Anthony Galie is the Master!
I accidentally saw a video of his last night, 1/23/24, although not very interested in the subject, I found it interesting, intriguing , and entertaining.
Self- Hypnosis or self- talk, and repeated positive affirmations actually do end in positive results.
I am a witness to the mind over matter methods to control pain and help in certain areas of self healing. Even when it wasn't termed an alternative way of medicinal practice.
In my opinion this was lost in the past half Century due to the advancements in Medical Practices, New Pharmaceuticals and Technology.
The availability of Physicians, Hospitals, Healthcare, as well as new Vaccines and Antibiotics were widely available to the Population after WWII.
People relied less on the power of Prayer, which most Physicians agree is a beneficial factor for any of their Patients with a religious/spiritual faith.
IMO: The human race is on the road of creating itself to destruction.
Socially, Mentally, and eventually Physically through overuse, reliability, and dependency on its own Technology.
Mankind is forgetting to think for themselves and use their own Brains!
