I woke up last night after another dream about my deceased parents. In each dream they are so alive so real that I’m convinced we’re in another dimension. Last night I hugged my mum and asked why she so suddenly left me. But I woke up before she answered. Yet I had a sensation I was being hugged.
Youre what the spiritualists call a "psychic medium". I too dream of the deceased. Some people are more open to it than others. I hv had similar of both my parents and a deceased partner. Hugging with such warmth and talking to them about how much I miss them. Its such a physical experience. Then I wake up very upset but also happy. I am glad to know that someone else experiences this.

I love reading about all religion although I am Muslim. I have strong belief that dreams are spiritual messages, sometimes just recollection of our daytime activities and memories, and nightmares are our fears and anxiety. What fascinates me are dreams that are repetitive and usually have a message, I use the famous Islamic ancient scholars Ibn sireens dream interpretation, I search for the interpretation and it is not always clear cut interpretation because there are multiple meaning but after few months and years when the dream interpretation comes true , I understand what the message was. For instance I get repetitive dreams about 6 months or a year before on of my relatives die, now I know what this dream implies when ever I get this dream I start panicking which relative is going to pass. What is even more weird is the exact same thing happens to someone else in my dream meaning that a person related to that person is going to die. Now I f do not need to read the book on ibn sireen, I just type in My slamic dream interpretation on Google and the page comes up and whatever dream I can remember in the morning I type in the specific word or the most important thing in the dream and everything filtered comes up.according to Islamic traditions pure dreams are like revelation since we don’t have anymore prophets, dreams are divine messages from God.
Great. I give my dreams a couple weeks before I'm able to figure them out. Some are so specific. My dad's oldest brother, already passed, came to me in a dream, I can't remember our conversation, but it took place close to where I grew up, and there was a fountain in the background. When we went to bury my dad a few months later, that same fountain was in front of the burial grounds.
How can you say there are no more prophets when you are having prophetic dreams? You don't have an immediate interpretation, but you have the dream. There are many individuals with the gift of interpretation. Sadly, some religions have cut them off and created fear based human laws, preventing them from speaking out. Some teachers are protecting their own jobs and mantle of authority and denying this wonderful gift from God to His people.

Did i miss something? The title indicates that there are dreams that should not be ignored and i did not hear it. I have had a stroke ( left side) and am wondering if i just missed what the title indicated. What common dreams should not be ignored?

Twice in my life I had constant repetitive dreams, unfortunately I did not understand until later what they were trying to tell me. Here is a part of that poem I wrote years later when it was so clear what my dreams were telling me. Also how long forgotten feelings come back in your dreams. A repetitive dream is trying to say ,something's not right you're going the wrong way. You do have a choice, take heed to this voice. Puzzles and riddles come in the night. With the gift of insight ,by dawn's early light. Feelings long forgotten, hidden memories that can't lie. Always there to remind us ,they are not meant to die. Just softly sleeping like they do. Until the time is nigh ,in dreams to haunt or comfort you.

What a 'coincidence' this video came up in my stream. I woke up this morning after a terrible dream that involved yelling at someone who did something wrong. My 'higher self', instructed me that, anger may win a short battle, but you will certainly lose in the long term. What better way to win someone over than an act of kindness, when they themselves know they have done a wrong? This was a great confirmation. Thank you Rabbi!

I love the explanation you gave of the fine line between madness and genius. I'm definitely not a genius, but a creative person, also diagnosed with bipolar disorder and it made total sense to me. There's a point where untamed consciousness can become too much and the mind can no longer channel it into a form that is coherent and recognizable but if you're able to channel it without getting lost in it it makes for great art/poetry/anything creative.

At the age of 63 after my retreat my former boss told me I was a Genius. Now at the age of 77 I am realizing it mvself. And I know for sure that the Rabbi is completely right. I know how psychiatrists might judge all this- my brother is a very talented, but not genius psychiatrist - fortunately I was in contact with a psychotherapist and psychiatrist for 25 years and his "diagnosis" was that I am highly and widely talented and I should respect this as to whatever I decided in normal life... Nice advice for an man of 70 of age... Well I was a MD myself and during the last 30 years I studied Neurosciences apart from my normal work as an anaesthetist and I read all works of Carl Gustav Jung.. and found a hint there saying that a big part of mental disorders is emerging from the fact that people cannot or do not develop their talents in time. I don't know if this means comfort or challenge for You. Good luck... from Germany..
Clickbait title. Sorry. I agree with what youre saying, but you talked around the topic. You didnt list examples of dreams we shouldnt ignore. If you meant that its a dream which elicits a strong feeling, a sensation, a typical experience, say that. This was a lot about the states of mind couched in religious interpretation. NO ISSUE with the religious aspect, but it doesnt address the title.
As someone who works with dreams and studies them from both the psychology and mystical Torah perspectives this was a lovely description of how dreams can support us (and sometimes grip us) and why this occurs. Thank you for your wisdom, as always.
For years most of my dreams Im always floating or moving above the ground. I do it for a bit then I start to loose control and I have to start walking again. When I wake up I am so tired it takes me a few minutes to get up. Any thoughts?
My advice is to pay PARTICULAR ATTENTION to dreams which have FEAR in them with a very clear focal point, and they repeat. 15 years ago I had continuous nightmares of men in white coats chasing me with hypodermic needles. NOW I KNOW WHY.

Its becouse unfortunately we are by 90% nominal Catholics, even if going to church. And only 10 % or less devouted, meaning living in grace and by grace and obeying 10 commandents is a great sign that so.eone is a devout Catholic or Christian

@@Ghryst Religion is a human construct, created to give the human a sense of belonging to something bigger than themself. It gives us a label we attach to which I turn gives our monkey brain(false self) an attachment to self that needs to be defended. Just like you say “I’m a strict agnostic” that’s not you that’s the false self(ego). That’s why when someone says “I’m a blank” and you say something they perceive as a threat or attack on that belief they’ll have an emotional reaction. Maybe upset or sad depending on their perception, and the level of emotion depends on how big a part of themself that particular “blank” is.
I'm falling away from my faith because I came to the bold conclusion that god doesn't love us as much because we aren't his chosen, we will always be the black sheep who he loves less and it disgusts me and I can't deal with that treatment from God.
I love it when you are going through a heartache or deep emotions, or hard times, as we now are in, the soul and dreams kick in to help you find peace.

Maybe you should get one too,, seeing as how you feel a need to take pot shots at people you don't even know on the internet.. maybe you need to feel big or something, but that seems unhealthy.. When I was a young child, I had a very vivid, repeating dream. In the dream I was in my blue footie pajamas, walking on a raised cloverleaf interchange on a highway (I had no way of knowing what that is at the time), with cars speeding past me. None of them would see me. I was crying every time. I'm adopted. At 3 days old I was taken from my mother and given to my adoptive parents. I'm grateful for the love and life they've provided, but I have to wonder if that dream is a spiritual manifestation of the trauma from having my mother taken from me so young.

Two times in my life I had intense, episodic, & repetitive versions of dreams. In my first "life-altering" series, I kept dreaming about a man I'd never seen before (but somehow knew); in my dreams we're in the jungle, in another dream we're Egyptians, and in another we're just hugging, in another we're thrashing out some kind of fight like Ma & Pa in Little House on the Prairies, etc... I mean these are specific incidents I'm recalling from different intense "adventures" together. They lasted about a year & I finally met him. We've been together 15 years and I'll still have dreams of us. My 2nd life-altering series and I'm going through an intense dark night of the soul; stopped talking to God & went through heavy isolation from my Self. I kept dreaming about fish. Goldfish in the bowl is drowning after jumping out the water, fish in the fish tank and jumping out and drowning...even one huge fish was struggling in the bath-tub and trying to not "drown in the air" as I fervently tried to fill the tub for him. Versions of fish dying from "air drowning" went on for many weeks. In the end I discovered I had separated myself from the environment I needed to survive in (ie, "like a fish needs water") and was "drowning" in "air." My dreams were telling me to go back to the water,so I did; I merged back with my Self, so to speak. I opened back to who I'd been before I put myself in an air (ego) drowning state; immersed back with Spirit.

