Hummus is whipped chickpeas with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic and then the olive oil and more lemon on the side.Zatar spice mixture on top or blended in.Very easy to make in a blender with canned chickpeas .Hummus can be substituted for mayo in almost every savory food.Much more healthy and tasty.

For chicken shawarma…. Given you have the garlic paste. Take a bite of the shawarma then Take a piece of the cucumber pickles dip it in the garlic paste and just add to that delicious bite you have already taken… Meat shawarma is best with sour pomegranate molasses (dobs romman)
