    Old age can't be an excuse if u claim to be doing yoga since decades and, are teaching how to get a flat stomach but, have a waist line dangerously outside the Safe " limit"

    Mam.. I have been doing talasana and konasana for increasing height.. I watched in a video these 2 asanas recommended for height... and vajrasana daily for constipation problem.. but didn't know that these also go for belly fat 🤩 thankyou mam for ur guidance 🙏

    Thanks for the post ma'am I don't have belly fats I only have six-pack. I workout in the gym for 5 days in a week, early morning I go for a jog, I love doing Yoga Asanas and meditation to keep myself stress free. In my personal opinion poor diet, lack of exercise, short or low quality of sleep and high consumption of alcohol leads to belly fats or issues. I choose a healthy lifestyle no smoking and drinks God bless medical student Malaysia.🙏👍

    Belly fat accumulates mostly during middle age better known as middle age spread. The exercises are shown by young models who perform all the asanas very gracefully. But this is not possible for middle aged women unless they have been practicing since a young age. Please show some easy exercises for women over fifty who want to reduce belly fat.