I became a fan / follower of Carl Jung - Jungian psychology I suppose - not long after that when it was finding his work that allowed me to decipher my *drowning fish* dreams. Understanding that in the collective (sub)conscious, the fish symbol is used to connect to the Christ-Consciousness [despite my not being a so-called "Christian" as it's understood today] and it all just clicked for me. I had forsaken my Christ-Consciousness; ie Awareness of my Higher Self by throwing a temper tantrum & disconnecting. I, however, am grateful for the temper tantrum because it took that for me to delve even DEEPER into the water afterward! I wish you much peace, love, & light to guide your way Ray Ann. ... and on a lighter note; the most repeating dream of us I've had of us within the past 5 or so years is he dies and I faint. It's consistent that I faint. In one dream, he died 5 different times and I kept fainting. I woke up quite cross. "Quit dying FFS!" He goes with it like he does, "I'm dying now?" and I said: '"FIVE freaking times! And I'm fainting chronically... unable to deal with it." Oddest part is I've never fainted. There've only been 3 dreams of this flavor or so but noteworthy because he's dying (in various ways) and I'm always fainting, which I've never done (in this life anyway). I'd love a deep dive on that & maybe in finally talking about it it'll come to me. But I'm still open to ideas.

I somehow got bumped into New thought authors like Joseph Murphy and Neville Goddard. Now it all make sense(including the gospel/bible) even though I don't know how to explain it. Plus I feel like most religions share a similar core message so I enjoy listening to most of them. 🌻💛
@@lizbmusic11 it is like how there are infinite games of chess, but finite sensible ones. We could be aware of another "dimension" when we dream. When it comes to answering questions like; is our consciousness accessing another dimension when we sleep? We should first analyse the question and ask where the errors within the question may lie. What is a dimension to you? Is it an alternate reality, another timeline of decisions, a seeming one of an infinite number, and also intrinsically linked to ours by way of a dream, or a channeling of the great energies, those patterns which, for whatever reason, express themselves on greater scales than our intellect can seemingly handle? Is our access to any "reality" that is affected by our reality (in a greater, lesser, differing or unseeable fashion) limited to the hypnogogic state of sleep? Any of these would make our "realities, dimensions" linked, inseparable. The truth is that Allaah, he is the One who has 70,000 veils of light and darkness, and 70,000 veils between each veil. Worry not of the way in which the truth is woven, and worry not about the threads which make the weave, but wear the shirt that is made by them.
When he'd get mad/upset/hurt/whatever: he'd give me the silent treatment. REMINDER TO SELF: Reasons for narcissistic silent treatment: * Stonewalling * Gaslighting * Emotional immaturity * Lack of interpersonal skill * Victimhood * Dysregulation * Doing to me, what was done to him * Terrified of conflict * Not knowing any other way * Fear/panic/anxiety/terror * Desperation * Power over * Regaining a (false) sense of control * Punishment EVEN STILL, regardless of the above, I miss him and what we had, our friendship, our connection: WITH EVERY FIBER OF MY BEING. But he never really cared about me. He used me and discarded me. Replaced me so easily. Why is she better than me? Why? What makes her so much more profoundly better than me? Is he her best friend now? Or maybe is there even more between them? Why couldn't he love me like he loves her? He's replaced me with another. In an instant: just like that. HE REPLACED ME. HE SHATTERED MY HEART. HE RAPED MY SOUL. I'm all alone and suffering in anguish, and they are living happily ever after together. The PTSD and the loneliness and the grief that he's given me... Makes it so that I can't breathe. I drowned. I suffocate. I die inside. I'm in hell with no escape. NO ESCAPE. I need him. I loved him. He raped my soul: brutally viciously violently maliciously. Every night: nightmares. Every day: panic attacks. I want to die. Every morning I wake up in despair, desperately praying to die. I can no longer bear the pain. I could die from the pain of missing my best friend. He betrayed and abandoned me, discarded me like garbage. My mind can't fathom, my heart can't comprehend. I live in perpetual panic and terror and loneliness and longing... I'm so alone in the world. I die of fear. I'm so fucking traumatized and terrorized and terrified. I'm dying inside. My soul is raped. He's given me severe PTSD. Severe! Severe! Severe! How and when will I ever heal? In 2 days, it'll be exactly 5 months... God, as I walk through this hell and heartache and grief, I pray you guide and direct and hold me... I won't be stuck in hell anymore. Enough is enough!!! It's time to be free: in Jesus's name! I’m giving my life to Jesus! 100%! (REMINDER TO SELF: When you chase a man, you NEVER get the man, and you ALWAYS lose yourself!)
I love what you said about reading too much into your dreams can be a form of escapism. It made a lot of sense. Hearing this has made me think about the times in my life that I focused on something, subconsciously because I was trying to avoid a different area of my life. This was a great insight. You Get Too Obsessed Too Quickly When You Like Someone... Reasons: - You feel lonely and don't have many people to talk to, or spend time with. Therefore, this person becomes the center of your world because he/she is the only one giving you a little bit of attention... - You're in touch with them all the time, hence habituated - You don't invest enough time and energy in your own goals and hobbies - You seek validation from others instead of being confident about what you bring to the table - They're (most probably) not reciprocating entirely, so you end up chasing (and hurting) more. You're stuck in this loop, and are addicted to it. - You fear letting go and embracing solitude, so you'd much rather hang on to pain that feels familiar!
Rabbi, listening to you speak has been such a beautiful experience, like listening to a spiritual mirror. I personally have a hyper sensitive nervous system and almost by force started my own path of meditation about 9 years ago now(in my mid 20s) when life got harder. I was sitting here listening to you, wondering if he's going to talk to them about surrender...because it is the key.. the only intrapersonal one. The couscous wakefulness sits like a little egg in the center of the mind, it runs on ambition, goals, impulses and works in a linear fashion, drawing from memories to create new ones helping the body navigate the world. You are right though, it is infinitesimal compared to the larger structures of consciousness at play..which can seem baffling to a mind that has never crossed that summit. I always imagined I would find interest in lessons from the Kabbalah.

What's bad about nightmares are when they have people from your past and there is nothing you can do to make them stop. I just woke up sick my heart racing. A Romanian woman romance scammed me ages ago and Still I can't get rid the baggage in the back of my mind, it's there I want it to go away, I want to move on with my life.
There is something called Knowledge, the deeper mind within us. A part of God that was included for our journey into this life... this I have recently learned from a good Teacher.
But what does it mean if there are no bad or scary ones? I am always with people who seem to really like me, they are so kind,. I feel like dreams are therapy,. Like they give me a taste of the one thing I don't get in life at all; friends, interaction, etc. I am 100% alone and isloated,. (I am 54, no one wants to make friends with a 54 year old...) but the dream people are always so nice I leave dreams feeling like I was at a party,.. Can they also be ... like therapy? I have always been very gentle and even meek... I hope it just means I am liked and someone wants me to feel a little better? (Even if that someone is me...)

One night , I am my father's firstborn child ,daughter. It was 11 pm, and I began to feel strange. I sat by the phone, and at 4 am, it rang. Dad had dropped dead from a massive MI. I felt sick,and I knew something was wrong.
2 types of dreams in my experience: 1st personal psych/mind experience that is usually based in worries/fears! 2nd prophetic meaningful dreams, very vivid, advice to follow! I interpret for people! Then, going on I have out of body experiences, can even "jump" into another body in a different country(exhausting). Always, helping others! Never obsess, just see it as a gifting! Always, listen, never been wrong so far! Not every week or month! Has given me wisdom & saved my life several times!

