any amount to try to stop the hair loss. I asked my dermatologist about PRP injections but she said she didn’t think it would help with my hair loss which after the prices you quoted I’m kinda glad cause I would have paid them and just never ate or something to pay for them. I have several mental and physical health issues besides the hair loss but the hair loss has been the total gut punch. I’ve always had very long, beautiful hair, I was always complimented on it, it was what I was known for and literally the only thing I liked about myself. There’s so much stigma around women’s hair loss so again thank you for sharing your story.

This is me as well. Androgenic alopecia and on top of that I had a bad iron deficiency that I wasnt aware of for likely years and I'm post menopausal from having to have a hysterectomy at the age of 30. Literally everything that can contribute to worsening hair loss has been my issue. I also tried both topical and oral minoxidil as well as a custom compounded topical version from my dermatologist. I'm also on Dutasteride and Spironolactone. My hair loss has slowed but not really improved. Many dermatologist said at this point the goal is to try and prevent additional loss, not expect more hair growth. And that has come from 2 dermatologists I've seen. My hair loss is mostly on the top of my head so theres really no concealing it. I have done root sprays and fiber powder over the years but for me at this point I have resorted to wearing wigs. I may try more scalp stimulation just in desperation to hold onto what little hair I have left. It has greatly impacted my self esteem and confidence too. Know you're not alone. ❤

My hair loss is hormonal after having a hysterectomy. I found that increasing my vitamin D really helped my body to absorb the other vitamins I take. Also, try adding a teaspoon of salt to your pre-shower oiling. The salt gives the oil an extra bit of grit to massage your scalp bringing extra blood flow to the skin and slough off dry layers.

Hi Alexandria, I wanted to say thank you for being open and sharing your journey here. I clicked on your video because I've been experiencing hair loss for a handful of years now, and coping with it has been a difficult journey. I have tried many things to try and stop it falling, but for me the greatest pain over the hair falling has been the belief that if I don't have the full head I once had, that I will no longer be lovable. I have truly believed my whole life that how I look must have some correlation to my identity and worth. I knew deep down that can't be true, but I couldn't understand if my worth doesn't come from my hair, why was it making me so sad to lose it? Why was it making me so sad to be without all the hair I once had? I didn't know that I had more to offer the world than how I look. I didn't know that the people who really love me, don't love me for what I can give or do or how I look, but for who I am and Who I belong to. You probably know all this already, but if you're like me could use a reminder now and then. That you are beautiful and beloved and worthy of love not because of how you look, what you own, how rich or poor you are or any kind of other way of measurement, but because you are a beloved daughter of God and He loves you no matter what. Your worth can -never- be taken away from you, you are a princess of God the King, forever and always. You, who you are is priceless, with or without more hair. There can be peace and joy and life in fullness filled with love and overflowing still, with or without hair, but not without God. He is King of Peace and He loves you and I do too :) God bless you Alexandria!

