I appreciate these officers keeping a sense of humor and not dehumanizing people who mess up and catch charges.
The phrase messing up is for children, not adults who made bad choices.

That's precisely what is wrong today. Perhaps when criminals commit crimes, they SHOULD be "dehumanized" read: learn about consequences.... rather than being coddled. If we brought back public caning, people would get their S#!T straight right quick.
It's unfortunate but the criminals dehumanize themselves.
No doubt, it is a *tough, thankless job* but these good officers are absolutely 100% professional.

It's so fascinating in these shows how the treatment the arrested person gets depends entirely on their conduct. I hope it's the same even when the cameras aren't rolling.
I've been told that the workers actually are like this. They treat you the way you treat them.
Cameras are always running 24/7 365 a lot of jails have civilian workers and they generally are in the control center so if they see any officers doing something out of line they report it immediately
You'll notice sometimes there's an officer with a camcorder running around. They document the process, especially if your "unruly" and they need to move you to a solitary cell and all, just to document use of force, and also your own behavior. Cameras EVERYWHERE. And yeah, most jail staff are super cool people, as long as you are too.

Why was the guy of the brunette gal not charged and arrested,too? He had things and ran a red light. Both should be in jail.

Probably because of stuff we're not being told. Nothing sinister behind that, just that there's a very limited window that individual segments have to be shoehorned into.
However...there are a few reasons why the BF might have been cut at the scene. A warrant is mentioned. It could be that the BF's warrant was for something so minor that he won't get arrested for just that - weird and makes no sense to me, but I've seen it. More likely the warrant was issued in another county and is "non-extraditable", meaning that county won't come and pick him up if he's arrested somewhere else. That happens a lot.
The burglary tools charge depends a lot on what Nevada considers burglary tools and exactly where they were in relation to the occupants of the car.
And, finally, I'm not entirely certain we should give the GF's statements too much weight here. Under the circumstances I can't help but have serious doubts about her reliability as a witness.

She had the drugs on her person, they weren't in the car. Thus he can't be charged with that.
Did that first woman really think they weren't going to find all that stuff in her bra? Yikes. Plus i believe it's a more serious charge with her bringing the stuff into the jail than if she had let them find it on the side of the road.
Yeah I think she stuffing her bra with the stuff from her purse before the officer could search it hoping that he wouldn't find anything and let her go. But also she knew that a male officer cannot do a complete pat down and would have to call a female officer to the scene IF the first officer had probable cause to do so, so she took a gamble and it didn't pan out for her.
It’s like criminals are not particularly smart people - who knew?
@@nikkikidd8428they don't have to call a female officer. That is a courtesy and way to avoid lawsuits. Some small counties dont even have any female officers.

im in disbelief, but this is actually a thought provoking, funny, and wholesome reality tv show
So...gets pulled over by PD because her BF runs a red light. "Is afraid" and starts grabbing every needle and baggie - including empty baggies - out of her purse and hiding them on her person.
Actually not *too* bad an idea, since many male officers are hesitant to search female suspects. Except...she gets hooked up and sent to County, where the search on arrival reveals all the stuff, and is probably going to result in far more serious charges.
But she was on probation anyway, so even a simple possession charge was going to send her back.
The best way out of a no-win situation is to *not get into one to start with*.
Yeah, but like she said she has a drug problem. And with a record, she’s always going to steal for money, and for drugs. As soon as she gets out, she’s going to do it again. It’s a system she can’t break, and if you get caught up in the legal system, your life is over. She’s already dead.
Once in jail, it becomes a felony..

Is it just me who finds officer Sittre insanely attractive? She is sweet and caring and also takes zero crap whatsoever and tells people what they need to hear even if they don’t want to. It’s an intoxicating combination.

The lady officer very nice treating them like humans.
The girl that thinks her friend ran a red light on purpose risking going to jail for a warrant and possession of burglary tools just to get her busted for whatever she had going on is one scary chick. Whether its entitled immaturity or drug induced paranoia or mental illness, she is one girl that would mess up and manipulate anyone so hopefully people see that before she does something really horrible.

Quit making excuses for these people. Its a lack of responsibility, end of story. The reason people who go to prison always end up back there is becuase they are irresponsible on a basic level. Its not drugs or mental illness, those are symptoms of the lack of responsibility being instilled in the individual.
After arrest and before trial comes jail... After arrest and before jail comes entertainment...
This episode sure is an old one! Imperial Palace ( the IP, as the locals called it) was demolished at least 6-7 years ago, maybe more. Plus the Hard Rock hotel & casino was moved to the Strip, it’s been demolished from the old Harmon location.

The two guys around 14:00 looked like the officers put their bodies in intentionally painful positions and then screamed to stop resisting. Neither of them looked resistant, just locked up in pain.
So sad! I hate to see anyone homeless. I mean jail must be a treat to them, they get to shower and eat and lay on a bed, even though it’s metal.
