Lol I'm a boy commenting on this video and I've a message for girls here that gaining muscles takes time. Initially you'll feel pain during the first 10-15 days. You won't be able to do even a single push-up after first three days of your work-out. I recommend you to keep trying that even if you can't do it even if you're in pain. After 2 weeks you'll be fine and there'll be no pain. For the results, you need to give your body atleast 30 days. You'll feel the difference, I promise it'll boost your confidence. For visible difference do this for atleast 3 months(90 days). Eat enough protein and get good quality 7 to 8 hours of sleep. @@rosee1526 yup vegetarian too but it's possible. I was able to gain weight and got very close to my ideal weight and I felt great. I lost that weight again though due to my stupid fast metabolism and doesnt help if you're not in a good place in life either. 😂
@rosee You should probably as a nutritionist that question (if you haven’t already). I have heard people talk about certain vegan foods that has a lot of calories. For example, avocados have a lot of calories, and peanut butter is also very beneficial. Another thing I do is have a protein shake ( a plain Protein shake, no sugars added). I have one in the morning and one after workout. After a week from working out I noticed I was gaining weight. Oh, and lastly, when you work out try to focus on doing a certain about of reps instead of just doing a ton of reps without counting. Also make sure to get quality sleep, that is extremely important for weight gain.

Hey! I saw this video like a week ago nd started doing this exercises 3 days ago. On the first day I wasn’t able to do the push-ups but today it’s my 3rd day of doing exercise nd now I can do push-ups like slowly but yes I can do it now. My whole hands nd legs are hurting from last 3 days nd that’s because I don’t have a habit of doing this exercises but Iknow it’s for my health & I’ll not give up anytime soon & I just came here to tell y’all that don’t give up we’re gonna do it. Okay, 1.exercise every day and that will increase your appetite and make sure you don't blow up when you gain weight but look soft and tender. 2. Eat breakfast before 10 am no matter what. Time yourself girl.. (my breakfast is prepped in the fridge as we speak, when I wake up, I only microwave and eat) I have beans and rice every day for breakfast without fail. 3. Have 4 meals a day minimum. 4. Eat not when you are hungry, but because you need to achieve your goals. 5. Eat whatever you want. But I'll chill a bit on sugary stuff and Lean towards carbs (pasta, rice, potatoes, oats) and protein (eggs and white meat) Good luck
This is awesomeeee. Im 5”6’ and I’ve been underweight my whole life. I was originally 105-110 before pregnancy, then I weighed 145 at the end of it. I just gave birth about 3 weeks ago and I’m already down to 125 and I don’t want to loose it, I just want to maintain myself at this healthy weight and distribute it to all the right spots. ☺️ not everyone wants to loose weight when working out!

Thank you. Not enough videos on gaining weight. I’m big time into health and always have been but the problem is, is my genetics. Everyone in my family is skinny. I eat heaps, do weights. Yeah! It is working m 20 n still look like 13 I tried many things but still very skinny due to stress and bad eating habits. Firstly I started to being happy and from last week I started these exercises 3days workout 1rest day n 3days workout my 2nd week is going on I have got good results. M too lazy but m doing this regularly and following a good diet. I've lost 23kg (now I weight 45kg/159 cm) for the past year, and now because of all the diets and unhealthy relationship with food my periods are gone. The doctor said that i need to gain more weight back, but i'm too scared to gain fat and want to be lean. I've been very underweight all my life (stayed same weight for years) and I also have anemia so working out is really hard. I hope I can see progress though because I am so tired of hating myself because of how physically weak I am but also so I can feel more body confident. I've been very underweight all my life (stayed same weight for years) and I also have anemia so working out is really hard. I hope I can see progress though because I am so tired of hating myself because of how physically weak I am but also so I can feel more body confident. you will get it eventually but when u cant find it urself not even ur family members or friends could guess, let alone strangers online. focus on what your good at and go with the flow only thing you can be sure to do rn is not stress too much. time will flow anyways and u seem to be worries in a good way about ur future
