  • 南瓜炒鸡,鸡肉滑嫩入味,配上浓浓的南瓜酱汁,非常的好吃又下饭,记得一定要准备多一点米饭
    材料:2个鸡腿肉,半个南瓜
    1)鸡腿肉去骨再切小块,加入6瓣拍碎的大蒜,半勺胡椒粉,一茶匙盐,一勺酱油,一勺蚝油,一勺玉米淀粉,一勺辣椒粉,抓拌均匀腌制10分钟
    2)南瓜切成小块备用
    3)热锅倒油,油热后一个个的放入鸡肉,用中火慢煎至微焦,然后取出来
    4)锅中留下少许油,放入大蒜爆香,放入南瓜炒至稍微变软,加入大约500毫升清水煮开,再放入鸡肉翻炒,炒至南瓜软烂就可以出锅啦

    2) Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and set aside
    3) Pour oil into a hot pan, add chicken one by one when the oil is hot, fry slowly over medium heat until slightly browned, then take it out
    4) left some oil in the pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, add pumpkin and stir-fry until slightly soft, add about 500 ml of water and bring to a boil, then add chicken and stir-fry until pumpkin is soft and then it is ready to serve.

    之前都是做南瓜牛腩(很像咖哩作法,但用南瓜替代咖哩醬,然後不要放洋蔥)....沒有用過雞肉,可以試試看!
