I am taking a different approach in this one, where I am using very bright items to distract the brain from focusing on pain receptors. I am also going to use a bit of manipulation regarding the hypnosis to help distract and trick the brain on focusing on certain trigger words. I was staying with my boyfriend in Texas, but some differences came up and we thought best if we separated. I just moved back into my parents house today. I’m 19. Broke up with my best friend yesterday. To come home to my mom picking a fight with me over bullshit. Two of my fishes died while I was in Texas and my mom thought best to not tell me. So, here I am at midnight. Seeking some sort of escape. The hardest part is breaking up with my best friend. Not being able to text him and get a reply. And then to come home to this toxic bullshit. The same reason I left in the first place. I believe everything happens for a reason and if it’s meant to be it’ll be... yada yada yada. But right now, shit hurts. Shit hurts bad.

Emily excuse the spelling but she is by far the best that I've seen But I use a phone for ASMR so I only can View a certain amount but still against 25 others that I can see she is the best for reasons I don't want to go into but there nothing strange but things like you mentioned leaning into the microphone and she has a million little movements and sounds and ticks and tocks that just work plain and simple and she stands alone in the pantheon of oh, oh hell never mind she's great
