swear. this guy has the most useful content and is very generous in sharing his knowledge in creativity and technicality. there's even great samples in his videos. and im only shooting on mobile 🤣🤣 also love how natural looks are preserved in his outputs 10/10 🙌
Sean, I cannot express the quality of these videos! I am signed up to a proffesional creators masterclass and this is on the same level and I even sometimes get more value from you depending on what type of thing it is about (in this case how to film videos). Keep doing what you do, I have no doubt that you will have 200 thousand subscribers by summer 2021, but I know you don´t really care that much about your audience quantity :))
Super bro .. beginning just watching you .. beginner friendly 😁. . Plzz more videos for travel photography and cinematic videos .. good for beginner's .. love from India❤️
I have a question, when filming an event and the weather changes, overcast to sunny, sunny to overcast is it wise to keep the edits chronological or can you mix and match? I remember someone once told be you dont have to be chonological in your edits but how is that so if you start to get into sunset, cutting back into bright light i think would be confusing to the viewer
Awesome question, it all depends on the story you're trying to tell, for events I would try stay in chronological order, as you're showing something real that happened, but if it's just for a cinematic sequence you have a bit of freedom to mix things around, just take a moment on each edit to decide what fits best.
The Pacific Northwest is cloudy for at least half of the year, so this helps a lot. Thanks!! ☁️
Ohh this is so useful as I’m shooting in trash english weather
I never thought of overcast as a soft box. Great tip!

Here in North of Spain it's kinda the same, not 365 days per year but definitely around 300 days x year.

Love the tip about underexposing slightly so you get the details in the clouds :)
This was so helpful, thank you so much! I didn't realize I should underexpose (I was doing the opposite and wasn't happy with the results).