Don't ignore a dream before you wake up in the second part of the night before morning. Usually the ones in the first part of the night are influenced by the darkness. Cabalists suggest to sleep little and get your "energy" life source from prayer and study. Sleep after dark and wake at midnight to pray and study, then if you need more sleep before dawn, these dreams are important

I recommend Alon Anava "what happens when i sleep" or "what are dreams" I started doing the weekly parashat and that led me to the Zohar, also because by "mistake" i researched Shem Tov thinking him who wrote the Hebrew gospel of Matisyahu was the same as the Baal Shem Tov. 😂. So I read the Zohar in the light of the gospels and find Yeshua in there so much that you only wonder why they didn't write his name as messiah. But then there would be no mystery or secret. i loved this, i had a health emergency a few years ago, while recovering i experienced extreme dreams and i really enjoyed them (even the scary weird ones) despite them being quite strange, i unpacked a lot from them and i knew i was listening to something deep inside of my soul. Hello Rabbi, first although I am not of your religion or culture, i still believe one can learn from others. The title of your video is, "Common dreams you should NEVER ignore when you wake up.' I listened to the entire video. 1) unfortunately nowhere in the entire video do you mention even one common dream you should never ignore when you wake up. I wish you had actually addressed the title of your video 2) at 13:12 you said, "A dream is a peek into that super conscious that's what a dream is and that is precisely why it doesn't make sense to us because we are used to structure.,"......and 17:36 "A dream is an experience of the superconscious. The problem is it doesn't work by the rules of structure..., 18:00 "The first thing you need to know is don't try to make sense of it..." (MY RESPONSE): From your video, I can accept the fact that your thoughts and opinions are based on your own limited experience with dreams and with the things you have read and what you have heard others say about dreams. So, what I am about to say is based on my personal experience. Sure I have had many nonsensical dreams. But, contrary to what you say, 1) I have had many, many structured dreams that make complete sense, 2) dreams where I have met a prophet or Holy immortal being, I can assure you those are well structured and the conversation I am having with the prophet at that given moment is structured and I don't need an interpreter., 3) for example, I have seen and spoken to Jesus in my dreams. The dream was structured and clear, I didn't need an interpreter. Jesus instructed me in the dream to now wake up and get up out of bed and get dressed and go down to the lobby of my apartment, for the person he wishes me to meet is there. When a holy man of God gives you an instruction, you obey. I got dressed and sure enough what he said to me in the dream happened instantly. Jesus is not the only holy man I have met. From the time I was a child, I would talk to spirits. They would communicate with me while I was awake and also in many dreams that were well structured with clear understanding not requiring any interpreter. So, all I can say is, the spirits (the immortal beings) that speak to me while I am awake and who I can often see and speak to while in my sleep, the conversations are clear, full of radiating powerful loving energy, and easy to understand. The immortal beings are talking to me directly so I don't need an interpreter. So, believe me, if you ever have a conversation with an immortal being, that conversation is well-structured and concise. (There is a big difference between trying to interpret a message and having an actual direct one-on-one conversation with an immortal being). like, a holy man or an angel or your higher self, or even Lucifer, etc, and it is an experience to a higher reality and truth, well for except when the fallen angel Lucifer and his kind are talking to you. The same way Lucifer sought out Jesus, is the same way Lucifer will make his unwanted presence known. The meeting of Jesus and Lucifer in my dreams was truly a profound experience inside a structured dream. I had a clear conversation with both, but i am used to talking to both of them and angels from God since I was a child. I'm sort of curious, as a constant lucid-dreamer... what's your take on that? Why do I have agency in dreams? Why am I able to control the framework of my dreams? When I dream, I instantly know that I am dreaming, and I'm able to know and access memories and even witness things, that at times, are or were actually real things. I've never sought to be this way, it started when I was pretty young. Honestly I feel like whatever it is I'm experiencing in this state, has made me totally separate from everyone I know in some way. I also can say that despite having experienced a fair amount of trauma in my life, I simply do not have nightmares... ever. I've wanted to know why this is for some time, I'm curious what your opinion is about this.

I dreamt my uncle said "tell (his wife) I will meet her at the blue flower". 3 days later she entered a nursing home with a breakfast nook on the table a bright blue African violet". She passed 2 days later.
I went through a weird change where I was conducting a lot of electricity through my body and was having hallucinations without taking anything at all. It was a bit wild and unnerving, heartbreaking and beautiful all at the same time. I now feel more at peace but I haven't been able to remember any dreams for a while now though.
Wonderful talk! I dream in vivid color and carry on conversations with people in my dream. However, I always 99% of the time will lose my purse (I am an older lady who has carried a purse from a young age) always some kind of purse I should be carrying is gone and I look for this most of the dream. All my dreams are very clear to me (goals and meanings). I understand that people and events in dreams are often purely symbolic as if they were some sort of personal hieroglyphs. The understanding by me is mainly intuitive. Sometimes, a person or a voice behind me in the dream describes for me the meanings of the symbols, their relations, and the meaning of their reunion in the events. As for others, the first dreams of a night are relevant first to the same day and then to other times in the past. The second ones are relevant to the state and needs of the body. I do not frequently remember the third and fourth series of dreams, except when I try. I think that they are often relevant to my family, friends, and colleagues. It seems that we can visit people in their dreams and share some dreams with them (not just with individuals but also with groups). In some dreams, when we see some of the above levels, we can see the bridges connecting all people. The last series of dreams are relevant to the future, near and far. The most likely future events are in full colors ; other are in black and white or in grays. Sometimes, it is clear how to amplify the probability of one series of events. In all my dreams, less important things are in black and white (or grays), and important or significant ones are in full colors. The beauty and clarity of the light are also a sign that something is very significant. It seems that for the sub/super conscient mind, the past, present and future perpetually coexist.
When you wake up first thing in the morning and there's a song playing in your head, don't ignore it; rather, pay attention to it, even if you don't like the song. There's a message in it for you somewhere, even if you don't like the song. There's a message for you, otherwise the song wouldn't be playing. Look up the lyrics and see what they say. The message may even be in just the title of the song. Same with a poem or other forms of expression.

Dreams fascinate me. I can still remember my earliest nightmare as a kid (32 this year) although i only have a dream once or twice a year, some years i've not even had one that i can recall of, Most nights i'll just head to bed and then it's the morning. Had a couple rough ones this year. One was so vivid i was up with tears, felt like i was talking to my own mother who passed away last year. Pretty sure that's something truama based but i do envy those who have vivid dreams, or even outlandish ones like you can fly lol I'd really like to one day work my brain out. Don't think it's normal to rarely ever dream. Besides my childhood penguin dream and the really vivid one with my mother i've not had anything i can recall of. It does fascinate me to no end as those rare rare dreams feel so incredibly real to me.
I appreciate your clear description. My dreams are nothing like that. I fight evil in my dreams usually and I have incredible strength, can often fly, etc... It could be a monster, witches, or even a person. I am aware that dreams have some reality to them and I dream I am incredibly strong and destroying evil. I also dream about meditating sometimes and I love that. I think about God a lot but I rarely have dreams specifically about God though which I always wonder about, as it seems like I should be having them more often I would think so when I do have them they stand out especially.
@@derekstaroba I've never engaged in a conversation with dreams with another person over the net so forgive me going so in depth, Call it relief. The one with my mother was what got me really fascinated. It was just like i was in another life entirely and everything over the past year just never happened. It wasn't till i woke up. The nightmare is kinda sad but funny too from early childhood. TLDR i had this pet penguin and we where best buds, woke up in the dream and came down to my father cooking it, My fathers a very loving man too so that was wild. Must have been 6 or so. I've noticed the ones i have small pieces from i'm always grounded, It's like me living an alternative life, with people i know in the dream but not in real life. sometimes with people i know or even none at all. Talking to someone about these experiences is a long drawn out process on youtube coments for anyone reading this but i thought you'd appreciate more insight as you had to me about basically being a god! I honestly envy having that sort of dream one way, although perhaps how we're all wired up inside makes us have different dreams? Hell perhaps it could all be down to me not being a heavy sleeper. OK so this is a great conversation, I learned a lot, however, which one are the "common dreams I should never ignore"? For real, which ones? What type? After listening for 34 minutes, I have more questions than answers. Maybe these conversations are designed to be that way???
Don't drink coffee or other stimulant before sleep. Get plenty of fresh air and outdoor exercises. Don't eat 4 hours before sleep . Then you will have a deep sleep and bot remember anything. Wake feeling refreshed.

