- Kate, Stan and Joey spend the day picking up trapping supplies Joey stashed in the woods across the river from Tanana. On this winter day we only have about 5 hours of sunlight.

Stan and joe, Jesse morton from yreka ca here, just want to say I absolutely love your videos and get soo excited when they pop up. I love your lifestyle and gre up trapping bobcats and coyotes and beaver mink and muskrats with my grandfather he was a trapper for 69 years . You guys are truley amazing thankyou.
Best office ever!
It’s getting a little light on the amount of snow for sliding on snowsled Stan, up here in Maine we’re very lucky to have north and south bound snow mobile lanes mostly 8’-10’ wide with medium strips between for safety as well as East and West bound lanes the same. Good luck buddy
Up here no official snogo trails. In town, trucks and snogoes and people walking all on the same roads. No sidewalks at all.
Awesome Stan.
Stan I was down in your old neck of the woods Boston yesterday and guess what? Yup no snow over there lol
Watch your head on those branches love your channel respect I would’ have love to visit Alaska
... and what a sight it was.
Beautiful place Stan, congratulations 👏👏👏👏

Thanks stan
Stan Zuray Stan thank you for sharing your wisdom and way of life. It has helped many
A Stan hello from Dublin Ireland. Just. Wondering what’s the sunlight like this time of year.
cool video!
Wow. Was this really from 19 days ago? Its 90 degrees in california right now. Feels like winter was months ago.
People here are still going goose hunting by snowgo. Lots of bare ground some places but some roads in town still have snow and ice on them. Changing fats however.
Do a catch clean and cook!
It’s funny how you guys up in Alaska call snowmobiles Sno-Go’s then here in Maine we call them Snow-Sleds
Great to see you and Joey having a good ride! Nice AR, what brand is it? Thanks for sharing and taking us along.
I'll ask Joe sometime but it's a Colt.
223. Joe hunts everything with them. Seen him take down moose and grizzly bear. It's best for caribou and if we have a choice we use a bigger gun on the moose and grizzly. I carry one for wolves and wolverine in spring but mine's a 223 mini 14
@@stanzuray awesome! I used to own a mini 14, still kicking myself for selling it, ranch model. Now I have a DoubleStar AR out of Winchester Kentucky and enjoy it. Stay safe out there buddy 👍.
Hey Stan how did the trapping season go.? Mine was not that great 15 lynx. I only trapped late season and a warm spell cut that off short. Got 20 beaver but I mostly trap beaver for fun.
The extensive fires we had years back are now producing lots of game especially Marten which is our bread and butter. I put on less miles than past years but got the most marten per mile I ever got off that line. Trapped the same country about all these 45 years also. It was a good winter all and all.

@@stanzuray cool good to hear that you are having a good year. Lots of lynx here to but I just had all kinds is snowmobile trouble this winter.
What happened to the Yukon men show ? We sit here waiting for these shows to start a new season and nobody tells the viewers what’s going on.
What’s the weather like over there Stan, snow pretty much gone here in the Northwest Territories.
We had a warm winter and then our snow all melted. Now it's normal and getting snow again but it'll melt soon as it's that time now.
Does Joey still have his SKS? Fun video Stan!
Joe had an RMK water cooled 600. He rebuilt it 3 times and never got a full season out of it. Cylinders kept wearing the Nycasil . coating off and would seize up after about 4000 miles. He got this old Bravo and uses the heck out of it for a couple of years now and it's much more durable.
What caliber AR15 rifle was Joe carrying? Do you guys hunt with AR's and if so what to you hunt with them?

Do all the people from the show still live in Tanana ?
Charlie is working in the village 65 miles upriver and his son Robert is in Fairbanks but everyone else still in Tanana
@@stanzuray did the new road hurt or help you guy's out in Tanana ?
Hard to figure. People sometimes get freight in cheaper but wear and tear on vehicles is great and it's a 5 hour trip at best and can easily be 8
Mostly Tanana people use it and most of the winter it's not open at all due to snow and in summer it's not drive-able to the village as there is no bridge. So far this winter open only 3 days.
@@stanzuray did Pat Moore's wife ever recover ?
Hows your VK540 doing. Finally got mine back and it lasted 1 hour then connecting rod came through the engine casting.
That's terrible - what happened. So far mine's good. Only got 5000 miles on it though. Not a cold starter without help (25 below without any heat) Hell of a worker and don't get stuck easy or tip like my 4 stroke I had. Had an electrical problem but it's just a connector went bad.
Yeah mine has had a ton of problems but when it is running it works great. I had them put a primer on as I heard from a guy (he has a video up on RUclips, but I don't remember his channel name, probably just search VK540 primer) that he put a primer on his and it starts in cold much easier and reduces the run on one problem. But the machine did not run long enough for me to find out if it helped.
Ian and Stan, two of the greatest gentlemen around!! Both of you have great videos.
Was it on warranty
@@stanzuray yes I bought the extended warranty. I just hope they honor it and don't try to weasle out of it.
What's up Stan
All good here - had a good winter trapping and working.
Do it gona coma a nowe sesone of youkon man I mfrom Sweden so I'm not so God att english
Nose ingles 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
We are looking into translating for written and video content. So far it seems extremely expensive and very hard to get the true meaning from content when doing so. Lots of auto program translators available for short content or stuff not important but real translations cost tons of money and people so far we found.