My dr also told me to see him again in several weeks and he'll do blood work to check thyroid levels. I've taken 88 mcg of levothyroxine for a number of years. I’m sure your doctor has informed you about the root cause of your PCOS, Once you are able to control your insulin (diet) your hormones will stabilise. However, the second components to having excessively high insulin..you more than likely also have a Candida overgrowth..which can destroy your gut. So, getting good nutritional absorption can be a struggle. Once you tackle the Candida..the joint and tendon inflammation will ease, and your body will begin to release excess water and fat. Hi..I have chronic illness too and take meds. Reading both your comments, I just wanted to tell you my story and to say don't lose hope. Long story.....Two years ago, had long hair.that was starting to thin from thick with a neuro lyme flare plus sinus infections, fibromyalgia autoimmune etc. On alot of meds including painkillers, doxy etc. Then had to get a trim (was losing hairs, thinning) I got a cut by a new stylist. I said trim just ends, bangs...she made a mistake not sectioning me and took my long hair to short before i could stop her! Ugh. Traumatic for me....was physically ncomfortable in a pixie and looked stupid bad. The trauma of her technique also with a thinning shear and part misaligned caused myhair to fall out down my side hairline! Not only did I have to grow out my hair from a longer pixie with layers, I had to grow in hair lost at the root too. Long story short.... meds and illness absolutely do affect hair texture (my antibiotic made it like straw and thinner at crown, lost extra hair brushing it) . Devastated I tried to turn it around desperately. My dr said do 2 things a week for your health no matter what and start from there to heal. It took me at least 6-8 months of really consistently working at it. I was ready to give up. Was going slow. It's a cumulative effect....you dont see it for awhile but things you do can count.... I blended green smoothies with fresh ginger, parsley, cucumber, greens, lemon and coconut water, I used Evolis promote shampoo line, found a great stylist who has autoimmune issues too and she has me mix lavender and rosemary oil into my hair or shampoo, I got the ok to use Hairtamin gummies ( I did 3 months on, 1 month off) vitamin d3 daily, kept hydrated with water infused pitcher (cucumbers, lemon, mint leaves etc) ate wild salmon for the fatty acids and basically just tried to keep calm, gently stretch to get moving (hard to with illness) and not look in the mirror and watch for hair to slowly grow 😅 At the 6 month mark all of a sudden it started to kick in. Growth. My normal hair texture came back by the 8th month. Not all is filled in. A small bald patch under top of my ear is just now sprouting! I got a steroid cream to help that area...Doctor thought it was dead. No just dormant from illnesses. You never know it can take awhile sometimes. Hair loss is not easy to go through. I had to learn I was more than just my hair, my identity...Wishing you all best ❤❤

I had super super thick hair, and lost about 3/4 of it a few years ago out of literally nowhere. I went 2 years trying literally everything and nothing helped. Finally I found out I had a genetically bad gallbladder and basically had absorption issues from that. I had to start taking iron and Vitamin D (huge amounts of it too) but it surprisingly was one of the culprits. Biotin, minoxidil, medical shampoo with hair regrowth stuff, I had multiple thyroid appts… I even bought a $400 infrared hair regrowth wand and literally none of them worked. The supplements over the course of years were the only things that even helped it stopped shedding, and eventually helped it mostly come back. It’s one of the most emotionally damaging things I’ve gone through because I had super long thick beautiful hair and it got thin and scraggly, my hair used to be one of the things I always could love about myself through eating disorders and body issues, and losing it was like losing the last of my sanity. Now, fortunately it’s so much healthier and I also fortunately had a lot of hair to lose so it’s only noticeable if my hair gets really greasy now I have a couple little spots that annoy me.
Thank you for talking about this, as a woman, especially a young healthy one, it’s maddening when you have no idea why your hair is just coming out in clumps, it’s terrifying. It feels like you lose your youth with it.

@@abm672 vitamin D was the biggest one, my levels showed “2” as my blood market but the minimum it should’ve been was like 40 (I forget the unit of measurement) I had to take it as a spray because I basically wouldn’t absorb it as a pill or capsule, so I bought the expensive “sunshine mist” (it’s about $20 for a month worth from Amazon, and took about 10,000 IU a day for months, then when it got closer to normal I took about 5,000 until it was well into the normal range, I still take it just in lower doses (1-2thousand a day), the other thing that was huge was iron, my iron was always low so I got desiccated liver capsules, then I switched to liquid iron (from Amazon too, it was a big grape flavored bottle that tastes AWFUL lol but it helped)
I also took biotin and collagen to help, and used nioxin shampoo for a few months (it’s basically the same as the shampoo she showed but nioxin is hard to find and more pricey so I’d personally get the one she showed if you were going to try that).
That’s the combination that worked for me, I had gone through so much thyroid testing too thinking it had to be that since my family had issues with their thyroids and it was always so frustrating when it would come back normal but my hair was falling out in clumps and didn’t follow any of the alopecia patterns that the doctors explained or I saw online. That’s a super common one as well.
The other thing she mentions in the video I found when I was researching it too the saw palmetto I think it’s called, but I never tried that but it’s one that commonly comes up.
I would have your doctor definitely test your vitamin levels to make sure you won’t get sick taking any of that, but most Americans specifically are low on at least vitamin D so you should be safe if you want to start supplementing your diet. I hope this helps if you’re having issues! It was genuinely one of the worst things I experienced, like a runaway train no one knew how to stop. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy!