I am going through a state of superconscious, where I see hidden messages in the graffiti on the walls and all around me, I am trying really hard not to be submerged by it, because it is so interesting. Sometimes I have very powerful dreams. A year or two may go by and I can't differentiate the dream from reality. I'll remember something in my life and forget whether it was a dream or it happened during waking consciousness. I've pretty much concluded that there's really not much difference between dreams and so-called reality. I guess in a sense they're both dreams, or they're both realities.
10 years ago i was hospitalised and had surgery, the surgery went wrong and my pancreas was punctured because of it. This produces acid when punctured and it feels like being burned alive. This lasted 3 years, as was my hospitalisation. At some point i couldn't handle the pain anymore as the morphine and painkillers had little effect to the constant burning. I started saving my morphine so i could take all of them at once for a way out. And so i did. I died, they brought me back. i saw things that i cannot explain and was fully aware and i was able to think clearly while i was dead apparently. i should have been on a morphine high if anything. anyway. since i got back i never have dreams anymore, at least i don't remember anything. I have had plenty deja vu's though, and a heightened sense of feeling other peoples emotional state.. So, not all people have dreams to wake up from.. i wouldn't mind having a pleasant dream every now and then

Rabbi Simon, thank you for this series. I have had close to a thousand dreams ever since I was 3 years old that have come true in real life. Many of them involve persons and even celebrities who are destined for death, and they do die as the dreams show me. Many of the dreams have angels in them telling me to find individuals who need help and need some material provision, and I do find them in real life based on the instructions in the dreams. They wind up in tears praising the Lord when they receive the material provision, but I have a hard time explaining to some of them that heaven heard their prayers and sent me to help them. The Lord speaks to me in my dreams to tell me why He is telling me to help people because I am some sort of waitress in His Kingdom, and I am supposed to tell people that the Lord loves them with the love of a father. Then 20 years ago, I had a dream where an angel gave me an engagement ring with a dazzling blue stone, and when light hit it, the facets glowed in all the colors of the rainbow. Later in the dream, I saw a jeweler sleeping with one eye open with a jeweler's eye piece on top of it. The jeweler could not stop talking at a rapid pace about science and how the Creator manifests his intelligence in his creation. I could see galaxies swirling on the lens in the jeweler's eyepiece. Since he knew so much about everything, I asked him what the engagement ring and the stone was. He showed me a chart of circles and lines, with a molecular formula at the bottom, and the words THE RADIANCE printed at the bottom. He told me that the Creator wanted me to become like the two females in THE RADIANCE. When I woke up, I knew that he meant BRIDE and MOTHER because the only two women in the dream were a soon-to-be-bride who would be me since I received an engagement ring, and a mother with a baby boy. I blogged about my dreams that come true, and a rabbi told me that my dreams talk about specific Jewish practices, so he made me research my ancestral roots because he said my dreams talk about keeping the Sabbath and gentiles may not practice the Sabbath. He turned out to be spot on because my grandma on Mom's side and my grandma on Dad's side both had Hebrew ancestors. I had some psychological tests taken, and I discovered that I had a very superior IQ along multiple bands of intelligence. So I am using the intellectual gifts to help 200 government offices, NGOs, businesses and Universities, and with the money I earn, I get to spend some on the needy people whom the angels show me in my dreams. But the angels told me in 2017 that they want me to go to heaven soon. They don't want me to suffer anymore because I was abused literally close to 30,000 times by my father, and wound up with five multi-systemic illnesses due to the consistent abuses, which over time have gotten healed. Dad died in 2019 and he was a genius who turned business owners from millionaires to billionaires, and he had a genius IQ, literally studying both rocket science in physics, literature and business, and won awards across disciplines. I found out that he has Levitical roots which somewhat explain his rage and violence. The rabbi I was talking to explained to me that without the background in science which my father gave me, the Lord would have never given me the gift of THE RADIANCE. Prior to receiving the blue stone called The Radiance, the Lord put me in a blue fire that searched every atom of my being for anything that did not resonate perfectly with the Divine Will. The fire connected earth and heaven like a twisting umbilical cord. I was burning, but without pain, because all I could feel the fire was the paternal love of the Creator. Just yesterday, I felt my mission on earth is nearing completion, and maybe the angels can take me home to heaven already. I was raised Catholic, but because of the dreams, I became aware of the mission of the Hebrew people. My dreams and visions keep on showing me the number 613 and 222. Right before I receive a dream from the Lord that I have to find someone to help, I get the number 222. Right before I receive a blessing of provision from the Lord, I receive the number 613. Only through the Jewish culture did I find out that all these dreams and visions have a place and a purpose. Everything has a purpose! I do believe that our intellect and our dreams are a bridge to the Throne Room of Abba. He is wonderful! I have suffered greatly, but He has shown me things in heaven and on earth where His love and wisdom abound.
I as a gentile tried to graft myself in and practice the Hebrew laws that I saw relevant as a Messianic Jew. I was pretty serious when I started out, and I just kept hanging with Christians that weren’t as serious. I lost faith in leaders even higher positions greatly and it all sounds the same. I want to see things for what they really are almost like Elisha’s servant or something of the like, please plead on my behalf if you will. Or for The immersion of the Ruach.. thank you

Tbh I'm not sure you have what it takes if you've been praying all this time and haven't figured out how to do that and take in spiritual energies but you are right in saying you want to know truth. Read the bible of course as well and even other religions and scripture. My IQ has been measured at 130 and I sometimes see the future as well as many other things. In my dreams I am incredibly powerful and I destroy various evil entities. Lately "things/persons" in my dreams have stopped attacking me as much and been trying to pacify me but now I really want to destroy and send them to hell. When I was nicer they attacked me the most but now they have made me exceptionally vicious towards them and they seek to pacify me. They are totally false and must be destroyed and punished severely
When you say abuse I assume you mean sexually but if it was 30 thousand times that would be the equivalent of 5 times a day for 18 years which I find hard to believe can you explain that otherwise I'm gonna have to call b.s.

Your words are 100% on the mark for me as one who dreams the fantastical frequently and writes down the best of them but I essentially know much of where these thoughts derived. I’ve crossed over and saw what it’s like to not be here anymore and what you said about not being able to ‘see’ the face of God is true! Also the meaning of life is never spoken as it’s for each individual to learn themselves. People keep calling me an old soul and I suspect they are correct. I’m a Christian and this is the first time I’ve ever come across you and you have such beautiful wisdom 🙏🏼 I suffer with complex post traumatic stress disorder from a childhood full of abuse which carried onto my adult life. It’s only now I have peace aged 55 but I kind of dread falling asleep every night as my dreams are constantly about the abuse and I’m reliving it over and over again but everything is in darkness and I’m always trying to reach to switch a light on. I wake up feeling extremely low each morning but then I manage to De compartmentalise throughout the day. Maybe I need to stop worrying about it and just surrender… I pray protection over myself and many others before I sleep.
My dreams were always nightmares, a continuation of days of abuse as a child. After I grew up, I learned to ask God to protect my mind while asleep & awake. It's not always a dream that can influence us either. it can be a very subtle suggestion planted in your mind & you awaken with a strange, uneasy feeling hanging over you. God told me "Your past is gone & you need to stop looking back because it is keeping you from moving forward". I had to start training my mind to catch any thoughts of the past, & to replace them with a good thought in the present & of a promise of God. It's not easy to catch them, as they are deeply embedded, but God loves us & wants to free us of all oppression so we can finally see & experience the good. Now, most of my dreams are good ones. @@NaomiSims-id2vn I’ve been in therapy for ages now and with Gods help we’ve very much been focusing on forgetting the past and living in the moment and having a heart of gratitude and I stand on Gods promises ♥️ I also ask God to protect my heart and mind before I go to sleep and I fall asleep praying and listening to scriptures. Unfortunately the dreams keep coming thick and fast and they often wake me up so I spend an hour or so reading my Bible before going back to sleep and them starting again. It’s hard as I’m not in control in my sleep but working hard throughout the day to stay in the present and hang on to Gods promises🙏🏼 I’m so glad it’s worked for you though ♥️🙏🏼 it might also be because I have a spinal disability and badly damaged spinal cord and bedridden most of the time in chronic pain and I have to take lots strong pain relief medications including morphine,so i feel the meds are probably playing a big part in my ability to sleep properly x
Thank you for this message, Rabbi. I like the phrase, "Super Conscious". It makes much more sense to describe it this way. I'll be adopting this term from now on. I have always been of the belief that dreams were our mind's way of running "test simulations" for us to conquer difficulties from our waking life. I dream frequently, and I have learnt to pay attention - not to the visual details - but to the emotions I feel while experiencing them. If I have a nightmare, I will ask myself, "When and where have I felt this kind of fear before? What about this situation made me fearful?". Issues in my life that I have overcome no longer become recurring themes, and issues that have returned will bring back the same dreams. The Super Conscious guides us to raise above our struggles. G-d grants us opportunities to learn, to redeem, and atone in order to ascend, and dreams are one way we can better understand ourselves and our lives. Baruch Hashem!

