@@SamratAJ It is not an excuse but a necessity. My father is a govt. employee too, and having people over 24/7 without any time table is the most annoying thing. It starts with allowing 1 or 2 people who are seriously in problem and suddenly everyone starts to do the same. Especially on days when one has exams or important events. My father has mostly served in towns and tier 1 cities and people are so lazy here, you give them a timing and they show up 4-5 hr later and then expect to complete all their work in the least amount of time as if being in the office till 10-11 pm is not enough.
This ex- Governor was once a Commissioner of Police , Delhi , notorious for publicy insulting his officers , would keep his two step juniors waiting outside his office chamber for hours while his constable orderlies would puff biddies on their face. He had his bunglow at 28 , Akbar Road , very close to Vice - President's bunglow in Lutyens Delhi , the elite residential area of elite political and executive , where no other IPS officer of his or higher seniority and grade could ever get and dream of till date - a history of sort . Visit of any public person was unthinkable and no public person was ever seen standing outside his house ; his claim of being available to public 24X7 is left to be judged by readers . There are offices for meeting. Civil servants have their personal life too. And this man should learn that.
No don't agree, being a civil servant is not just another job where you get so much power for your luxury. As it is said, with great power comes greater responsibility. If you want to enjoy your personal space beyond your time of work you should choose other jobs, Any police officer, especially an IPS is always on duty. Crime doesn't stop happening when you are at home, you should be ready at all times of day whenever required. Work life balance in these jobs are shit and you should know about that beforehand and if you are not ready don't go for it. There are many people who are in line and not less capable who are meant for this job and ready to give their all.
@@Vishallegal In that case, an MLA, MP, Minister must also be ready to meet anyone anytime because they are more of public servants than anyone else. Just try going inside their official residence without any connection and you will understand how they won't even let you cross a particular spot and will make you wait for hours even if they are doing nothing. And civil servants did not just choose their jobs but also worked hard for it. Like every other human being they also deserve to have a life outside work. If there are people who are ready to work 24 hours why didn't they work harder and surpass these people when they were writing exams? It's just a filmy dialogue that a police officer is always on duty.
U need to go through service conditions of civil servant officers cadre 24*7 duty except holidays. In special cases they are rule bound to look into the matters even at residence.
@@ajaynilesh9860 There is no such rule that they have to be on duty or work 24*7 unless it's an emergency situation like a natural disaster, war or internal security issue, rescue operation, etc, which is rare and for short periods. For such issues they can be called from their residence at any time but they are still not bound to meet anyone at their home unless they are lawfully ordered so by their superiors. Both are correct here but if theft cases are increasing in your city, a Police officer can't spend and stay calm all the time. He/she needs to give output and top the crime. It is her/his prime duty.

But the lady officer has reached her post by not only working hard, but also by not having a mentality like mine :D
Some careers don't have personal space. Like being famous or being in the public eye (public servant).
@@vatsalasaxena8430 yes but they have the right to opt out by expressing it. This man thinks he is the one to decide if the officer should have personal space or not.
@@VoldythingIsBack why do citizens do dharna outside of assembly or politician's houses? Why do you think?
5 cases in one area and yet no response from police. The politicians also do have some concerns about theft.
Would have been more appropriate to meet her at office, there was no need to go to residence.
I feel proud and satisfied to see this conversation between a authority and citizen in a well mannered way and this is how we can build a great society , if we question and make Accountable to the authority but in correct manner. thanks for putting out this video in your channel...!!!
that is a politician, not just some mere citezen. He entered inside her house without permission and started protesting which is not something to be proud of
This is a notch above the regular verbal spat between politicians and police.
Look, nobody's wrong firstly the man has the right to complain, protest which was fine in a decent way. But as an ex- IPS himself he knows the gravity of coming to the residence is something very huge and I understand There MUST be huge reason and inc in crimes. He did not did anything wrong or violence in residence so guys chill. But yes next onwards coming to residence should be avoided. Respect for the ma'am ++
Well said 👏
Incompetency should not be appreciated on social media.
Discuss her incompetence in office during office hours. Not barge her home, her personal space, odd timing post office and insult in front of her parents, husband and kids who are private citizens
Most probably this is not the first time she's hearing about the issue, going to someone's house to protest is the last resort. Most of the government employees are like this only.