Results will come even for men, women get results even faster. Thank me later.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. My whole life I have watched my mom struggle with alopecia in silence. Knowing that she wouldn’t talk to other friends and family about it made it really hard not to dread getting it myself. Seeing other women openly discussing their genetic hair loss is really empowering. It’s not just hair when no one else seems to be going through what you are going through. In this video you discussed some things my mom has tried, but you have also brought up some new things that I have never seen before! Thanks again, it really means a lot!

I’ve always had thick hair but semi recently, my entire hairline thinned and a lot of it broke off, mainly in the back and more around my hairline. I just had my first round of PRP this week and your video has given me so much hope! I have dealt with my thin hair for 12 years and I am just now seeing a derm about it (my GP did not think it was something she could help with ... I am getting a new GP). Your story is so similar to mine. I use Revita Hair Stimulating Shampoo or Conditioner, a HairMax, Rogaine, vitamins, and I just started a prescription to help regrow my hair. When you say some days your hair feels fuller than others ... that really resonated with me. I feel EXACTLY the same!

My hairline started receding at age 21 or so and now I'm 32 years old. I decided early this year to actually try and do something about it. You covered all the things I've been following the last six months and I've had quite a lot of regrowth. I have fuzzy peach hairs coming in almost up to where my hairline originally started. It's filling in in the middle area all the way from one side to the other and the hair that was already present has thicken to the point of when I was in High School. I'm hoping it continues. I've been taking daily vitamins that include biotin and all the trace minerals, I switched to eating grass fed meats, dairy and eggs as much as possible (higher in omega 3's for one) and using a good shampoo and conditioner. I use one that has rosemary oil and a few other things on it. All these together and I've seen great results. Really hoping it has a great return so I can dye it and style it.

I'm in my early 40s and I'm experiencing thinning hair. I just came out of a really horrible season of life filled with anxiety and depression, and my hair USED to be incredibly thick and curly. Now it's thin, fine, and limp.
My dermatologist made a few suggestions and I'm just now starting to implement them if they help anyone. These are not my opinions; they're from my dermatologist, and I trust her.
1 - Take a multivitamin with iron DAILY
2 - Eat less sugar (natural sugar from fruit, honey, etc. is fine)
3 - Wash my SCALP and not my hair (if hair is oily, it's FINE to wash every day; too much oil on the scalp can clog follicles and prevent growth, ESPECIALLY for fine hair)
4 - Never brush wet hair
5 - Never sleep on wet hair
6 - DON'T sleep with your hair in a bun!!!!! The best and most protective style is a double loose braid or twist - one on each side - secured by a silk hair tie.
7 - Silk pillowcase - it allows for more slip and less friction
8 - Biotin pills do nothing unless you are actually biotin deficient, and being actually biotin deficient is rare.
9 - Use a silicone scalp massager in the shower for 1-2 minutes to encourage blood flow to the scalp & the hair follicles
10 - USE SUNSCREEN FOR THE HAIR AND SCALP!!! Better yet, use the SPF AND wear a hat or scarf. UV rays are the #1 most damaging factor and it's preventable.

I'm so glad I saw this because I have tried the rosemary water/tea concoction, too, with good results (was it too good to be true, I wondered?). I added 4 drops of organic rosemary essential oil, 4 drops of peppermint essential oil to a re-usable 4oz glass dropper bottle and filled it with strong, cooled rosemary tea using a funnel. I applied this throughout the day for a few months and I must say, the hair has grown in better than expected. I also have seb derm on the scalp which is IMPOSSIBLE to fix -- I have tried shampoos, apple cider vinegar treatments, and the rest of the gamut. The hairs that have come in aren't terribly thick (I am perimenopausal and always had thin hair but plenty of it), but this is the only thing that actually grew hair and I prefer it to something chemical like Rogaine. I'm working on the nutrition, too, but I can attest that the rosemary tea and oil together WORK!

