Working in Turkey years ago we used to go to an Irish pub to drink and listen to live music. Returning to our hotel, we passed a place similar to the one at 4:00. It had veal, tomato, lettuce and the option was a reddish hot sauce. They would hold it to the heater to crisp the “bread”. Very close to a Mexican burrito. The “ bread” we ate looked a little more cooked than theirs in the video.
The food looks so good, when we watch you fine fit guy's eat it looks even better!! Dale love your videos so much they always put a smile on my face!!! 🍓 ♥
I live in Israel, we also have Shawarma and honestly, one of the best shawarmas in the world. In Turkey they call it "Yaprak Doner" , I tasted the kebabs that you tried in this video, and let me tell you they taste awful. Not anywhere near the meat in Israel. The Lavas (the bread that they use) is not tasty, and the are not putting any sauce and sometimes not even vegetables inside. which makes it very dry and not tasty at all.

I live in Israel, we also have Shawarma and honestly, one of the best shawarmas in the world.
In Turkey they call it "Yaprak Doner" , I tasted the kebabs that you tried in this video,
and let me tell you they taste awful.
Not anywhere near the meat in Israel. The Lavas (the bread that they use) is not tasty, and the are not putting any sauce and sometimes not even vegetables inside.
which makes it very dry and not tasty at all.
