My only complaint with this movie was that Luigi didn't get enough screentime. Even though the movie is called _The Super Mario Bros. Movie,_ Luigi got sidelined pretty hard. He should've had his own B plot or something. He deserved better in this movie.
He had a realization at some point in the film that he never gave Mario a reach around for the times that he stood up for him, leading to him rescuing Mario in the fight against Bowser and working together with him.
I absolutely love how Kamek was done in the movie. The voice acting for him was perfect, his expressions and synergy with Bowser is perfect, it’s just great. I love especially the one scene when Bowser uses his one-liner on peach only for it to not work and Kamek responds with a “doing great” with just a thumbs up from the corner of the screen which really felt like a father giving his son validation and is completely in character for Kamek who was Bowser’s father figure.

For how long it's been since the last Mario film and how it's recieved the film plays it safe which isn't a huge problem but for a 1st film playing it safe was the right move. I think it's not bad but mid
@TrufoosXD I've only seen people hate it when people on Twitter and youtube try to troll people that say they liked the movie.
@@cian.o yeah I've seen that happen too
We are getting a link movie!!!😂😂😂
This title perfectly ecapsulates my feelings on the film, still my third favourite video game movie next to sonic 2 and detective pikachu
I thought the movie was perfect, but I respect your opinion.
My only problem with this movie was that they changed princess peaches backstory from what was established in the games. I guess it makes sense for the movie but I just really liked her original story😭
fck anime, fck DreamWorks, fck Illumination, fck Nintendo and Sega movies, and f*ck anything else that ain't Disney, WB, Hollywood, DC, or Marvel. Those studios and franchises are the real deal - they've been creating unforgettable characters and stories for decades. So go ahead, keep dreaming about that lesser stuff, but the rest of us will continue to enjoy the magic that only the big players can bring to the table.!!!!!!!!!
Imo, the ending should've been more action packed (not saying that it isn't already action packed), like what if Bowser fell in the lava while mario was trying to stop the bullet bill from hitting the castle, and as bowser became dry bowser, everyone made it to earth, and the earth became hell.
That would’ve been way too dark. I think Bowser should’ve turned into Giga Bowser. That would’ve been cool.
I was more hyped for this movie than avengers end game, that's how much the Mario franchise has done.
I like how the angrier bowser gets the more his eyes glow red
Finally someone that wants an Earthbound movie and if Lucas is in it I’m using my life savings to watch it
I want an EarthBound movie too!!!
@@andrescube64 I think it would be a great idea but which character because Lucas and Ness are from a different games and timelines
One movie by Nintendo that I would love to see would be a super smash bros movie, like Kirby versus galeem and talk about the spirits as Kirby try’s to get his friends back to go back to the normal fighting game/world that it was! It seems like an awesome movie idea! Do you agree??

“Donkey Kong SMASHES Mario”, I died after that😂.
Anyone feels like one of Mario's family looks like the dad from inside out why is nobody talking about this
Peaches was supposed to be a tenacious D type song but it got changed to fit with the movie
Fun fact: We almost got robbed of the superstar theme.
