One way to argue back would be that roads are not good, what about that reducing the mileage. Courts are there to enforce the law. Law is nothing but a stack of papers without enforcement. Saying you committed a crime does not make it so. Need to prosecute which can be done only by court. It is the ultimate authority and law gives it that authority.

One way to argue back would be that roads are not good, what about that reducing the mileage. Courts are there to enforce the law. Law is nothing but a stack of papers without enforcement. Saying you committed a crime does not make it so. Need to prosecute which can be done only by court. It is the ultimate authority and law gives it that authority.

This is harsh reality that even sometimes our judiciary exploits a common man who doesn't have knowledge of law due to lack of awareness and education. When a common man gets educated (which actually our politicians don't want to happen to let their shops continue) then dignity and integrity in society automatically comes.