Girl, I get it. You feel about your hair like I felt about my teeth... Long story short, I had to end up getting dentures, and my self confidence- that was already low (been over weight my whole life, the thing that caused me to lose weight ruined my teeth) tanked even lower. I'm not better, most people have no idea I wear dentures, but I do, and I still hate it. I would have spent every single penny I ever had- or would have ever had- to fix/keep my smile. I was already in pain from my teeth, so I could have endured more... How are you supposed to say goodbye to the one thing that makes you feel pretty? My hair is a mess, and thinning (again, weight loss) but it keeps coming back, and I work in healthcare, so it's always pulled back (which also doesn't help) It's amazing that I always thought losing weight would gix everything. I've lost over 200lbs, and it just caused more problems.

I have 6 specialists telling me 6 different things my hair loss could be from and meanwhile my fine, thin, layered shoulder length hair comes out in literal handfuls each time I take a shower to the point that it is more each time, and with each one I fill up a quart size bag stuffed of hair with each shower. If this keeps up I will have nothing left. Nobody has an actual answer and they tell me that there is nothing I can do about it that I'm not already doing and that's not acceptable to me. Something is going on and I want answers and in the meantime I want to save what I have and fill in the gaps.
Thank you for showing us your journey and giving us ideas on things to try and what may be the causes and how we may get help. Next step may be a dermatologist. My dermatologist suggested that I wait before trying PRP because she thinks my hair will come back on its own. I’ve been using a rosemary spray with witch hazel base and made it using rosemary essential oil. I’ve been washing a bit more often. I started taking natural DHT blockers. I had a bad reaction to minoxidil, so I have to go with more natural means. The laser caps are more expensive than PRP (its $2,000 with my dermatologist) and seem to not have as good of results as PRP. And PRP is less hassle than it all. Thank you for sharing what works for you! My dermatologist said I have TE (I noticed thinning with the shedding after lots of stress and covid.) I’ve been dealing with increased shedding during washing for over 10 years but recently found there was a correlation with stretching wash days to once a week. But now I’m noticing thinning. 9 days of minoxidil and 4 months of Bondi Boost made me lose over 50% of my hair. The shedding has decreased with saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil supplements but regrowth is a longer process. Can you give an exact recipe for the oil that you use? It’s the one thing I haven’t started, yet. Thanks!!

I bought a set of the Plantur caffeine shampoo, conditioner and treatment tonic yesterday after you posted. I already take hair/skin/nails supplements. It's worth me giving it a go!
So proud of you for talking about it. Just looking at the comments, there are so many of us going through this 💖🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I had very strong hair loss, I lost about 60/70% of my hair, I tried all kinds of treatments, I spent a lot, but a lot of money and no one could solve my hair loss problem, I was already losing hope, that's when an acquaintance told me about a gentleman who could help me, i contacted him by email, and he did some math calculations (based on my date of birth) and told me to get a haircut on the dates he calculated, i couldn't believe it it worked, but even so, I cut my hair on the dates he indicated (because I had to cut it even though there was only a few hairs), in the first month I noticed a small improvement, in the second month it was already very clear that my hair was stopping falling out, after the 3rd/4th month, my hair stopped falling out completely, I even found it more beautiful and silky

Thank you for sharing this! I also have AGA and I decided to go the minoxidil route. I'm extremely happy with my results from minoxidil, but I'm always very interesting in hearing what others do that I might be able to add to my routine! Thank you for sharing your experience and helping to take the stigma out of female hair loss.

