Yes the voice training part is all part of the initial fitting process. The manufacturer's rep did a fitting for me. The aid listens to you count out loud then reduces your voice very simple & very effective. So to clarify a one off process. Both of our company's offer lifetime aftercare in branch, at home & these have telecare so adjustments can be carried out online by your audiologist.
