Thanks for the post ma'am I don't have belly fats I only have six-pack. I workout in the gym for 5 days in a week, early morning I go for a jog, I love doing Yoga Asanas and meditation to keep myself stress free. In my personal opinion poor diet, lack of exercise, short or low quality of sleep and high consumption of alcohol leads to belly fats or issues. I choose a healthy lifestyle no smoking and drinks God bless medical student Malaysia.🙏👍
