- WARNING, some of this video may be hard to watch for some viewers. Last night we reported that CSPD was still reviewing internal documents and facts about the incident and were unable to comment. But today they sent us their response. CSPD initiated a level two internal affairs investigation into the use of force by Officer Comstock. After review through the deputy chief, Officer Comstock was exonerated from any policy violation or wrongdoing.

Only in Umerrkuh, are criminals given the opportunity to continue such nonsense. Had the guy not committed a crime, he wouldn't be a potato now. Just leave him on a couch, to reflect on his poor life choices. 🙄
We investigated ourselves, and we find that we did nothing wrong!
Lol
This is the most ridiculous lawsuit!! A criminal paid the price for his crime. Not sure why when a cop says stop you keep running. We are taught right from wrong at a very early age. Seems common sense isn't a thing these days. Whatever attorney is dealing with this case is an absolute joke!!
In a nation of laws, it's not up to the cop to be judge, juror, and executioner. Tazing someone that is running while on pavement or concrete is crazy. When tazed a person can use their hands to brace their fall.
No human should ever be tazed while running, especially on concrete or pavement. Common sense would tell you that. If police policy allows that, then policy should be changed. This is going to cost the tax payers $ millions. Eliminate qualified immunity
Take his badge, take his degree, sell his house to pay his dues. Cop or not you did bad. Equal justice for all!
