Tonight’s video is for those suffering from stress and/or headaches. I’ll be using one of the MOST used techniques in hypnosis to take your mind off of the pain. I kept the color very dark, that way you can be happy to sit back, relax, and let these relaxing sounds, visuals, and movements take you away.. I love this video. I get chronic migraines, and this always helps to drive the last dreggs of it away. Rather than doing "magic show" hypnosis, you do the actual psychology-related variant, and I really appreciate your dedication to treating the brain right. It's a huge help.

I was super sick a few weeks ago with a really really bad fever and cold, and with really bad headaches, I don’t know how but this would help me every few hours to go to sleep and it helped my headache, I honestly don’t know what I would do without this video it’s soo helpful

I know this is an older video but I love this! I have chronic pain in my head from a botched steroid injection in my neck and ASMR is the only thing that helps numb out the pain. Karuna, you are one of my favorites and you help so much. I love these kinds of hypnosis videos that you do that utilize hypnosis techniques without doing the full on putting you in a trance type hypnosis. I know it's two years after the fact and that you've recently said you're going on a break because of your health. I just want to thank you for making this video, I use it all the time and last night it literally saved me. I'm house sitting and it's a little difficult to sleep in a new environment and I had an insane headache last night and couldn't find painkillers anywhere! When my brain is so completely overloaded and overwhelmed with visual sensory data from over an hour of combing through varied images while comparing each to a specific one I had in mind, and this not-a-headache is best described by me as _my psyche fracturing deeply from being severely overstressed,_ then this is even more welcome and relaxing than normal. Thanks Karuna, I needed this. With this video, removing my glasses, closing my eyes and forcing myself to re-center by sheer willpower, my brain has calmed down and my eyes are no longer heavy.