I love reading about all religion although I am Muslim. I have strong belief that dreams are spiritual messages, sometimes just recollection of our daytime activities and memories, and nightmares are our fears and anxiety. What fascinates me are dreams that are repetitive and usually have a message, I use the famous Islamic ancient scholars Ibn sireens dream interpretation, I search for the interpretation and it is not always clear cut interpretation because there are multiple meaning but after few months and years when the dream interpretation comes true , I understand what the message was. For instance I get repetitive dreams about 6 months or a year before on of my relatives die, now I know what this dream implies when ever I get this dream I start panicking which relative is going to pass. What is even more weird is the exact same thing happens to someone else in my dream meaning that a person related to that person is going to die. Now I f do not need to read the book on ibn sireen, I just type in My slamic dream interpretation on Google and the page comes up and whatever dream I can remember in the morning I type in the specific word or the most important thing in the dream and everything filtered comes up.according to Islamic traditions pure dreams are like revelation since we don’t have anymore prophets, dreams are divine messages from God.
Great. I give my dreams a couple weeks before I'm able to figure them out. Some are so specific. My dad's oldest brother, already passed, came to me in a dream, I can't remember our conversation, but it took place close to where I grew up, and there was a fountain in the background. When we went to bury my dad a few months later, that same fountain was in front of the burial grounds.
How can you say there are no more prophets when you are having prophetic dreams? You don't have an immediate interpretation, but you have the dream. There are many individuals with the gift of interpretation. Sadly, some religions have cut them off and created fear based human laws, preventing them from speaking out. Some teachers are protecting their own jobs and mantle of authority and denying this wonderful gift from God to His people.

Thank you so much for your insights. I've really been grappling with the concept of "surrender" lately (on all different levels - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual). I've been finding it difficult to remain optomistic and peaceful when so much in life seems chaotic and uncertain - but as I listened to this lecture, I could literally feel the tension dissipating. It's like, all these concepts I've been ruminating about for months on end have finally been reconciled - and everything finally just make sense.

I believe he is explaining how to distinguish what those dreams are for yourself. It's up to you to discern what dreams those are.
Twice in my life I had constant repetitive dreams, unfortunately I did not understand until later what they were trying to tell me. Here is a part of that poem I wrote years later when it was so clear what my dreams were telling me. Also how long forgotten feelings come back in your dreams.
A repetitive dream is trying to say ,something's not right you're going the wrong way.
You do have a choice, take heed to this voice.

What a 'coincidence' this video came up in my stream. I woke up this morning after a terrible dream that involved yelling at someone who did something wrong. My 'higher self', instructed me that, anger may win a short battle, but you will certainly lose in the long term. I love the explanation you gave of the fine line between madness and genius. I'm definitely not a genius, but a creative person, also diagnosed with bipolar disorder and it made total sense to me. There's a point where untamed consciousness can become too much and the mind can no longer channel it into a form that is coherent and recognizable but if you're able to channel it without getting lost in it it makes for great art/poetry/anything creative.

At the age of 63 after my retreat my former boss told me I was a Genius. Now at the age of 77 I am realizing it mvself. And I know for sure that the Rabbi is completely right. I know how psychiatrists might judge all this- my brother is a very talented, but not genius psychiatrist - fortunately I was in contact with a psychotherapist and psychiatrist for 25 years and his "diagnosis" was that I am highly and widely talented and I should respect this as to whatever I decided in normal life... Nice advice for an man of 70 of age... Well I was a MD myself and during the last 30 years I studied Neurosciences apart from my normal work as an anaesthetist and I read all works of Carl Gustav Jung.. and found a hint there saying that a big part of mental disorders is emerging from the fact that people cannot or do not develop their talents in time. I don't know if this means comfort or challenge for You. Good luck... from Germany..

Clickbait title. Sorry. I agree with what youre saying, but you talked around the topic. You didnt list examples of dreams we shouldnt ignore. If you meant that its a dream which elicits a strong feeling, a sensation, a typical experience, say that. This was a lot about the states of mind couched in religious interpretation. NO ISSUE with the religious aspect, but it doesnt address the title.
As someone who works with dreams and studies them from both the psychology and mystical Torah perspectives this was a lovely description of how dreams can support us (and sometimes grip us) and why this occurs. Thank you for your wisdom, as always.
For years most of my dreams Im always floating or moving above the ground. I do it for a bit then I start to loose control and I have to start walking again. When I wake up I am so tired it takes me a few minutes to get up. Any thoughts?

My advice is to pay PARTICULAR ATTENTION to dreams which have FEAR in them with a very clear focal point, and they repeat. 15 years ago I had continuous nightmares of men in white coats chasing me with hypodermic needles. NOW I KNOW WHY.

i'm a strict agnostic and think religion is unwise.. however, the good rabbi here is a wise man.
@@Ghryst Religion is a human construct, created to give the human a sense of belonging to something bigger than themself. It gives us a label we attach to which I turn gives our monkey brain(false self) an attachment to self that needs to be defended. Just like you say “I’m a strict agnostic” that’s not you that’s the false self(ego). That’s why when someone says “I’m a blank” and you say something they perceive as a threat or attack on that belief they’ll have an emotional reaction. Maybe upset or sad depending on their perception, and the level of emotion depends on how big a part of themself that particular “blank” is.
I'm falling away from my faith because I came to the bold conclusion that god doesn't love us as much because we aren't his chosen, we will always be the black sheep who he loves less and it disgusts me and I can't deal with that treatment from God.

When I was a young child, I had a very vivid, repeating dream.
In the dream I was in my blue footie pajamas, walking on a raised cloverleaf interchange on a highway (I had no way of knowing what that is at the time), with cars speeding past me. None of them would see me. I was crying every time.
I'm adopted. At 3 days old I was taken from my mother and given to my adoptive parents. I'm grateful for the love and life they've provided, but I have to wonder if that dream is a spiritual manifestation of the trauma from having my mother taken from me so young.

Two times in my life I had intense, episodic, & repetitive versions of dreams.
In my first "life-altering" series, I kept dreaming about a man I'd never seen before (but somehow knew); in my dreams we're in the jungle, in another dream we're Egyptians, and in another we're just hugging, in another we're thrashing out some kind of fight like Ma & Pa in Little House on the Prairies, etc... I mean these are specific incidents I'm recalling from different intense "adventures" together. They lasted about a year & I finally met him. We've been together 15 years and I'll still have dreams of us.
My 2nd life-altering series and I'm going through an intense dark night of the soul; stopped talking to God & went through heavy isolation from my Self. I kept dreaming about fish. Goldfish in the bowl is drowning after jumping out the water, fish in the fish tank and jumping out and drowning...even one huge fish was struggling in the bath-tub and trying to not "drown in the air" as I fervently tried to fill the tub for him. Versions of fish dying from "air drowning" went on for many weeks. In the end I discovered I had separated myself from the environment I needed to survive in (ie, "like a fish needs water") and was "drowning" in "air." My dreams were telling me to go back to the water,so I did; I merged back with my Self, so to speak. I opened back to who I'd been before I put myself in an air (ego) drowning state; immersed back with Spirit.