If he had power as IPS officer, he wouldn't have turned to politics. He knows where the real power is. Hats off to politicians.
I'm happy that India is having this kind of conversation❤
He is talking rudely but how well and politely the officer handled him
Praises
This how educated people discuss the issues with valid points. Both of their POVz are vaild to T. Brut good content for the first time.
This is such a mature conversation with different perspectives attached with no jargoning and shouting rather arguments...this is how the talks between officers and politicians should happen
To me, the Lady IPS is right. It's not the place, they can't go to her house and make complaints. If they want to talk, than go to the station, not her private house. If they want to protest, protest at the station, not her house.
I don't believe that though. Our system of state is flawed but if we are to follow it, security personnel like army and police should devote their lives to their office.
People are so fascinated with the power and lavish life style of CS officers that no one can see the hidden arrogance of the officer who is respectfully defending the negligence of the duty as an officer.
A perfect senior citizen and senior in profession giving advice and raising his concern in front of a junior. Absolute gentleman behaviour and both the officers have held the conversation in absolute composure. Much respect to both for showing maturity and respect for each other. Jai Hind.
Everyone is saying calmness of officer is good😂😂but where is efficiency??if 5 cases in 1 area happening with no patrolling at night then it is that officer's fault
Once an officer! Always an officer. 👍
but now he is talking like politician...he is treating her exactly like he was treated , it seems
Those who are ranting 24x7...it means official government duty or some serious criminal cases. Doesn't mean anyone can come to her residence 24x7 saying you are dissatisfied.
Mentioning : she has already met them many times, already called meeting.
If she has to meet them many times, it's a clear indication that she's either not doing her job or she's not good at it 😒
And she's a public servant no less. An ex-IPS officer now turned politician has shown up for the people and he doesn't have to do that because a phone call would've worked.
Nobody's special especially when you're a civil servant/aid.
She’s young and I could see by her batch on the shoulder that she’s just posted as assistant superintendent of police after completing her training and she will have to learn a lot about maintaining law and orders and handling a lot of situations like this or even more extreme 😊 though she was composed and calm that’s what we call a nice cool temperament matured officer👌✨
Going at somebody's residence to protest is indecent.
This is so rude Using all his experience to make himself popular (IPS can make news anywhere any time)and willingly letting her down but her facial expressions is so damn cool❤
You need to look at both sides..both are right in anyways and they handled the situation well
03:08 we have come here to tell you that we are terribly dissatisfiednd we would request you to do something to satisfy us💀
Given the reputation of Bihar, especially in theft cases, I could understand the pov of the officer. Appreciate her to be so calm, that too before a retired IPS and Governor, and on the other hand, total respect to the complainant to be so civil even while complaining. He did sound like an officer, and not the hooligans these days who cannot talk in a civil manner and without destroying some property.
Absolutely loved the to and fro!
She was so calm because the person she's arguing with is a former-governor,had it been a MLA rather than the governor, she'd had the MLA arrested
wow....we need this kind of debate between people. That line caught me....Will you please allow me to complete and she was like yes sir...respect for both of them
That's how level headed people talk ❤😎
Even the old guy is also very calm he is being reasonable, many people are pointing out that he is encroaching her personal space, for your info there are worse cases about such stuff. This old guy was talking very politely and he was also doing his duty of representing people.
Iron lady of India in the making.
SALUTE . RESPECT . JAI HIND
Khuch bhi 😂
😂😂😂
😂
Both are correct here but if theft cases are increasing in your city, a Police officer can't spend and stay calm all the time. He/she needs to give output and top the crime. It is her/his prime duty.
They both are right in their own duties. That's are having a very important and interesting conversation. Needs to appreciate her for her patience with zero anger, calmness and fearless attitude.
The nation needs more IPS officers like her for sure. She is very inspirational for being so brave.
Her reply should have... "thank you so much sir that at this age you have taken your time and effort to come till here to protest... apologise for the inefficiency and will come back to you with results as soon as we can"
The Ex officer was not distributing her personal space, he was waiting outside her house and when she came out then he talked to her but the lady IPS officer handled the situation exceptionally. No one is wrong here
At the end of the day---performamce.
