You are brilliantly naturally funny. I read and laugh out loud..sometimes to tears.

coincidentally, I read on the Guardian that Cedric Robinson, the Queen's Guide to the Sands, died on November 19, a few days ago. RIP

I have read most of your books and reread them all each year. Love them. You have a great gift of how you view and share the world with us.

The British think 100 miles is a long way. Americans think 100 years is a long time.

Hah !! I didn't know Tardiff word letters, from Dr Who, each stood from something. I'm not a Dr Who follower. I love Mr Bean and Rowan from Mr Bean, as the Black Adder..and Black Books

If you don't know what TARDIS stands for, sir, you should have failed that British citizenship test

Harry Lagman this was in 1999, long before he took the citizenship test

Have you done a DNA test? I imagine you have a high German percentage. Then I think you have Irish too. It's personality I'm gonna Ng by. Smart, funny, detail organized is a beautiful German trait. Focused and a planner. I love how you seem to blend in to where ever you are. Your voice is very good for narrative.

I guess so much stone must impress Americans, most of their housing seems made of wood and cardboard so it blows down in tornadoes and storms. Comes from having so much forest to cut down and stone being suchg a hard thing to source with an axe and a gun.

You haven’t had a tornado you twit. We build with trees because we haven’t cut them all down

What a wanker you are. You know nothing about your ancestors who spent life and limb to journey here

Tell me why then the indigenous peoples used all the same housing materials for the same exact purpose for 14,000 years? Because the people of England did’nt use it? Well, look because all the people of England DID use them before they cut down all the woodland to make farmlands. They were hunter and gather peoples for hundred of thousand of years. You should be proud of your people, instead of saying that no one is worth-while before building in stone
