I'll maintain my stance, this is no KAC equivalent. The SR-25 has other things going on under the hood that this thing doesn't. I will say this though, I've been watching PSA for a very long time. I've got a couple old guns built from their early parts. I can tell you I wasn't happy with their stuff back then, minus the 20" upper I got with the FN barrel. That barrel was awesome. Where they were then and where they are now are two totally different places. They've really listened, gotten better, tried to innovate, and they deserve some praise for what they've accomplished. Neat to see what they've done with this rifle and its cool to see that they' seemingly have it pretty dialed. Is the SR-25 worth the money, not for most people. I've seen them go for $8-12k. As a collector, If I had the money I'd shell it out for a M110k1 clone. This would serve most people just fine and doesn't hurt the wallet nearly as much.
Very impressive, only down side is now that this video is out they won't likely be in stock for a while. PSA is really doing a great service by providing good and great guns at reasonable prices to keep patriots well armed.
@@OFFICIALUND What he found in his review of the Aero was hardly damning stuff. Mine has held up fine but I also haven't ran that many rounds through mine consecutively plus I assembled mine myself and put an adjustable gas block on.

That accuracy is impressive! Grouping just as good as my Hk Mr762 at 1/3 the price. Its a good time to be alive in the gun community. Some real killer affordable firearms have been hitting the market as of late
I carried the M110 for a few years, including an Iraq deployment. I found it to be superior to the M24 in pretty much every way other than comfort (hard to beat a Monte Carlo style stock). Using 175 gr. M118LR I never shot more than .5 MOA. Our initial range had us easily hitting 8" gong targets at 850 meters. This was in no small part due to the excellent TMR reticle inside the MK4 LRT optic since the crosshairs didn't actually touch in the middle making it possible to see targets that were smaller than the etched reticle lines. On the old M3A optic, a man sized target would just about disappear at 850 meters. This of course, made shots past that distance quite challenging, and luck always played a part. With the M110 however, 1000 meter shots were almost routine, and first round hits at 1100 became commonplace, though still quite challenging. Being a hardcore bolt gun fan, I was NOT looking forward to the M110 until that first range day. After that, I had zero interest in the bolt action rifles...until the XM2010.

Not sure if serious. Bear Creek makes tent stakes shaped like AR-15s. I’ve lost count of how many people show up in forums looking for help getting the BCA to run. As soon as I see BCA, I just opt out. It’s not our job to be their CS department. A close buddy of mine who I helped raise back when he was a young PFC and E-4 (now retired after 20 years of service) said he ran into a guy who used to work at BCA. I had never discussed BCA with him before, so there was no preconceived bias. He said the guy said, “Don’t walk, but RUN if you see anything from BCA.” This is the company that got raided for Immigration and Naturalization Services for whoever they had hired.
Love my PSA! I would also be very interested in seeing these American made 308/6.5 rifles shot side by side to something like the Zastava M77, the Serbian AK chambered in 308. The rifle featured in this video is very tempting on my wallet, but I keep eyeing that M77.
I loved the Zastava M77 and came close to getting one. The ability to modify it was challenging. I also would recommend looking at the Rock River Run Lar8. I saw some on sale for $942.00 in my area. The weight and lack of it's ability to take AR parts made me go with the Ruger SFAR 16" in 308/7.62×51. Tim did an excellent review of the Ruger SFAR in 308. I picked one up on a military base for less than $1100.00. Just my opinion. Good luck in your decision.
My opinion I think anything AK is only good for shooting 7.62x39 any other caliber is best shot out an AR platform,I'm sure for bolt action any caliber should do great, I love my Gen3 PSA-10
This is a great setup and good on PSA for making this happen. My Aero M5 scratches my itch for a 308 gas gun quite nicely, but this is a great option for those looking!