@@rayannphillip931 Right! I mean even re-reading the words cannot possibly convey what the feelings of them meant at the time. I became a fan / follower of Carl Jung - Jungian psychology I suppose - not long after that when it was finding his work that allowed me to decipher my *drowning fish* dreams.
Understanding that in the collective (sub)conscious, the fish symbol is used to connect to the Christ-Consciousness [despite my not being a so-called "Christian" as it's understood today] and it all just clicked for me. I had forsaken my Christ-Consciousness; ie Awareness of my Higher Self by throwing a temper tantrum & disconnecting.
I, however, am grateful for the temper tantrum because it took that for me to delve even DEEPER into the water afterward!

... and on a lighter note; the most repeating dream of us I've had of us within the past 5 or so years is he dies and I faint. It's consistent that I faint. In one dream, he died 5 different times and I kept fainting. I woke up quite cross. "Quit dying FFS!" He goes with it like he does, "I'm dying now?" and I said: '"FIVE freaking times! And I'm fainting chronically... unable to deal with it."
Oddest part is I've never fainted. There've only been 3 dreams of this flavor or so but noteworthy because he's dying (in various ways) and I'm always fainting, which I've never done (in this life anyway). I'd love a deep dive on that & maybe in finally talking about it it'll come to me. But I'm still open to ideas.

I somehow got bumped into New thought authors like Joseph Murphy and Neville Goddard. Now it all make sense(including the gospel/bible) even though I don't know how to explain it. @@lizbmusic11 it is like how there are infinite games of chess, but finite sensible ones. We could be aware of another "dimension" when we dream. When it comes to answering questions like; is our consciousness accessing another dimension when we sleep? We should first analyse the question and ask where the errors within the question may lie. What is a dimension to you? Is it an alternate reality, another timeline of decisions, a seeming one of an infinite number, and also intrinsically linked to ours by way of a dream, or a channeling of the great energies, those patterns which, for whatever reason, express themselves on greater scales than our intellect can seemingly handle? Is our access to any "reality" that is affected by our reality (in a greater, lesser, differing or unseeable fashion) limited to the hypnogogic state of sleep? Any of these would make our "realities, dimensions" linked, inseparable. The truth is that Allaah, he is the One who has 70,000 veils of light and darkness, and 70,000 veils between each veil. Worry not of the way in which the truth is woven, and worry not about the threads which make the weave, but wear the shirt that is made by them.

You Get Too Obsessed Too Quickly When You Like Someone...
Reasons:
- You feel lonely and don't have many people to talk to, or spend time with.
Therefore, this person becomes the center of your world
because he/she is the only one giving you a little bit of attention...
- You're in touch with them all the time, hence habituated
- You don't invest enough time and energy in your own goals and hobbies
- You seek validation from others instead of being confident about what you bring to the table
- They're (most probably) not reciprocating entirely,
so you end up chasing (and hurting) more.
You're stuck in this loop, and are addicted to it.
- You fear letting go and embracing solitude,
so you'd much rather hang on to pain that feels familiar!
Rabbi, listening to you speak has been such a beautiful experience, like listening to a spiritual mirror. I personally have a hyper sensitive nervous system and almost by force started my own path of meditation about 9 years ago now(in my mid 20s) when life got harder. I was sitting here listening to you, wondering if he's going to talk to them about surrender...because it is the key.. the only intrapersonal one. The couscous wakefulness sits like a little egg in the center of the mind, it runs on ambition, goals, impulses and works in a linear fashion, drawing from memories to create new ones helping the body navigate the world. You are right though, it is infinitesimal compared to the larger structures of consciousness at play..which can seem baffling to a mind that has never crossed that summit. I always imagined I would find interest in lessons from the Kabbalah.

What's bad about nightmares are when they have people from your past and there is nothing you can do to make them stop. I just woke up sick my heart racing. A Romanian woman romance scammed me ages ago and Still I can't get rid the baggage in the back of my mind, it's there I want it to go away, I want to move on with my life.
There is something called Knowledge, the deeper mind within us. A part of God that was included for our journey into this life... this I have recently learned from a good Teacher.
But what does it mean if there are no bad or scary ones? I am always with people who seem to really like me, they are so kind,. I feel like dreams are therapy,. Like they give me a taste of the one thing I don't get in life at all; friends, interaction, etc. I am 100% alone and isloated,. (I am 54, no one wants to make friends with a 54 year old...) but the dream people are always so nice I leave dreams feeling like I was at a party,.. Can they also be ... like therapy? I have always been very gentle and even meek... I hope it just means I am liked and someone wants me to feel a little better? (Even if that someone is me...)

I've been dealing with a pretty intense neurological issue for the last just over a year that the doctors haven't given me answers for and I think you just did thank you beyond measure
One night , I am my father's firstborn child ,daughter. It was 11 pm, and I began to feel strange. I sat by the phone, and at 4 am, it rang. Dad had dropped dead from a massive MI. I felt sick,and I knew something was wrong.
2 types of dreams in my experience: 1st personal psych/mind experience that is usually based in worries/fears! 2nd prophetic meaningful dreams, very vivid, advice to follow! I interpret for people! Then, going on I have out of body experiences, can even "jump" into another body in a different country(exhausting). Always, helping others! Never obsess, just see it as a gifting! Always, listen, never been wrong so far! Not every week or month! Has given me wisdom & saved my life several times!

Vague explination of super contious might be OK under a different heading. But the failure to address the title of the video does move this into the realm of click bait unfortunately.
Don't ignore a dream before you wake up in the second part of the night before morning. Usually the ones in the first part of the night are influenced by the darkness. Cabalists suggest to sleep little and get your "energy" life source from prayer and study. Sleep after dark and wake at midnight to pray and study, then if you need more sleep before dawn, these dreams are important

I recommend Alon Anava "what happens when i sleep" or "what are dreams" I started doing the weekly parashat and that led me to the Zohar, also because by "mistake" i researched Shem Tov thinking him who wrote the Hebrew gospel of Matisyahu was the same as the Baal Shem Tov. 😂.
So I read the Zohar in the light of the gospels and find Yeshua in there so much that you only wonder why they didn't write his name as messiah. But then there would be no mystery or secret. Blessings from Guadalajara Mexico.

Hello Rabbi, first although I am not of your religion or culture, i still believe one can learn from others. The title of your video is, "Common dreams you should NEVER ignore when you wake up.' I listened to the entire video.
1) unfortunately nowhere in the entire video do you mention even one common dream you should never ignore when you wake up. I wish you had actually addressed the title of your video
2) at 13:12 you said, "A dream is a peek into that super conscious that's what a dream is and that is precisely why it doesn't make sense to us because we are used to structure.,"......and 17:36 "A dream is an experience of the superconscious. The problem is it doesn't work by the rules of structure..., 18:00 "The first thing you need to know is don't try to make sense of it..."
(MY RESPONSE): From your video, I can accept the fact that your thoughts and opinions are based on your own limited experience with dreams and with the things you have read and what you have heard others say about dreams. So, what I am about to say is based on my personal experience. Sure I have had many nonsensical dreams. But, contrary to what you say, 1) I have had many, many structured dreams that make complete sense, 2) dreams where I have met a prophet or Holy immortal being, I can assure you those are well structured and the conversation I am having with the prophet at that given moment is structured and I don't need an interpreter., 3) for example, I have seen and spoken to Jesus in my dreams. The dream was structured and clear, I didn't need an interpreter. Jesus instructed me in the dream to now wake up and get up out of bed and get dressed and go down to the lobby of my apartment, for the person he wishes me to meet is there. When a holy man of God gives you an instruction, you obey. I got dressed and sure enough what he said to me in the dream happened instantly. Jesus is not the only holy man I have met. From the time I was a child, I would talk to spirits. They would communicate with me while I was awake and also in many dreams that were well structured with clear understanding not requiring any interpreter. So, all I can say is, the spirits (the immortal beings) that speak to me while I am awake and who I can often see and speak to while in my sleep, the conversations are clear, full of radiating powerful loving energy, and easy to understand. The immortal beings are talking to me directly so I don't need an interpreter. So, believe me, if you ever have a conversation with an immortal being, that conversation is well-structured and concise. (There is a big difference between trying to interpret a message and having an actual direct one-on-one conversation with an immortal being). like, a holy man or an angel or your higher self, or even Lucifer, etc, and it is an experience to a higher reality and truth, well for except when the fallen angel Lucifer and his kind are talking to you. The same way Lucifer sought out Jesus, is the same way Lucifer will make his unwanted presence known. The meeting of Jesus and Lucifer in my dreams was truly a profound experience inside a structured dream. I had a clear conversation with both, but i am used to talking to both of them and angels from God since I was a child. When I speak to the spirits while i am awake and it's structured, so it will obviously be structured in my dream. Many blessings, and have a nice day. Dreams are much more than a glimpse.........at times a dream can be a well-structured experience of higher reality and truth, with the receiving of immediate knowledge, understanding, and wisdom, needing no interpreter.