I live in Aurangabad and I know them both...they both are very respected here...but what the ex IPS nikhil Kumar is saying is absolutely right... there is numerous increase in number of theft in the area suddenly...and if you go to police station they will just do khana purti ...so it is the voice of frustrated victim from the side of nikhil Kumar... but also sweety sherawat mam knows their fault and handled it quietly 🙏🙏
Love how these two people talk to each other
Excellent training to both the IPS officers by the SVPPolice Academy
Both of them are sensible.
Hats off the lady officer for calm and composed response where as older gentleman was just there to make a scene
He is right. Once you're a public servant like IAS and IPS, there's nothing called personal space. You need to meet public if important matter arrives.
The type of conversation between two individuals with common sense is super rare to find these days.
Both are right in their respective manner.
Except the background music , everything was calm and composed discussion here
People commending on composed behaviour of the officer dont know the situation would be totally different if it was a common man standing in front of her and doing the same thing instead of an ex police and current politician.
The politician is just getting his media time doing this stunt which can be totally discussed in an office as she never refused to see them and act on it.
There is nothing commendable and should be appreciated here.
they were both calm. Nothing controversial.
he was not calm wat are u talking about, he was a ex governor he should be calmer than that
Also he should let her have her personal space we're all human beings
@@withervoid4966 5 theft no responsibility to catch thief how could he be calm with those 😂 are you dump
@@aswins.p7155 u have profession and personal life. U cannot let them interact if they do life is a mess. You literally cannot argue with this statement if u do, man adios
Respect to this young officer!
The calmness and composure of madam is a thing to learn for me...
Both treated each other with respect and best composure...there is a way to protest and I would say this is the best way. Admiration for both, for their conduct in public, for their choice of words 🫡🫡 best exchange of dissatisfaction and assurance in recent times
Blatant disregard of personal space is not acceptable!!! While it’s not wrong to reach out to officials at home , if they are ok with it.
but the entire scenario looks like the lapse in the procedural due process of investigation in a case. There seems to be blatant negligence shown from the officer to resolve a case and both executives should have shown some decorum to resolve the issue amicably.
This is good and mannerful way of conversion from both sides. Nothing is worng here.
If IAS/IPS & political class improves..this country will not be less than a heaven
Ex Officer must had been respected during his time.
His voice reflected honesty and the sincerity he denoted in his time
Wah vai, interview me to bolte ho k desh k liye jaan de denge.. aur asli time me "personal space " chahiye.. wah re IPS. 🙏
Truly Amazed by Him, Chcha 2 states ke governer hone ke baad bhi itni izzat se baat kar rhe,
Yha koi ek baar vidhayak ho jaata hai to IPS ko kuch nhi samjhta .. -once MLA from Gorakhpur made Woman IPS cry while inspection ..
Is he her superior officer if he is not satisfied idiot should go to the officer who is even more superior to her…she is kind …and behaved like an IPS ..
Hats off to this lady IPS officer. She didn't loose her temper at all.
Why will she loose her temper 😂 , she is a servant of people and it's her job to answer the people, she is not doing any favor here 😅
Servant of people to Modiji bhi he to kya aapke ghar me aake chay bnaye 😂😂😂
@akashpopale4948
Aap bolo to roj aapke ghar me unki duty lgwa dete he, Maharaaj??
Note: No attack on respected PM Modiji, I am just giving an example
This happens in every work.. Nothing new.. Both of them were respectful of each other
Everyone is praising the lady police officer for being calm in her response. Wish such calm behaviour is extended to common people too.
This case is of 2 months before. Actually Citizens of Aurangabad Complained to Nikhil Kumar Sir about many cases of Crime increaing in their city related to Snatching/ Thrives etc. Nikhil Kumar Sir phoned Ips officer of Aurangabad Sweety Sherawat many times but ahe didn't pick and that's why He decided to go at her home with all Officers and Complain about this. So She was Completely wrong here.
Thank you for this clear information!
I think both the personnels were highly commendable in putting their words very calmly ... lets appreciate both of them ❤❤❤❤❤
the senior guy is right. To get a progressive Bharat, we need more dedicated officers. This lady is just shooing away the problem. She should have atleast listened to them and promised of action and request them to meet at office next time.
Seriously only a corrupt bureaucrat can become successful politician after retirement.
What a nice video, 2 IPS officers talking about a problem in their society instead of any political things