Absolutely love my Aero .308 M5, there were a couple of kinks to work out but that was more the BA barrel coming with a really undersized gas port, once I figured that out and opened it up to max upper limit and put an adjustable block on it for when I shoot it suppressed, with M118LR 175gr SMK HPBTs it’s far more accurate then my abilities allow, I’m getting older and do not have the steadiest hands anymore but I can still shoot 5 shot sub MOA groups with an occasional flyer that’s my fault and not the weapons, this PSA comes in at just a little more then 1/2 of what I have in it, and I topped my M5 with a NF NX8 2.5-20, the money saved by getting the PSA would almost pay for the optic by itself lol
That's a nice rifle! PSA is really firing in all cylinders! Interesting take on the 6.5 Creedmoor as well. Where I am the local shop has a lot of used rifles in this caliber that have been recently traded in or sold for cash along with the ammo.
Went to the PSA website after this just to see what else they made. They have a sale right now where you can pick up a PSA AR-15 for under $500. Absolutely insane. PSA is single handedly saving the gun industry.
Just keep in mind they sell these uppers with 2 different rail types. Make sure you are getting the one you want. I was very happy with the full rail setup. And yes I already have the gun put together ❤️ 🙌 amazing buy, shot 400 rounds out of the box perfect b4 I started getting any upgrades for it.

Have a pa10 in 308. Total with a couple 20 rd mags, shipping, tax and transfer was under 800. I can shoot 1 moa/sub 1 moa groups regularly using federal 150gr sp hunting rounds which I can pick up at Walmart for about 26/20rd box. I can't argue with the results, especially considering I'm still learning how to shoot precision and don't have a good rest set up.
Popping primers on factory ammo is a good indicator of an out of spec chamber. I'd be really careful to clean the carbon out of the chamber on that one, especially if you're using a can.
If the chamber is out of spec it should be popping primers on other brands. It doesn't seem like it would be this accurate if it had an out of spec chamber also.
@@actionjksn No, thats not necessarily true. Different manufacturers use different thicknesses of brass, this matters most in the neck area of the cartridge, that's why I mention to be careful of carbon build up. Carbon buildup in the neck of the chamber can cause pressure spikes.
This might be the first time I've seen a big-name RUclipsr shoot Sako ammo. I've been slowly accumulating TRG ammo since running across a video from a South African guy who kept gushing about the Scenar progectiles. And hey, I HAVE a Sako...so TRG ammo, out of a TRG rifle, makes sense.
definitely agree with what you said about factory ammo vs hand loads, if you have enough time to tailor a load to a gun you can easily see .25" groups out of a bolt gun. my 6mm gt is a laser beam that's capable of shooting .25" groups consistently whereas I'm not, the gun is capable of shooting better than me
I've known that a Sabre was going to be my next purchase for a while now. Brandon from Texas Plinking just posted a video where he bought 2 Sabres one in 6.5 and one in 308 and they both had problems being under gassed so he's had to send them both back. Makes me a little worried but I have faith in PSA. Glad yours is working well. He did have good results as far as accuracy goes, just had issues with both and reliability. Cheers 🤘
Yes excellent rifle for the money. I shot my 6.5 CM and the best group was Hornady black. Suppressed the velocities were just below 2700fps. Funny thing was my GAP Accuracy International 308 Bartlein progressive twist barrel had better ballistics characteristics owing to a faster 175g SMK bullet. PSA makes some great products. I've never had any issues with anything from them and accuracy has always been great.
Great review! I'd like to see a video pushing the rifle out to longer ranges!
Thank you PSA for making clones of the icons
PSA has been absolutely CRUSHING IT lately! Much respect. 👍
Psa is an absolutely amazing company.I don't understand the haters. They think qualify has to come with an extreme price tag
They WANT it to come with a ridiculous price tag. Those guys are dbags and buying expensive sh#t somehow makes them feel less douchey
@@OFFICIALUND What he found in his review of the Aero was hardly damning stuff. Mine has held up fine but I also haven't ran that many rounds through mine consecutively plus I assembled mine myself and put an adjustable gas block on.