I'm sort of curious, as a constant lucid-dreamer... what's your take on that? Why do I have agency in dreams? Why am I able to control the framework of my dreams? When I dream, I instantly know that I am dreaming, and I'm able to know and access memories and even witness things, that at times, are or were actually real things. I've never sought to be this way, it started when I was pretty young. Honestly I feel like whatever it is I'm experiencing in this state, has made me totally separate from everyone I know in some way.
I also can say that despite having experienced a fair amount of trauma in my life, I simply do not have nightmares... ever. I've wanted to know why this is for some time, I'm curious what your opinion is about this.
I feel humbled by your talk because it finally connected some dots for me about life in general. I been seeking something, always just out of reach for years now so the word surrender hit a nerve.

I went through a weird change where I was conducting a lot of electricity through my body and was having hallucinations without taking anything at all. It was a bit wild and unnerving, heartbreaking and beautiful all at the same time. I now feel more at peace but I haven't been able to remember any dreams for a while now though.
Wonderful talk! I dream in vivid color and carry on conversations with people in my dream. However, I always 99% of the time will lose my purse (I am an older lady who has carried a purse from a young age) always some kind of purse I should be carrying is gone and I look for this most of the dream. All my dreams are very clear to me (goals and meanings). I understand that people and events in dreams are often purely symbolic as if they were some sort of personal hieroglyphs. The understanding by me is mainly intuitive. Sometimes, a person or a voice behind me in the dream describes for me the meanings of the symbols, their relations, and the meaning of their reunion in the events. As for others, the first dreams of a night are relevant first to the same day and then to other times in the past. The second ones are relevant to the state and needs of the body. I do not frequently remember the third and fourth series of dreams, except when I try. I think that they are often relevant to my family, friends, and colleagues. It seems that we can visit people in their dreams and share some dreams with them (not just with individuals but also with groups). In some dreams, when we see some of the above levels, we can see the bridges connecting all people. The last series of dreams are relevant to the future, near and far. The most likely future events are in full colors ; other are in black and white or in grays. Sometimes, it is clear how to amplify the probability of one series of events. In all my dreams, less important things are in black and white (or grays), and important or significant ones are in full colors. The beauty and clarity of the light are also a sign that something is very significant. It seems that for the sub/super conscient mind, the past, present and future perpetually coexist.
When you wake up first thing in the morning and there's a song playing in your head, don't ignore it; rather, pay attention to it, even if you don't like the song. There's a message in it for you somewhere, even if you don't like the song. There's a message for you, otherwise the song wouldn't be playing. Look up the lyrics and see what they say. The message may even be in just the title of the song. Same with a poem or other forms of expression.
Congratulations! You seem to have arrived at a good working agreement with other dimensions of Mind, by noticing a "colour and intensity coding" of some of your dream experiences.

Dreams fascinate me. I can still remember my earliest nightmare as a kid (32 this year) although i only have a dream once or twice a year, some years i've not even had one that i can recall of, Most nights i'll just head to bed and then it's the morning.
Had a couple rough ones this year. One was so vivid i was up with tears, felt like i was talking to my own mother who passed away last year. Pretty sure that's something truama based but i do envy those who have vivid dreams, or even outlandish ones like you can fly lol I'd really like to one day work my brain out. Don't think it's normal to rarely ever dream. Besides my childhood penguin dream and the really vivid one with my mother i've not had anything i can recall of. It does fascinate me to no end as those rare rare dreams feel so incredibly real to me.
I appreciate your clear description. My dreams are nothing like that. I fight evil in my dreams usually and I have incredible strength, can often fly, etc... It could be a monster, witches, or even a person. I am aware that dreams have some reality to them and I dream I am incredibly strong and destroying evil. I also dream about meditating sometimes and I love that. I think about God a lot but I rarely have dreams specifically about God though which I always wonder about, as it seems like I should be having them more often I would think so when I do have them they stand out especially.
@@derekstaroba I've never engaged in a conversation with dreams with another person over the net so forgive me going so in depth, Call it relief. The one with my mother was what got me really fascinated. It was just like i was in another life entirely and everything over the past year just never happened. It wasn't till i woke up.
The nightmare is kinda sad but funny too from early childhood. TLDR i had this pet penguin and we where best buds, woke up in the dream and came down to my father cooking it, My fathers a very loving man too so that was wild. Must have been 6 or so.
I've noticed the ones i have small pieces from i'm always grounded, It's like me living an alternative life, with people i know in the dream but not in real life. sometimes with people i know or even none at all.

I honestly envy having that sort of dream one way, although perhaps how we're all wired up inside makes us have different dreams? Hell perhaps it could all be down to me not being a heavy sleeper. I appreciate the talks! :D
OK so this is a great conversation, I learned a lot, however, which one are the "common dreams I should never ignore"? For real, which ones? What type? After listening for 34 minutes, I have more questions than answers. Maybe these conversations are designed to be that way???

Don't drink coffee or other stimulant before sleep. Get plenty of fresh air and outdoor exercises. Don't eat 4 hours before sleep . Then you will have a deep sleep and bot remember anything. Wake feeling refreshed.
Rabbi Simon, we at the Shia sect of Islam have much in common in sections of the believes that are just like Judaism, that's why the other sects call us Jews, which doesn't bother us, we respect and love Jewish people and condemn the holocaust and my family personally saved a Jewish family when Arabs went berserk against the Faith of Judaism, they got blinded to differentiate between zionism and Jewdaism,, we stand against of what happens in the occupied lands 100 % because we know the holy lands were where all biblical faiths lived in peace, something did trigger the bloodshed and division, whatever it was it was not from God or the biblical faiths or faiths in general, it is shetan finding a way to get in, anyhow all the respect and totally agree with dreams being related to life,, we believe desavues according to our Imams is our lives events, when we are created In our mothers wombs we see our lives all of it and once we are Born we slowly forget te majority but when we get a what's called a de javu, that's basically our memories coming back for a split second of what we saw at our creation

I am going through a state of superconscious, where I see hidden messages in the graffiti on the walls and all around me, I am trying really hard not to be submerged by it, because it is so interesting. Sometimes I have very powerful dreams. A year or two may go by and I can't differentiate the dream from reality. I'll remember something in my life and forget whether it was a dream or it happened during waking consciousness. I've pretty much concluded that there's really not much difference between dreams and so-called reality. I guess in a sense they're both dreams, or they're both realities.
10 years ago i was hospitalised and had surgery, the surgery went wrong and my pancreas was punctured because of it. This produces acid when punctured and it feels like being burned alive. This lasted 3 years, as was my hospitalisation. At some point i couldn't handle the pain anymore as the morphine and painkillers had little effect to the constant burning. I started saving my morphine so i could take all of them at once for a way out. And so i did. I died, they brought me back. i saw things that i cannot explain and was fully aware and i was able to think clearly while i was dead apparently. i should have been on a morphine high if anything. anyway. since i got back i never have dreams anymore, at least i don't remember anything. I have had plenty deja vu's though, and a heightened sense of feeling other peoples emotional state.. So, not all people have dreams to wake up from.. i wouldn't mind having a pleasant dream every now and then

