this is my favorite yoga video right now. she is so soothing and the routine is so kind and nurturing to my body. it's a great form of self care. she's right, we all owe it to ourselves. I just did the routine again and I feel great!

This is perfect! It is repetitive, but most yoga classes that focus on one area are repetitive, and it's not boring at all so I didn't mind that at all. I have a lot of back pain and hip tightness, and this video really loosens things up, I felt energized, and it relieved a lot of the pain. It was also a good challenge, esp towards the end when the pace picks up.
As someone who doesn't really work out, ever, this video was challenging. I made it about half way through before I had to call it quits. But I'm hoping that within a month's time I can successfully do a full 20ish minute video.

Sanela, I absolutely LOVED this video! I used to do a lot of yoga in the past but am just getting back into it again. I would usually watch other channels, however, I always end up coming back to PsycheTruth. You're my fave instructor on here now and I'm going to watch more of your vids! Everything about this was perfect, thank you for being such a fantastic yoga teacher! I have no idea why people like that yoga with adriene girl (she's very obnoxious and talks waaay too much) and I wish that you would have all those views that she does cause you are a million times better!! :) Aloha!

This was great, I been tryin to find out about "what to take to boost energy" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Qenason Energy Endorser - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got amazing results with it.

I watch this like several times a week! It is a great starter yoga 🧘🏽♂️ I actually love the hip back opening and kinda wish more yoga flows had more repetition to get used to the movement and settle in and to go deeper. I sorta feel it primes the body since everything we do involves back and hips. Sometimes since it’s only 20min, I just watch a more specific yoga right after.. but I always start here with this one 💞

Sanela I would love to see a flow from you that helps any soccer /athlete in that case. I rely try to follow every flow during these holidays but I feel like it's isolation flows sometimes. it may help me release tension in my hamstring but I go to the next video to improve upper body strength and flexibility.

I didn't like the repetition and speed of this video. It says beginner but I personally feel that it was more intermediate. I can get through some difficult poses or sequences but I'm likely to quit when the difficulty gets repetitive. I can do it the first time, but not the fourth. Also, I do yoga to relax, and I feel like this is too rushed for its difficulty. I got more stressed than anything. Sorry to be negative Nancy, I just want to give a warning to any fellow newbies who clicked on this video.
This type of flow isn't for you then and that's fine just be more specific when searching that's what I do but over time you will get here we all do. Namaste 🙏🏾

This is not a beginner level. More options are needed for people with mobility issues, and as this is titled for "pain relief" , I think you need to address if/when you feel pain....only watched first 7 min. not for me. I hope you take this as constructive criticism. xo