I will echo other comments...PSA is killing it. Just bought a Sabre 13.7 from them...unbelievable the things that rifle has on it out of the box for the money.
Pistol not rifle unless you SBR then I stand corrected
That accuracy is impressive! Grouping just as good as my Hk Mr762 at 1/3 the price. Its a good time to be alive in the gun community. Some real killer affordable firearms have been hitting the market as of late
Sure is a great time for guns... unless you live in illinois 😢
After that, I had zero interest in the bolt action rifles...until the XM2010.
awesome review of an Awesome gun. @ 51yr old and never having served, be honest I wouldn't know an M110, form an AR-10. however I can say that PSA m110 Clone is absolutely a beautiful work of art, Kudos to PSA for everything the do for the civilian market! Maybe one day I will be able to buy at least 1 of all of their platforms and clones
Fantastic information. PSA keeps impressing me.
Thank you for the video!!!
That Sako ammo is ridiculous. .24 MOA out of a semi-auto rifle is crazy
I rarely get that out of my hand loads in my r700. Twice, maybe.
This is the fourth review i watched on this gun and you are the only one who's give n praise so far. Everyone I've seen so far has been having issues with feeding, bolt not catching on empty, and failing to cycle. Some are claiming the gas system is to blame. i really want to buy one but I am glad to have waited for people to do reviews on them. Thank you sir!
Man look at the PA-10. A little more versatile and less money. Mine has been perfect with all ammo zero malfunction s so far.
I'm with you on this on. I saw m110 sass actual review on it and it was horrible. I know Mac has a sample size of 1 and his could be great, but it's been pretty apparent lately that Mac and PSA have some sort of deal. I remember the good ol days when Mac couldn't be bought. But hey, make that money. It's just hard for me to trust anything he says especially about anything PSA
@@fieldy-8008 We have a great deal! I buy their stuff and they make it. Crazy how that works.
@Militaryarmschannel I'm calling bs on that. Yall have some sort of deal know, it's apparent. I still love MAC
Awesome, thanks for the info and review. I was thinking of buying one, and it's good to know the gun is worth the price tag.
Thanks for putting out a video showing actual groups!
Our pleasure!
I like your pointer, and 3 shot groups are just fine! If they don’t like it, they can sponsor your ammo. Nuff said
Another clone idea, but this one is a pleasant surprise
great to finally get a good review of this rifle, thanks
Always enjoy your gun reviews
Very impressive! This might be my next rifle purchase! PSA is rockin' it!
When you can experience multiple 3 shot groups - all well within a Minute, you know this is precise accurat rifle - and for that price hahaha holy cow A FREAKEN BARGAIN - also love the caliber you choosed here - awsome video 10/10
THANKS TIM. Always interesting content.
Great review thanks
Between PSA and Bear Creek, You really cant go wrong. When PSA has a "blem" sale, and complete lowers are as low as 129.00,, its never a bad thing.
@@LRRPFco52”tent stakes shaped like AR-15s.” Lol! That was hilarious!
@@LRRPFco52sounds like you have never had an experience with BCA.
Two of the worse gun companies in existence right now.
Would love to see a long-term review of this. Was tempted to get one, but wasn’t sure of the longevity.
*Great review, THANKS!*
I had a Serbian-made M77. It wasn't that impressive in the accuracy department.
My opinion I think anything AK is only good for shooting 7.62x39 any other caliber is best shot out an AR platform,I'm sure for bolt action any caliber should do great, I love my Gen3 PSA-10
@@OFFICIALUND I'm listening
@@louiswolff3251 My minor baubles were BCG related. The Toolcraft bcg was very stiff and issues went away as it wore in.
Just bought a gen 3 PA10 a few months ago for the purpose of building my own m110, couldn't believe my eyes when the Sabre dropped.
The customer is always the beta tester
This is the video I've been waiting for!
Part2 video with this rifle. 600-1000yds shots :). Let it rip!