I have to say, this is the BEST video on hairloss/hair regrowth process I have found on RUclips! I'm on day three of using rosemary water, made rosemary oil last night and I'm super excited to try it together how you do. Over the last 6 months i have noticed hairloss at my part line and definitely along the hairline in the front - as well as my double cowlicks at my crown. It's so upsetting. I don't shed nearly as much as I did a year ago from stress but I have noticed the thickness at the root is getting thinner- like ALOT. I can do the first three things easily but I don't believe I'll be able to financially afford the prp injections - which is okay. Gotta start somewhere 😊 I'm also back in the gym so my diet will be getting back in check and eating more protein and healthy carbs (I naturally gravitate towards vegetarian meals which drives me crazy because I'm gonna have to force myself to eat differently - but I'll keep reminding myself it's for my mental health, my body and my hair loss!! 😅)
I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU FOR THIS VIDEO!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. I have saved your video so I plan on coming back to this comment in a month to let you know how it's been going.
One last thing, which way do you normally wear your hair. I live in the socal desert and it's HOT AF at least half the year so my hair is 90% in a bun on the top of my head. I need to stop pulling it back like that but I need to make sure I don't blackout from heat stroke 😅
Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!! ❤

I lost a ton of hair after having a very bad bout with COVID because I had such a high fever for days. Talk to several women who experience the same thing! It's finally started coming back. I would like it to be thicker so I'm excited that you're sharing your journey!

I also had it, it's telogen effluvium. Trust me, it goes away after a while. The hair goes through different long cycles. Your hair only starts falling out months after covid. Then it takes many more months for new hair to come from what I then call a "sterile scalp", like when you get chemo. The hair that grows back is also thinner at first, because the follicles shrunk. This is why I love vitamin C and folic acid, they both plump up the follicles.

I had covid 2 years ago and this has been a consideration I've thought of since long covid studies. I didn't notice any hair changes then, but even after a year I started to notice my hair just breaking. And now I'm definitely losing more than I ever have. And like freaking out trying to figure out what to do.
Gonna talk to my doc soon about it and hopefully get somewhere with it.

I recommend Castor Oil mix with vitamin E and massage into scalp after hair dry and wash it in the morning. I have very fine hair and thin, now my hair is 70% regrow. You can use coconut oil, no need buy expensive products. I’m not a doctor but it’s work on me. Everybody is different

Rosemary oil has been doing wonders for my mom (as well as moisturizing with ogx hair butter and ors hair balm)… we are Christians so we believe that our hair is our glory. I pray that everyone who tries this will have excellent results🙏🏾

I completely understand how you feel. I went through the EXACT process you went through. I stacked everything to get my hair to grow back. I have not done the PRP yet but do the inferred red light therapy. It definitely works. I made an oil combination of 1/2 cup castor oil 1/2 cup coconut oil and 10 drops of rosemary essential oil. I got this from Barbara on RUclips. SO happy you shared this info. You never think your going to have to "work" at keeping your hair. P.S your hair looks great!!!

Your hair looks thick and healthy and shiny. I'm lucky to have thick hair but it was getting very dry during the summer so once a month or so I started massaging in virgin coconut oil into my scalp the night before washing. It naturally works it way down the shaft. Wash as normal. And the condition improved. It was stronger and really cold to the touch and I needed less and less conditioner and no longer need serum. And coconut oil is very good for brain health. Some say can improve Parkinson's and Alzheimer's etc. Much more recently I started using rosemary rinse and am really happy with the soft shiny results and I think it gives a feeling of calm and reduces shedding. Next I want to try Chinese 'shampoo' which is rice water and orange and grapefruit peel.

I lost half my hair when I was in high school...it was devastating. Doctors couldn't find anything wrong with me with blood tests, thyroid tests..etc. I was vegetarian for two years and that had to have been it because when I went back to eating some meats like chicken and turkey my hair stopped falling out ha. I just wasn't getting enough complete proteins.

Thank you for your complete honesty and candor about your alopecia, Alexamdra; I started losing my hair because of diabetes and thyroid issues. Luckily, with a change of diet and a lot of vitamins, I too have had much of it grow back. I am going to try the shampoo set and rosemary items you suggested to see if it will help to bring back the rest of the hair I lost. Thanks again for being so brave to share this information with us; you have helped more people than you know.

For iron, instead of taking expensive supplements, here is an idea I just started using (for reasons of lowering my blood pressure actually)...
Get a dehydrator or use your oven. Dehydrate beets. Grind them in a coffee grinder. Put a half tsp in a glass of water with whatever you want to add (sometimes I add sugar, a bit of salt and lemon) and slowly drink. It leaves a good taste in your mouth.
