    She saved Indian traditional cuisine in urban centers. Huge contribution to saving Indian food heritage. Otherwise we would be eating kale, quinoa, avocado and off-course whey protein and almond milk chai.

    1 start day with banana raisins badam
    2 Include ghee in diet
    3 Regulate the gadget posture and time
    4 Eat between 4-6 pm wholesome
    5Move more and sit less
    6 At least 1 strength training every week
    7 dal rice for dinner
    8 Mental meal map- start with half
    9 surya namaskar 5 daily
    10Traditional shabbat daily
    11Don't use plastic and non stick and microwave Don't reheat
    12 Use Traditional oil, cashews

    Rule 1 (if u r a woman)
    Spend morning 6 am to evening 6 pm in the kitchen)
    Feed everyone fresh food, do not use leftovers and no microwave.
    Make everything fresh, from breakfast to lunch to dinner.

    When I'm going to gym and lose 10 kg I'm doing well with weight but I'm also losing my bone density

      Avoid too much cardio, take protein shake post workout or include lots of protein in diet.

      2. Morning me banana or bhige hua kismis Lena
      Jisko PMS ka problem hai usko periods k 10 din pehle se bhige hua kismis & saffron lena cahiye...
      2. Apne diet me desi cow ghee include karna
      3. 4-6 p.m a kuch wholesome khana cahiye like ( roti+gur+ghee ) or (peanut+gur) or koi fruit (Banana)
      4. Aap apne pet k hisab se khana Khao,agar apko lagta hai apke 2roti khane se pet bhar jata hai to aap 2 roti khana....agar 1 roti mai bhar jata to 1 khana
      5. Phone, laptop jada mat use karo,jitna jaruri hai utna Karo...shuva uthke pehle phone mat dekha karo and raat ko sone se 1 hour pehle phone rakh dena...
      Phone use karne samay apne posture dheyan rakho...neck straight rakhna...nahi to neck me dard ho sakta
      6. Raat me nind nahi aati to...milk me cashew dal k khana...nind acchi aayegi
      7. Rat me dal+rice (white/brown jo aapko pasand) sab cheye jada acchi hoti hai...
      But aap roti vi kha sakte ho
      8. Kuch workout karna Jo apko pasand... walking, jogging, Skipping, swiming, dancing, yoga etc.
      9. Jada betha maat karo,khare ho,2-3 minute k liye walk karo phir bathe bathe kaam karna
      10. Traditional sarbat khao....jase ki aap chaas kha sakte ho,bel ki sarbaat (summer mai khate hai bel ki sarbaat) sugarcane juice etc.
      11. Use iron kadai.. nonstick pan me khana banana acchi nahi hoti
      12. Use kacchi ghani oil, like mustard oil, coconut oil for cooking...aap kacche nariyaal vi gur k sath kha sakte ho bahat accha hai
      I hope,apko samajh me aaya.... basically ghar ka khana Khao... avoid too much oily, spicy, salty, sugary food.. Make a good day...😊

    Hey Quint! India enter top 10 countries for climate change performance. We have jumped from the 11th position to 9th position as we have decreased our carbon footprints.
    I am no Bhakt Or pro BJP and pro RSS. But if you claim yourself to really be a neutral and good reporting channel, you should cover that too. Showing only the negatives doesn't make you unbiased. ✌

    She is too over hyped and thinks she knows it all, to begin with banana is not to be eaten at breakfast, though the sugars are natural, studies show when paired with the moderately acidic nature of bananas will give a quick sugar boost, resulting in a crash around mid-morning. This will make you feel more tired and more hungry, and the banana will have done more harm than good, Fit you tuber is smarter than her ...

      Don't talk like nonsense...She is a nutritionist...For your kind information,we should eat fruits in empty stomach for better result (It can be 1 banana,apple, some pieces of Papaya etc. But we should avoid citrus fruit in empty stomach like orange, pineapple...)
      And don't compare anybody to others...Fit tuber also recommended fruit in empty stomach (he also said banana+black pepper helps in fat loss)...just see carefully...
