Great brand i know with spirit of old to new
Thanks for watching:)
This is a great buy bro!! It’s gonna be great to be able to practice and learn using vinyl type controller. This thing looks amazing 🔥🔥
Thanks bro it really is a nice controller
That delay your talking about is the same as oldschool turntables, we would cue up the beginning song 🎵 with our hands. Thats probably why it's strange to you.
@@ignoranceisnotatrend4669 Yeah I did some research on it and its a normal thing on turn tables. After a few hours of playing with it I got used to it. Now it doesn’t bother me. Thanks for clarifying it !.
@@lasrocasent anytime 💯👍🏽 I'm 52 and coming from oldschool turntables and looking to get back into djing small gigs, I'm familiar with moving platters so I been there and done that but I'm kinda intrigued by the jog wheels, scratching is no problem for me even at 52 years old 😀 I just got approved for a credit card at sweetwater music now I'm trying to decide on a controller 💯 I like the oldschool layout of the Hercules t7 , rane 1 and ddj rev7 but the rev5 is on my radar 😀 I never used a ddj controller and never even touched jog wheels 🛞 😀 and I understand that the controller is not what makes you a good dj but I'm trying my best too decide on one before my daughter graduate in December, any advice from your experience on controllers
Base on your info. It sounds line the T7 could be a good options as you get the best of both worlds. You get the turn table look and feeling while still having the new stuff implemented all in one. The rev5 is a nice option too but more so on the cdj feeling. I think the T7 or event the rane one will give you what you looking for!.
@@lasrocasent so what do you like best? Jog wheels or moving platters
@@ignoranceisnotatrend4669 honestly after the T7 I like that better than my platters. The feel and precision you get from the turn tables are incomparable.
Sony universal an Warner approve 🤭
Thanks for the heads up lol 🤣
Say hypothetically, you have the opportunity to own a new T7 Premium for around €800 or get a secondhand Rane One for the same price. Which one would you pick?
That is a great question! There are 2 answers to that so;
#1. Out front i will choose the Rane one.
#2. (Personal preference and needs) I don’t like buying used equipment. Rane one is heavier than the T7 and since I was looking for a backup/secondary/practice controller the Rane one doesn’t fit right for that and the T7 does. Rane one by far better and should be use as a main not a backup. Again just personal opinion.
@@lasrocasent great video on how to use this controller
@@ignoranceisnotatrend4669 thanks for watching bro!
@@lasrocasentfinally got my laptop, now I need to decide on a controller 💯 RANE ONE or HERCULES T7 😮honestly I have the money for either one but the looks of the t7 I like better, so what would you choose
@@ignoranceisnotatrend4669 if this will be my main system i will go with rane one if is for a secondary use T7. Over all the rane one its better than the T7.
Whats making it better than the original?
Thank you for watching! In my opinion the only difference are the faders. Recently I had a friend that purchased the regular one and the faders are not as quick or smoother as on the premium. The premium runs on 2 rails and the original runs on 3. If your a scratch dj you will like the premium more. Plus it come with the soft case and extra slip mats. But if your not a scratch dj the original one it’s perfect. I also liked the stylish gold accents.
@@lasrocasent what do you mean by rails?
@@ignoranceisnotatrend4669 hey bro can you stamp the time where i say that so i can listen to it and explain what i mean. Thanks
@@lasrocasent it's in your comments section
@@ignoranceisnotatrend4669Oh i see!. The volume faders on most entry level controllers are built with 3 rails so longer durability so the feel is more stiff. The ones with 2 rails are less durable but way smoother better for scratching.
Where did you buy this from
Thank. You for watching 😊 I got it from Sweet Water!
Can't hear you
what part of the video you can't hear?. I had to do voice over because my mic was giving me problems. Let me know so i can see what i can do about it. Thanks!
