I absolutely love cauliflower, I've started some from seed in my garden ..🤞 . In the meantime I bought some and want to preserve half using your recipe, and like you I hate waste so will be using the stems too! Thank you for your easy to follow recipes ❤️
I just made this recipe today and the bright yellow is so beautiful. I am so excited to taste this becasue I am really trying to introduce myself to spices I do not ordinarily use, like curry powder. I'm always looking for ways to incorporate tumeric too and this is the perfect recipe.

This is a fabulous recipe! I made it when you first posted it in August. I will be making it again since cauliflower is on sale at Aldi. Do you know if it’s safe to can a mixture of cauliflower, red peppers and carrots in this recipe? It would be pretty and add additional flavor.
Ok so who's got the time for the timer😅 I fell asleep on the Beetroots and did them for some hours but they came out perfect .... I don't think these will be as forgiving though somhow

Were you able to find canning lids this year. I know they are scarce.

Can you reuse the lids and on canning jars or do those need to be replaced each year to ensure a good seal?
Can can reuse your canning jars forever ...unless they crak or chip .
As for the inner lit you should replace that every year or new batch .
How do you not burn your hands while touching the seeds from peppers?
