Whatever happened to coming to court with clean hands? Criminals should never be rewarded. But for the crime…..
Welllllllllll
Dont steal cars and run from the cops.
Police hate that one trick!
Why his foot on his back if he down all ready that's not right
You mean knee and they do that till the cuffs go on or if the cuffs are on till the suspect is calm from an aggressive state
Learn to write the English language correctly.
Go ask questions about how master 3rd grade spelling and grammar before asking about the law.
hes rotting i prison, hes own body . dont be a criminal
Even me with no legal experience can say this was illegal use of force.
You're not allowed to taze taze taze somebody who isn't fighting back. 🤦
Wrong. Cops get to tase you so they don't have to fight with your or chase you.
Honestly I have little sympathy for a criminal stealing and then running from police. Not sorry

He's moving his head and sitting up pretty good for apparently haven broken his neck and being paralyzed in the fall.
Often it only shows later.
In many cases the swelling does cause the spinal cord to be compressed and injured.
You are not a doctor.
That's why you shouldn't move people with spinal cord injury fragments could get displaced and wedge in the spinal cord.
They leaned him up agaisnt the cops leg lmfao
Thats what it will result in..."policy violations". Then the cop gets to move to a new town and start over....no criminal charges for criminals who wear badges, just a new address, 2 towns over...
So the car thief who was running from the cops is the good guy in your opinion?
@@agb1953He definitely mostly at fault.
@agb1953 nope. But that doesn't make what the cop did, right....there is an appropriate response for every scenario, this wasnt it...regardless of what the dude did, he still has Rights. The cop still has rules and laws to follow...
Backing the Blue shouldn't be done Blindly...dont just accept everything a cop does because they are a cop. Wearing a badge doesn't make you exempt from laws...you are dangerous, no queations, no observing the scenario or details, no regard for the laws...just whatever a cop does is acceptable to you...Republi-tarded Cripplehead!

Taxpayers will fit the bill
Were you going for "foot the bill", champ?
I think you mean “flip the bill” you uneducated Biden voter
Just another FAFO moment. Not the cops' fault. He chose to run from the cops. HIs fall was a direct result of HIS decision to run. It's all on him because of his criminal behavior. And the guy had reached the level sidewalk when he was tased, so he was not in an "elevated" position. Oh, and suing an individual cop for $100 million, or even $1 million is beyond absurd.
Them think they hurt anyone and don't have to pay for that men pain ,cops can't get a way from that
The cop gets away with it if I'm on the jury. But you go ahead and back the car thief who was running from the cops.
Like he will get 100 Million
Criminal: Imma gonna run.
Cop: Stop or you're gonna get bit!
Criminal: I don't wanna get bit. Imma gonna keep running.
Cop: Tazer!
Criminal: Dang, that bites! Is this normal? Imma gonna sue!
Do stupid stuff, win stupid prizes.
Applies equally when the police do stupid stuff except, we the people pay the price in increased taxes to cover up their mistakes.
Poor little criminals getting punished for wrongdoing. The nerve of society to punish criminals!!!
Lazy cops can’t run …. Why are they cops then?
@@iamdenislara I guess they are cops so they can make folks mad that think people who are hurt by their own misbehavior shouldn't receive repercussions?
we will investigate ourselves and find we do nothing wrong
Spoken like a true snowflake
Dude how about you don't steal people's cars and you don't get a broken neck..... simple
U R wrong.

See, this is why the officer shouldn't use force against department policy. Even if you feel like the guy deserved to be permanently paralyzed, he'll likely be dependent on the public for support for the rest of his life, and it makes it possible that a guy who stole a car will win a large settlement. All because the officer couldn't wait another five seconds until the guy could be tazed without risking these outcomes. Additionally, all the officer knew for sure when he fired the tazer was that the guy was running from him. He had no way of knowing for sure that this was the guy who stole the car. Plenty of cases of misidentified people being injured or killed by police.
I hope a judge throws out this case but because it’s in Colorado I’m sure they will give another criminal millions
Hello Blue Canary. How does it feel to be in the least trusted job in the country? If you ever want to help the public, instead of being a talking traffic cone, EMT school is only one semester, and I'm sure there's a fire department that'll have you. Just remember, once you become an actual public servant, you can't abuse minorities or murder family pets anymore.
Boohoo
A female Cop wearing jeans and sneakers while 'in uniform'. 1:50 Unprofessional to say the least.
Dumb comment. There’s plain clothes police all the time.
Really? That's what you got out of this story? A fashion opinion?
They are a anti vehicle theft task force
It's called plain clothes surveillance until they have to proceed/make a move in which then they put the vest on.
Play stupid games, pay stupid price!
