Hummus is whipped chickpeas with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic and then the olive oil and more lemon on the side.Zatar spice mixture on top or blended in.Very easy to make in a blender with canned chickpeas .Hummus can be substituted for mayo in almost every savory food.Much more healthy and tasty.
The view of those shawarmas took me back to when I visited this beautiful outdoor LED lit restaurant in Afghanistan. The shawarmas were exactly like that and they gave you this white dipping sauce that went perfectly with it. Glad you enjoyed the food, took me back a little too. Love ya vids Dale.