Rabbi Simon, thank you for this series. I have had close to a thousand dreams ever since I was 3 years old that have come true in real life. Many of them involve persons and even celebrities who are destined for death, and they do die as the dreams show me. Many of the dreams have angels in them telling me to find individuals who need help and need some material provision, and I do find them in real life based on the instructions in the dreams. They wind up in tears praising the Lord when they receive the material provision, but I have a hard time explaining to some of them that heaven heard their prayers and sent me to help them. The Lord speaks to me in my dreams to tell me why He is telling me to help people because I am some sort of waitress in His Kingdom, and I am supposed to tell people that the Lord loves them with the love of a father. Then 20 years ago, I had a dream where an angel gave me an engagement ring with a dazzling blue stone, and when light hit it, the facets glowed in all the colors of the rainbow. Later in the dream, I saw a jeweler sleeping with one eye open with a jeweler's eye piece on top of it. The jeweler could not stop talking at a rapid pace about science and how the Creator manifests his intelligence in his creation. I could see galaxies swirling on the lens in the jeweler's eyepiece. Since he knew so much about everything, I asked him what the engagement ring and the stone was. He showed me a chart of circles and lines, with a molecular formula at the bottom, and the words THE RADIANCE printed at the bottom. He told me that the Creator wanted me to become like the two females in THE RADIANCE. When I woke up, I knew that he meant BRIDE and MOTHER because the only two women in the dream were a soon-to-be-bride who would be me since I received an engagement ring, and a mother with a baby boy. I blogged about my dreams that come true, and a rabbi told me that my dreams talk about specific Jewish practices, so he made me research my ancestral roots because he said my dreams talk about keeping the Sabbath and gentiles may not practice the Sabbath. He turned out to be spot on because my grandma on Mom's side and my grandma on Dad's side both had Hebrew ancestors. I had some psychological tests taken, and I discovered that I had a very superior IQ along multiple bands of intelligence. So I am using the intellectual gifts to help 200 government offices, NGOs, businesses and Universities, and with the money I earn, I get to spend some on the needy people whom the angels show me in my dreams. But the angels told me in 2017 that they want me to go to heaven soon. They don't want me to suffer anymore because I was abused literally close to 30,000 times by my father, and wound up with five multi-systemic illnesses due to the consistent abuses, which over time have gotten healed. Dad died in 2019 and he was a genius who turned business owners from millionaires to billionaires, and he had a genius IQ, literally studying both rocket science in physics, literature and business, and won awards across disciplines. I found out that he has Levitical roots which somewhat explain his rage and violence. The rabbi I was talking to explained to me that without the background in science which my father gave me, the Lord would have never given me the gift of THE RADIANCE. Prior to receiving the blue stone called The Radiance, the Lord put me in a blue fire that searched every atom of my being for anything that did not resonate perfectly with the Divine Will. The fire connected earth and heaven like a twisting umbilical cord. I was burning, but without pain, because all I could feel the fire was the paternal love of the Creator. Just yesterday, I felt my mission on earth is nearing completion, and maybe the angels can take me home to heaven already. I was raised Catholic, but because of the dreams, I became aware of the mission of the Hebrew people. My dreams and visions keep on showing me the number 613 and 222. Right before I receive a dream from the Lord that I have to find someone to help, I get the number 222. Right before I receive a blessing of provision from the Lord, I receive the number 613. Only through the Jewish culture did I find out that all these dreams and visions have a place and a purpose. Everything has a purpose! I do believe that our intellect and our dreams are a bridge to the Throne Room of Abba. He is wonderful! I have suffered greatly, but He has shown me things in heaven and on earth where His love and wisdom abound.
I as a gentile tried to graft myself in and practice the Hebrew laws that I saw relevant as a Messianic Jew. I was pretty serious when I started out, and I just kept hanging with Christians that weren’t as serious. I lost faith in leaders even higher positions greatly and it all sounds the same.

Tbh I'm not sure you have what it takes if you've been praying all this time and haven't figured out how to do that and take in spiritual energies but you are right in saying you want to know truth. Read the bible of course as well and even other religions and scripture. My IQ has been measured at 130 and I sometimes see the future as well as many other things. In my dreams I am incredibly powerful and I destroy various evil entities. Lately "things/persons" in my dreams have stopped attacking me as much and been trying to pacify me but now I really want to destroy and send them to hell. When I was nicer they attacked me the most but now they have made me exceptionally vicious towards them and they seek to pacify me. They are totally false and must be destroyed and punished severely
When you say abuse I assume you mean sexually but if it was 30 thousand times that would be the equivalent of 5 times a day for 18 years which I find hard to believe can you explain that otherwise I'm gonna have to call b.s.
I think that you should focus on writing a book especially on some kind of self help ect that would reach out to many people.

Your words are 100% on the mark for me as one who dreams the fantastical frequently and writes down the best of them but I essentially know much of where these thoughts derived. I’ve crossed over and saw what it’s like to not be here anymore and what you said about not being able to ‘see’ the face of God is true! Also the meaning of life is never spoken as it’s for each individual to learn themselves. People keep calling me an old soul and I suspect they are correct. There is much in my life I’ve always known without being told. Blessings to you too, I look forward to more of your insights!
I’m a Christian and this is the first time I’ve ever come across you and you have such beautiful wisdom 🙏🏼 I suffer with complex post traumatic stress disorder from a childhood full of abuse which carried onto my adult life. It’s only now I have peace aged 55 but I kind of dread falling asleep every night as my dreams are constantly about the abuse and I’m reliving it over and over again but everything is in darkness and I’m always trying to reach to switch a light on. I wake up feeling extremely low each morning but then I manage to De compartmentalise throughout the day. Maybe I need to stop worrying about it and just surrender… I pray protection over myself and many others before I sleep.
My dreams were always nightmares, a continuation of days of abuse as a child.
After I grew up, I learned to ask God to protect my mind while asleep & awake. It's not always a dream that can influence us either. it can be a very subtle suggestion planted in your mind & you awaken with a strange, uneasy feeling hanging over you. God told me "Your past is gone & you need to stop looking back because it is keeping you from moving forward". I had to start training my mind to catch any thoughts of the past, & to replace them with a good thought in the present & of a promise of God. It's not easy to catch them, as they are deeply embedded, but God loves us & wants to free us of all oppression so we can finally see & experience the good. Now, most of my dreams are good ones. @@NaomiSims-id2vn I’ve been in therapy for ages now and with Gods help we’ve very much been focusing on forgetting the past and living in the moment and having a heart of gratitude and I stand on Gods promises ♥️ I also ask God to protect my heart and mind before I go to sleep and I fall asleep praying and listening to scriptures. Unfortunately the dreams keep coming thick and fast and they often wake me up so I spend an hour or so reading my Bible before going back to sleep and them starting again. It’s hard as I’m not in control in my sleep but working hard throughout the day to stay in the present and hang on to Gods promises🙏🏼 I’m so glad it’s worked for you though ♥️🙏🏼 it might also be because I have a spinal disability and badly damaged spinal cord and bedridden most of the time in chronic pain and I have to take lots strong pain relief medications including morphine,so i feel the meds are probably playing a big part in my ability to sleep properly x

Thank you for this message, Rabbi. I like the phrase, "Super Conscious". It makes much more sense to describe it this way. I'll be adopting this term from now on.
I have always been of the belief that dreams were our mind's way of running "test simulations" for us to conquer difficulties from our waking life. I dream frequently, and I have learnt to pay attention - not to the visual details - but to the emotions I feel while experiencing them.
If I have a nightmare, I will ask myself, "When and where have I felt this kind of fear before? What about this situation made me fearful?". Issues in my life that I have overcome no longer become recurring themes, and issues that have returned will bring back the same dreams.
The Super Conscious guides us to raise above our struggles. G-d grants us opportunities to learn, to redeem, and atone in order to ascend, and dreams are one way we can better understand ourselves and our lives.