Itd be nice if they actually get them back in stock
Wife: I just got an email alert saying there’s been a premature distribution out of Bobby’s college fund.
Tim, you are making me drool. Unfortunately, i just built a 6.5 cr ELR and have to wait before i pick up another toy. Good presentation.
Didn`t see this one coming, but still, it is awesome :)
I`d love the .308 version.
Psa is building some really cool rifles if I wasn't so AR poor I would pick a few up
I love that PSA did this. Would be more cool if they made or partnered with a company to manufacture a M110 style suppressor to offer with it.
That's a nice rifle! PSA is really firing in all cylinders! Interesting take on the 6.5 Creedmoor as well. Where I am the local shop has a lot of used rifles in this caliber that have been recently traded in or sold for cash along with the ammo.
PSA puts so many of these slow moving fud companies to shame, when it comes to value to performance for your average concerned citizen.
Clone the MP7 and I'll be impressed.
A semi-auto MP7? Can you think of anything more useless?
@@dudleybrown7030a zip 22 lol
A 10mm Hi Point?
I wish they would release the MP5 clone they have been talking about for a few years.
😂
Went to the PSA website after this just to see what else they made. They have a sale right now where you can pick up a PSA AR-15 for under $500. Absolutely insane. PSA is single handedly saving the gun industry.
I keep looking at those. Good review!
Thanks!
The PSA PA10 🙌 is only $570 because of the saber launch....that's the real story here. The PA10 for $570 is gun of the year IMO 😅
Holy shit!
Where are you seeing that price?
@@trooper6762 IIRC, buy the upper n lower separately for the savings.
I tried to share a link to a video I made about it. Apparently I can't do that... I have a couple videos on my armory Playlist. And I'll have more content with the PA-10 that I got from PSA
These days, I don’t hear many complaints from all them bois that used to hate on PSA…
There's not much to hate on anymore!! Most of it was bullshit anyway.
@@_DST0NE_you must of never shot their 74 lol.
@@OFFICIALUNDPSA is legit, they're on par now with any other "High end" company.

"Global war on terror"
Always needs air quotes
Man! when you said Steiner budget line of scopes you peaked my interest. I love Steiner but my budget is more Swampfox, Riton, and Sig Sauer hahaha
my buddy had m110 in marine reserve he absolutely loved and fought tooth and nail to retain having it
I loved that weapon in the military. Would be a dream to have it at home. Thanks dude.
What is crazy is that the "tactical elitists" will still crap on it because PSA. It just shows they don't care about the facts.
Facts such as?
Wish I could get one but illinois has completely failed its citizens.
Time to move
I believe it's the other way around, friend. People make their own hell.
Governor Flintstone views armed citizens as the enemy.... he goes easy on real criminals though......
Have your county secede.
@OFFICIALUND how so ?
Can’t wait for 9 Hole Reviews to snag one of these and show what it can really do. Also, this is a great first look at this rifle, MAC. You’re doing great work too!!
Well, guess I’m sold. I was waiting for videos to make a decision but when Tim shows the proof I won’t argue.
definitely agree with what you said about factory ammo vs hand loads, if you have enough time to tailor a load to a gun you can easily see .25" groups out of a bolt gun. my 6mm gt is a laser beam that's capable of shooting .25" groups consistently whereas I'm not, the gun is capable of shooting better than me
we need a 1,000 round update on this
Wow, when we switched to M110k, upper came with a .41 test target from Titusville…this is awesome 😍
Good to know I have been thinking of picking up one of these.
The PSA M110 kept up w the GAP AI bolt gun out to 800 yards easily. Great choice in featuring a rifle.
🤣🤦♂️ You had me almost on opticsplanet looking for the budget Steiner...lol
Got a PSA 308 semi auto and a saber 5.56 they both are awesome 👍🏽
Love this. it keeps cool, accurate guns affordable
More power to Palmetto! Keep up the good work!
