What an amazing amount of hard work. I like your wood storage boxes. I think that the cloth wrapping on top is more than sufficient. It's probably a good idea to take a piece of OSB and paint it with the waterproofing and sit it outside just to see how well it last the winter. But probably it's not useful for the firewood boxes. You should get heavy plastic bags and fill them full of sawdust and sell them to people for soaking up oil spills. Then yes you could probably use the oil-soaked Sawdust as the heat source. Use Hydraulics from the Bobcat to operate a pelletizing tool.

Hi Andris! About the trees falling on the neighbor's property: This is not official advice (but I happen to be an insurance broker, and part time farmer - Yeah, that's weird I know...). I'm not familiar with the law in your country, but since we are in the EU it's probably very similar. Here in Hungary, if the tree is dead, rotten or any way compromised (like suspiciously leaning) and it falls to the neighbor's property, then you are liable for it. Normally your property insurance policy would cover it as liability insurance, and pay for it. Although your insurance company could still counter-sue you for the money, after they paid your neighbor, if negligence is provable on your part.
Also your neighbor might have a special kind of "legal protection insurance", if he is sneaky (and he might be, if he already threatened you with it). Which means that in case of damage, his insurance company will sue you on his behalf. Trust me you don't want that, insurance companies usually have the most disgusting lawyers working for them.
So in short: Don't let dead, rotten or any other way compromised trees, fall on your neighbors property, because you are liable for it, doesn't matter if the trees are there since 200 years, and he built his solar farm last year.
On the other hand, if a healthy tree falls on the neighbors property, because of some extreme weather event (for example a very bad storm), then it's unlikely that his claim would stand in court.
I suggest to consult with a local lawyer or insurance expert. Don't take this too easily, if your dumb neighbor put expensive equipment (like inverters) into that green shed, and one of your trees crushes it, that could cost you a lot of money.

It is not the first time that I hear you talk about firewood cages, their resistance and durability. Firewood that you will always need and you even talk about selling it. Perhaps it would be possible for you to make cages out of iron instead of wood? You have a welding shop at home. They are much more resistant and durable, better for stacking... Of course, the iron ones are surely heavier than the wooden ones... or not...

Another great video, love your humour and how you approach work. You are one amazingly hard working man. To see a pile of work that seems never ending, must be so difficult to keep motivated. You never shirk away from hard work kudos to you. I love watching you work, and always to a high standard. Every video is compelling, how to approach the problem and overcome it. You are a very clever man, who never seems to tire. Tell your neighbour he wasn’t forced to put the panels there, the trees were there first. Can’t wait for the next video. Thank you

A day without “Ants”, is just another day. I’m very impressed with the sawmill design, cleared that track…… Well, until the excavator. Lol, that was pure “Ants”! I really liked the way …… Oh! A spider web! ADHD MUCH?

To help make the white roofing tarp material last as long a possible, I would try to cover most of the fire wood holders/totems with another layer of material, like a very large (ie, heavy duty/thicker) construction tarp (1 or 2 of might be enough to cover it all). Imo, it's a lot easier, and way faster, to replace 1 or 2 large weather worn tarps, than it would be to move around 30+ totems just to replace worn white tarps.

About trees falling on the solar panels. Check out what it says in your home insurance contract. Or check it with someone who might know. Probably that guy has some kind of insurance that should cover it, but you never know what the laws and stuffy paper work says.
The moisture barrier paint has probably worse UV-protection than the tarp barrier. I wouldn't bother with it anyway.
You gotta tune that chainsaw carb for sure, has a bad rew up.
    Anyways. Fun as usual.

As for your firewood boxes. I would take a few of them and add that sealant over the OSB and see how they hold up in the near future... If it works well.. then you can do the rest of them like that.. if it does not work well...then stick with the plastic sheeting... Thank you for All your great videos...

I keep a certain amount of wood as a backup heating source for our home. Making and keeping firewood that is ready to use is always a lot of work. You win the prize for how much firewood you made in those few days. How many of your 33 cribs would you expect to use in a typical year?

You have a great work ethics, also if I may I have a saying that i repeat to my students whenever they have a task at hand to accomplish "If it's to be, it's up to me". Some get it, but most don't understand what it means. I think you live by this. If you love your freedom you must work hard to enjoy it.
